Abstract

This research aimed to compare the productivity of GPS strains, namely Ross, Cobb, Hubbard, and Indian River in hens and males at 21 weeks of age. The research data was obtained from the results of an audit of the breeding company by the Directorate General of Livestock and Animal Health, Ministry of Agriculture, from November 2022 to March 2023. The results showed that the comparison of hen productivity in the four strains, namely (1) the Indian River strain had a high body weight compared to other strains, (2) the Hubbard strain has a higher depletion rate than the other strains, but this depletion rate does not reflect bad or bad genetics, but it reflects a high degree of selection, and (3) the Indian River strain has a higher uniformity level than other strains. The productivity of roosters is (1) the Indian River strain has a high body weight compared to other strains, (2) the Indian River strain has a higher depletion rate than the other strains, however, this depletion rate does not reflect bad or bad genetics, but it reflects high selection rate, and (3) Indian River strain has a higher uniformity level than other strains.

Abstract

Character education is crucial in fostering moral and ethical values, which are essential for shaping responsible, respectful, and civically minded citizens. Effective character education must address not only cognitive and emotional dimensions but also integrate religious values, which are fundamental in guiding personal morals and ethics. This research, conducted at SMPN 1 and SMPN 2 in Kota Pariaman, aims to explore a holistic approach to incorporating religiosity into education. The study employed a literature review and case study analysis to identify strategies and best practices for this integration. Results suggest that embedding religiosity within character education through a well-rounded curriculum, targeted teacher training, and a supportive school environment significantly strengthens students' moral and ethical development. The study concludes that an integrated character education approach, enriched by religious values, can play a pivotal role in cultivating good citizenship. As a result, collaborative efforts from government, educators, and the wider community are essential for the successful implementation of these strategies.

