Abstract

This research aims to explore how the scope of morals can be implemented in daily practice. The research method used is qualitative research. The research approach used is a phenomenological approach. The research used data collection techniques in the form of interviews. The validity of the research data uses source triangulation. Data analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research used, namely the implementation of the scope of morals in daily practice, can be concluded as follows, morals to Allah SWT, namely worship only to Allah SWT, being grateful for the blessings given by Allah SWT, being sincere, carrying out Allah’s commands and staying away from his prohibitions, performing prayers, zakat, fasting, sunnah worship, and dhikr. Morals to others consist of morals to the Messenger of Allah, namely emulating the morals of the Prophet, sticking to honesty and good prejudice, carrying out the obligatory and sunnah practices carried out by the Prophet, reading shalawat and the story of the Prophet. The morals to the family are loving the family, living in harmony, respecting the family, being devoted to parents, helping the partner’s work, not arguing when told by obeying parents’ orders, doing work sincerely, and trying to make the partner and family happy. The morals to oneself are keeping oneself from things prohibited by Allah Swt, being istiqomah, patient, shidiq, tawadhu, istiqomah, honest, loving oneself by being grateful so as not to feel insecure and maintaining health. Manners to society, namely being tolerant, helping each other, qonaah, humble, patient, praying to Allah Swt for the common good, helping neighbors in difficulty, and giving to each other. Manners to nature, namely taking good care of the environment, not polluting the environment, not littering, maintaining environmental safety, not destroying nature, loving the environment by not doing whatever they want to the environment. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelajahi bagaimana ruang lingkup akhlak dapat di implementasikan dalam praktik sehari-hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan fenomenologis. Penelitian menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara. Keabsahan data penelitian menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data berupa pengumpulan data, reduksi data, menyajikan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang digunakan yaitu implementasi ruang lingkup akhlak dalam praktik sehari-hari dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut, akhlak kepada Allah SWT yaitu ibadah hanya kepada Allah Swt, bersyukur atas nikmat yang diberikan oleh Allah Swt, bersikap ikhlas, menjalankan perintah Allah dan menjauhi larangannya, menunaikan shalat, zakat, puasa, ibadah sunah, dan berzikir. Akhlak kepada sesama terdiri dari akhlak kepada Rasulullah Saw yaitu meneladani akhlak Rasulullah, berpegang teguh pada kejujuran dan berprasangka baik, menjalankan amalan wajib dan sunah yang dikerjakan Rasulullah, membaca shalawat dan kisah Rasulullah. Akhlak kepada keluarga yaitu mencintai keluarga, hidup rukun, menghormati keluarga, berbakti kepada orang tua, membantu pekerjaan pasangan, tidak membantah apabila disuruh dengan menaati perintah orang tua, melalukan pekerjaan dengan ikhlas, dan berusaha membuat pasangan serta keluarga senang. Akhlak kepada diri sendiri yaitu menjaga diri dari hal-hal yang dilarang Allah Swt, bersikap istiqomah, sabar, shidiq, tawadhu, istiqomah, jujur, mencintai diri sendiri dengan bersyukur sehingga tidak merasa insecure dan menjaga kesehatan. Akhlak kepada masyarakat yaitu bersikap toleransi, saling tolong menolong, qonaah, rendah hati, sabar, berdoa kepada Allah Swt untuk kebaikan bersama, membantu tetangga yang kesulitan, dan saling memberi. Akhlak kepada alam yaitu menjaga lingkungan dengan baik, tidak mencemari lingkungan, tidak membuang sampah sembarangan, menjaga keamanan lingkungan, tidak merusak alam, mencintai lingkungan dengan tidak berbuat seenaknya kepada lingkungan. Abstract

This research aims to explore the concept of majority hegemony in a multicultural society, with a focus on the dynamics of interaction between majority and minority groups. Through a qualitative approach and case study method, this research explores the perspectives of community and religious figures who represent both groups in a multicultural society. Data analysis was carried out by paying attention to the concept of hegemony in the theories of political sociology and ethnic conflict. The research results underscore the various manifestations of majority hegemony in daily life, encompassing public policies, cultural practices, and social dynamics. The implications of these findings are discussed in the context of a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities in building a society that is inclusive and just for all groups.

