Abstract

This study has three main purposes: first, to examine the effect of transactional leadership on knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior. Second, to examine the effect of knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior. Third, to examine the mediating role of knowledge sharing in the relationship between transactional leadership and innovative work behavior. The quantitative method is considered appropriate for this study, and a questionnaire is used to collect data from a total of 210 employees in Tire Industry who participated in the study. The SmartPLS-SEM version 3.0 is used to analyze data. The results reveal that transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing. However, transactional leadership directly has no significant effect on innovative work behavior. In addition, knowledge sharing positively and significantly affects innovative work behavior. This finding demonstrates that knowledge sharing becomes an essential mediator of transactional leadership and innovative work behavior in Tire Industry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether transformational leadership style and work environment have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at a puskesmas in Pati district with a total of 240 employees using non-random sampling method and statistical analysis with Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on job satisfaction of millennial generation employees of the Ministry of Trade. This research is expected to be input for organizations to be able to manage transformational leadership styles and a better work environment in order to provide greater job satisfaction for employees, especially the millennial generation so that employee performance can increase and organizational goals are achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative verification method. The instrument used is a questionnaire consisting of 30 statements given to 290 employees. Sampling was done by accidental technique (convenient sampling). The research data were analyzed using Smart PLS version 3.0. The results showed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on employee performance (p<0.05), work motivation had no significant effect on employee performance (p>0.05), and transformational leadership mediated by motivation had no significant effect on employee performance (p >0.05). Further research is expected to create a transformational leadership improvement model that can increase employee motivation and performance.

Abstract

This study highlights the modernization efforts undertaken by the Cahaya Islam Islamic Boarding School in responding to changing times, especially due to the influence of globalization and the development of digital technology. In this era, educational institutions including Islamic boarding schools can no longer rely solely on traditional methods; they need to adopt new approaches in management, such as digitalization of administration, use of online platforms for learning, and technology-based information systems. However, these updates must not eliminate the main roots of Islamic boarding schools, namely noble values ​​such as sincerity, humility, morals, and spirituality. This means that even though Islamic boarding schools are starting to use technology, the values ​​that have been the characteristics and strengths of Islamic boarding schools are still maintained and used as the main guidelines. This is a challenge as well as an opportunity, how to combine modernity with tradition so that Islamic boarding schools remain relevant, develop, and do not lose their identity. This transformation still pays attention to Islamic boarding school values ​​such as sincerity, manners, and togetherness. The key to its success lies in the role of wise Islamic boarding school leaders and the support of all elements, including teachers and students, in understanding and managing technology in an Islamic way. The results of the study show that digital transformation is not a threat, but an opportunity for Islamic boarding schools to develop and become pioneers of change amidst global challenges. The Cahaya Islam Islamic Boarding School is an example that modernization can go hand in hand with preserving tradition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze curriculum development management in an effort to improve the quality of education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Nurul Yaqin Widoropayung, Besuki, Situbondo. The focus of this research includes planning, implementation, evaluation, and challenges faced in curriculum development. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the madrasah head, teachers, and education personnel.The results showed that curriculum development management at MTs Nurul Yaqin is carried out through systematic stages, including identification of student needs, adjustment to the vision and mission of the madrasah, and integration of religious values and general knowledge. Curriculum implementation involves active participation from all stakeholders, including teachers and parents. Evaluation is conducted periodically to ensure the effectiveness of the curriculum and identify areas of improvement. However, the research also found some obstacles, such as limited human resources, inadequate infrastructure and lack of teacher training in understanding the latest curriculum. In conclusion, curriculum development management at MTs Nurul Yaqin has an important role in improving the quality of education. Recommendations from this study include improving teacher competence, strengthening collaboration between the madrasah and the community, and optimizing supporting facilities to support more effective and sustainable curriculum implementation.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit TNI AU Dr. Moh. Salamun merupakan rumah sakit militer tingkat II yang telah menerapkan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum (PPK BLU) sejak tahun 2019. Penerapan PPK BLU bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme dan efektivitas layanan kesehatan dengan fleksibilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Namun, kemandirian keuangan rumah sakit ini masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam aspek kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap kemandirian keuangan rumah sakit melalui penerapan PPK BLU. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak NVivo12 Plus untuk memastikan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PPK BLU memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja keuangan rumah sakit, terutama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi pengelolaan anggaran. Namun, masih terdapat kendala dalam aspek operasional dan pelayanan yang berdampak pada citra rumah sakit di mata masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan strategi manajemen keuangan yang lebih fleksibel dan optimalisasi sumber daya sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai kemandirian keuangan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Teachers are less aware of and ignore the diversity of students, so that in the learning process they still use learning models that do not accommodate student diversity. This condition causes students to be less able to develop critical reasoning skills and independence. One way that can be done to respond to the characteristics and identify problems of diverse students is to implement differentiated learning strategies with the interactive learning media Difa Tara. This research aims to test the effectiveness of using Difa Tara Interactive Learning Media to increase critical reasoning abilities and independence in science subjects in elementary school. This research uses a quantitative approach to the Quasi-Experimental research type. Data collection techniques were carried out using tests and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use instrument validity and reliability tests, normality and homogeneity tests as prerequisite tests. Test the hypothesis using the T test. The results of the research show that the Difa Tara Interactive Learning Media is effective for critical reasoning abilities and independence. It has been stated from the hypothesis test that the significant value is 0.000, which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.