Abstract

Pollution and environmental damage are increasingly common in Indonesia. This is left to the survival of mankind. Character building for teenagers needs to be done through both formal and non-formal education. The An Najah Purwokerto Student Boarding School highly prioritizes character education for students. This character education is carried out through studying the Koran which is supported by the Scout extracurricular. Boarding schools and Scouts have a symbiotic mutualism relationship where Scouts have basic values ??contained in the Dasadharma which are related to the traditions of boarding schools. One of the values ??contained is caring for the environment. With the combination of boarding school traditions and the values ??of the Dasadharma Scouts, the instillation of character values ????of caring for the social and environment will be maximized. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the process of internalization of character values in Scout activities. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, whereas this type of research is field research. (field research). The data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The analysis of the research data uses data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verivication. This study concluded that the activities of the Pramuka in the Boarding Schools for Islamic Student Purwokerto containsl caring character values namely bindi, Pentana, Pencaga, blood donor, Baksos, and caring environmental character value namely Pentana, Pencaga, Prolingsih, and tree planting. The methods used in instilling social and environmental values are the methods of equality, rationalism, cultivation, counseling, and punishment. ABSTRAKPencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan semakin sering terjadi di Indonsia. Hal ini mengkhawatirkan bagi keberlangsungan hidup manusia. penanaman karakter kepada para remaja perlu dilakukan melalui pendidikan baik formal maupun nonformal. Pesantren Mahasiswa An Najah Purwokerto sangat mengedepankan pendidikan karakter kepada santri. Pendidikan karakter tersebut dilaksanakan melalui ngaji didukung dengan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka. Pesantren dan Pramuka memiliki hubungan simbiosis mutualisme dimana Pramuka memiliki nilai dasar yang terkandung dalam Dasadharma yang berkaitan dengan tradisi pesantren. Salah satu nilai yang terkandung yaitu peduli lingkungan. Dengan adanya penggabungan antara tradisi pesantren dan nilai Dasadharma Pramuka, penanaman nilai karakter peduli sosial dan lingkungan akan semakin maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis proses internalisasi nilai karakter dalam kegiatan Pramuka di Pesantren Mahasiswa An Najah Purwokerto. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan Teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verivication. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan kegiatan Pramuka di Pesantren Mahasiswa An Najah Purwokerto mengandung nilai karakter peduli sosial yaitu bindi, Pentana, Pencaga, donor darah, Baksos, dan nilai karakter peduli lingkungan yaitu Pentana, Pencaga, Prolingsih, dan penanaman pohon. Metode yang digunakan dalam menanamkan nilai peduli lingkungan yaitu metode keteladanan, rasionalis, pembiasaan, nasehat, dan hukuman.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of religious practice by MTsN 1 Head of Hilalang students, especially in the practice of fardhu prayers, reading the Al-Qur'an and giving alms. This research aims to determine the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers as motivators in increasing the practice of fardhu prayers, reading the Al-Qur'an and fostering students' interest in giving infaq at MTsN 1 Head of Hilalang. The research method used is a qualitative method. The research data sources are Madrasah Principals, PAI Teachers and students. The data collection tools that the author uses are observation, interviews and documentation. To analyze data is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are (1) The strategy of Islamic Religious Education teachers as a motivator in increasing the practice of fardhu prayers for students at MTsN 1 Head of Hilalang, Padang Pariaman Regency has been going well but is not optimal because there are still students who are reluctant to practice fardhu prayers. (2) The Islamic Religious Education teacher's strategy as a motivator in increasing students' practice of reading the Al-Qur'an has also gone well but is also not optimal, because there are still students who do not want to read the Al-Qur'an. (3) The teacher's strategy for Islamic Religious Education as a motivator in growing students' interest in giving infaq has been implemented well by the teacher, students already have an interest in giving infaq to people in need.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berlatar belakang mendalami studi tentang peran Rasulullah sebagai seorang edukator atau pendidik. Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk menemukan bagaimana Rasulullah berperan sebagai pendidik yang dianalisis dari prestasi-prestasi dalam kehidupan para sahabat yang menjadi murid Rasulullah dan telah didik secara holistik, dengan mengajarkan pendidikan dengan strategi, metode dan kurikulum yang bersumber dari Allah, sehingga kompetensi daya pikir (head), kecekatan (hand) dan hati (heart) menjadi maksimal dan secara holistik menjadi kemampuan bagi murid-muridnya. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, peneliti melakukan studi terhadap sejumlah referensi terkait buku-buku, jurnal-jurnal, maupun bacaan yang berbasis dengan studi ini, terutama menganalisis berbagai referensi-referensi terkait Rasulullah sebagai pendidik dan berbagai prestasi para sahabat, yang namanya tercantum dalam salah satu hadis. Hasil studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa adanya kompetensi holistik dalam praktik kehidupan para sahabat dan Rasulullah merupakan seorang guru yang telah mendidik muridnya dengan kemampuan menyeluruh yang terefleksi dalam berbagai prestasi sahabat dalam mereka menjalani kehidupannya.

Abstract

This paper is a literature review that discusses the Transmission Curriculum Model and Its Implementation in Islamic Education to regenerate the repertoire of science about curriculum. In this article, the aspects of the study discussed include: Transmission Curricular Model and Its Dreams in Islamic Religious Education, which will be concluded and discussed in the last chapter. In this study the authors found that the curriculum is all learning experiences that must be passed in the educational process. Meanwhile, the learning experience itself is constantly being refined in line with the times and the challenges that will be faced in the future. Therefore, the curriculum must be able to accommodate these needs and challenges whose design still considers the principles of continuity, sequencing, and integration of experiences. As for the transmission curriculum model, Gagne is very concerned about strategies or teaching methods that prioritize stimuli to generate student responses, so that a more memorable learning process will occur for students. The implication is that textually there is no curriculum development model, but conclusions can be drawn from the essence of the stated learning, so the appropriate curriculum development model for the transmission model is to focus heavily on teaching strategies or methods. As a modern noebehaviouristic, it encourages teachers, especially Islamic education teachers to plan lessons so that the atmosphere and learning style can be modified so that learning is fun for students.