Abstract

Pollution and environmental damage are increasingly common in Indonesia. This is left to the survival of mankind. Character building for teenagers needs to be done through both formal and non-formal education. The An Najah Purwokerto Student Boarding School highly prioritizes character education for students. This character education is carried out through studying the Koran which is supported by the Scout extracurricular. Boarding schools and Scouts have a symbiotic mutualism relationship where Scouts have basic values ??contained in the Dasadharma which are related to the traditions of boarding schools. One of the values ??contained is caring for the environment. With the combination of boarding school traditions and the values ??of the Dasadharma Scouts, the instillation of character values ????of caring for the social and environment will be maximized. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the process of internalization of character values in Scout activities. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, whereas this type of research is field research. (field research). The data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The analysis of the research data uses data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verivication. This study concluded that the activities of the Pramuka in the Boarding Schools for Islamic Student Purwokerto containsl caring character values namely bindi, Pentana, Pencaga, blood donor, Baksos, and caring environmental character value namely Pentana, Pencaga, Prolingsih, and tree planting. The methods used in instilling social and environmental values are the methods of equality, rationalism, cultivation, counseling, and punishment. ABSTRAKPencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan semakin sering terjadi di Indonsia. Hal ini mengkhawatirkan bagi keberlangsungan hidup manusia. penanaman karakter kepada para remaja perlu dilakukan melalui pendidikan baik formal maupun nonformal. Pesantren Mahasiswa An Najah Purwokerto sangat mengedepankan pendidikan karakter kepada santri. Pendidikan karakter tersebut dilaksanakan melalui ngaji didukung dengan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka. Pesantren dan Pramuka memiliki hubungan simbiosis mutualisme dimana Pramuka memiliki nilai dasar yang terkandung dalam Dasadharma yang berkaitan dengan tradisi pesantren. Salah satu nilai yang terkandung yaitu peduli lingkungan. Dengan adanya penggabungan antara tradisi pesantren dan nilai Dasadharma Pramuka, penanaman nilai karakter peduli sosial dan lingkungan akan semakin maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis proses internalisasi nilai karakter dalam kegiatan Pramuka di Pesantren Mahasiswa An Najah Purwokerto. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan Teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verivication. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan kegiatan Pramuka di Pesantren Mahasiswa An Najah Purwokerto mengandung nilai karakter peduli sosial yaitu bindi, Pentana, Pencaga, donor darah, Baksos, dan nilai karakter peduli lingkungan yaitu Pentana, Pencaga, Prolingsih, dan penanaman pohon. Metode yang digunakan dalam menanamkan nilai peduli lingkungan yaitu metode keteladanan, rasionalis, pembiasaan, nasehat, dan hukuman.

Abstract

Inclusive education is crucial for fostering a learning environment that embraces diversity, including religious diversity. In Indonesia's multicultural society, Islamic-based inclusive education can promote religious moderation, mitigate conflicts, and enhance tolerance. This study examines the role of Islamic values in nurturing religious moderation through inclusive education. Employing a descriptive qualitative method and literature review, the study identifies Islamic principles of compassion, tolerance, and respect for differences as key to creating a moderate educational environment. Findings suggest that integrating Islamic values in inclusive education can enhance religious moderation in pluralistic societies. Thus, Islamic inclusive education is a strategic tool for fostering religious moderation and social harmony in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of IT-based audiovisual media in improving learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Using meta-analysis techniques, seven studies were analyzed, each meeting specific criteria such as publication within the past decade and a focus on Islamic education. The data analysis utilized the JASP statistical application, and additional information was collected via questionnaires distributed to 38 educators and 14 students. The results demonstrate that IT-based audiovisual media significantly enhance student learning outcomes, with an average effect size of 0.959, categorized as large. The findings reveal that commonly used media include PowerPoint, digital videos, and educational platforms like Google Classroom. While educators and students show moderate familiarity with IT-based media, their adoption remains inconsistent, with only 52.6% of educators frequently utilizing these tools. This research underscores the importance of integrating IT-based audiovisual media to foster active learning and improve educational quality in Islamic education. It highlights the need for further training and support for educators to maximize the potential of technological innovations in teaching. Future studies are recommended to explore the long-term impact of IT-based media on student engagement and academic performance across diverse educational contexts.