Abstract

This research is a library research using qualitative methods. This research aims to understand the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad related to caring for orphans. In this study, the primary sources are related classical hadith books, such as Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abu Daud, Sunan Nasa'i and others. Meanwhile, the secondary (supporting) sources of this research are books related to the study of caring for orphans. The results of this study can be concluded, that there are 10 hadiths that explain about caring for orphans and their virtues, which were narrated by Imam Bukhari, Imam Muslim, Abu Daud, Nasa'i, Ibn Majah, Tirmidhi, and Imam Malik. Understanding the hadith about caring for orphans and its virtues, that people who take care of orphans will get blessings from Allah and the Messenger of Allah. In addition, other virtues are obtained, namely getting abundant sustenance, getting self-comfort and getting intercession in the hereafter.

Abstract

This research aims to : This research method uses qualitative with a descriptive approach, with data collection through observation, in-depth interviews as the main data collection tool and documentation as supporting data. Data analysis techniques used by collecting data, summarising data, presenting the data and drawing conclusions from the data that has been processed. The results of this study show that Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMAN 5 Pariaman play an important role in shaping students' character through an inclusive and interactive approach. They provide real examples of Islamic values to be applied in daily life and provide strong moral support and motivation to students. In addition, Islamic Education teachers also play a role in helping learners understand and practice worship consistently, even in distance learning situations. The role of Islamic Education teachers at SMAN 5 Pariaman is very important in shaping students' character and their worship discipline, especially in the post-COVID-19 pandemic period. The results of this study provide valuable insights into how Islamic religious education can continue to adapt to changing times and have a positive impact on student development. The implication of this research is the need to continue to support and develop the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in Islamic religious education in the future.

Abstract

Education at the Miftahul Istiqomah Sungai Asam Islamic boarding school until now still tends to use traditional educational methods in its learning, this is maintained in order to continue to use the procedures taught by its predecessors. Apart from using traditional educational methods, this Islamic boarding school still carries out learning also at night, in contrast to learning that is implemented by schools in general during the day. On the basis of these problems, the purpose of this study is to analyze the variety of values ​​and traditional learning methods used in the Miftahul Istiqomah Sungai Asam Islamic boarding school. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques namely observation, wawancaras and documentation. The results of this study explain that the character values ​​of the students developed through Islamic boarding school education, namely the character values ​​in relation to God, the character values ​​in relation to oneself, and the character values ​​in relation to the environment. Then the traditional learning methods that are always used by educators for their students, namely the halaqah method, the sorogan method, the habituation method and the exemplary method.

Abstract

Berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan inovasi membawa kemudahan dalam produksi, namun dapat menimbulkan tingkat resiko kecelakaan yang tinggi pada saat bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (SMK3) untuk meningkatkkan kinerja karyawan. Metodologi penelitian digunakan yaitu observasi dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan sebanyak 66 orang yang diperoleh dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 200 orang dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu valid dan reliabel, sedangkan hasil penelitia uji regresi linear berganda yaitu variabel keselamatan kerja (X1) dan kesehatan kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) pada karyawan yang dimana nilai Y yaitu 1,77, untuk nilai keselamatan kerja (X1) yaitu 0,238 dan kesehatan kerja yaitu 0,125. Sehingan variabel indenpenden tersebut mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) Makassar (Y) yang dimana setiap adanya kenaikan variabel indenpende,variabel dependen produktivitas kerja karyawan (Y) akan semakin meningkat. The development of science, technology, and innovation brings convenience to production. However, it can lead to a high level of accident risk during work. This study aims to see how the application of the occupational safety and health management system (SMK3) improves employee performance. The research methodology used was an observation by distributing questionnaires to 66 employees obtained from a total population of 200 people using the slovin formula. The results obtained were valid and reliable, While the results of the research were multiple linear regression test variables for occupational safety (X1) and occupational health(X2) on work productivity (Y) for employees where the value of is 1,77, for work safety(X1) is 0,238 and occupational health is 0,125. so that the independent variable has a positive influence on the performance of employees at PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) Makassar (Y) where every time there is an increase in the independent variable, the dependent variable of employee work productivity (Y) will increase.