Abstract

The postmodernism movement is a new phase in the evolution of this era. Islamic education, particularly in Indonesian schools, confronts a number of challenges due to the postmodernism movement. Various problems experienced can come from internal or external. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze how the concept of Islamic education can be presented in the postmodernism period and how learning in the field of Islamic education faces it as an alternative for the next generation to remain superior humans beings. In this article, literature research is conducted with the description method, with the relevant books serving as sources and research materials, and Milles and Huberman data analysis techniques. In today's postmodernism, Islamic education must provide alternative learning to be in line with the era and always adjust to the progress of the era. Some alternatives in terms of education are applied in Islamic education learning. They are integrative religious education, multicultural education, gender equality-based education, religious moderation, and the role of teachers who are actively enganged in these solutions.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of Islamic Religious Education values into the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model as an effective pedagogical approach in shaping the religious character of students. The method used in this study is a literature review, which includes an analysis of literature related to the application of PBL and IRE values. The results indicate that through learning focused on contextual problem-solving, active participation, and reflection on Islamic values, students not only enhance their intellectual skills but also experience a deep internalization of spiritual values. The PBL model creates a collaborative, transformative, and meaningful learning environment, making the development of religious character a practical reality in daily life. Therefore, the systematic integration of PAI values and PBL is essential to address the challenges of character education in the complex and digital modern era.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the Talking Stick learning model in creating a pleasant learning atmosphere in Grade VII of MTs Ma'arif NU 09 Kutawis Purbalingga. Conventional learning methods that tend to be teacher-centered often cause students to be passive and unmotivated. This qualitative research with a case study approach used data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the Talking Stick model was effective in increasing student participation, building positive interactions, and creating a more lively classroom atmosphere. The implications of this study highlight the importance of innovation in learning methods to develop students' potential holistically.

Abstract

In the digital age marked by advances in information technology, PAI learning plays an important role in shaping students' religious character. This study aims to explore how the integration of artificial intelligence (AI)-based media can improve the effectiveness of PAI learning and support the development of students' religious character. The methods used in this study are literature review and qualitative analysis of various relevant sources. The results of the study indicate that the application of AI can enhance students' engagement in cognitive, affective, and behavioral aspects, which positively impacts the cultivation of religious character. However, the use of AI must be supported by a strong Islamic value and ethical framework, content monitoring, and teacher involvement as moral role models. With an integrative and targeted learning model, the combination of PAI and AI-based media can be an effective strategy to address the challenges of the digital age and strengthen students' religious identity sustainably.

Abstract

Religious character education plays a crucial role in shaping students' personalities in an increasingly complex era of globalization. This study aims to explore how religious character education can be implemented in formal and non-formal education contexts and its impact on students' character development. The method used in this study is a literature review, which involves analyzing various sources, including books, journal articles, and educational policy documents. The results of the study indicate that religious character education not only focuses on teaching religious values but also encompasses the development of morality, ethics, empathy, and tolerance. In addition, religious character education also prepares students to face challenges in the era of globalization and digitalization. Thus, religious character education serves as a foundation that guides behavior, strengthens identity, and shapes students' moral resilience, so that they can contribute positively to life in a diverse society.
