Abstract

Transportation is central to sustainable development, so transportation is included in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) topic. One of the efforts to advance transportation is through law enforcement. As a state of law, Indonesia established Law No. 22/2009 on Road Traffic and Transportation to organize a safe, orderly, and smooth land transportation system. But in reality, many traffic violations still occur in Indonesia, including the Sukabumi City area, where most violators are teenagers. Thus, it is necessary to study the implementation of Law No. 22/2009 on Traffic and Transportation in preventing juvenile traffic violations. This study aims to determine the conditions, situations, and causes of juvenile traffic violations and analyze the application of social deterrence in preventing juvenile traffic violations in Sukabumi City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a normative juridical method. The conditions and situation of youth traffic violations in Sukabumi City are still quite high and the forms of traffic violations that are often violated are not having a driver's license and not wearing a helmet. The occurrence of teenage traffic violations is caused by a lack of awareness of traffic laws, showing identity, laziness, transportation costs, and lack of parental supervision. The application of social deterrence has been well implemented by Satlantas Polres Sukabumi Kota and SMA Negeri 1 Kota Sukabumi. However, the sanctions given are not firm enough, so there is a potential for violators to commit violations again.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk dapat mengidentifikasi serta menginformasikan sejauh mana implementasi nilai kemausiaan pada sila Pancasila di SMA Yayasan Atikan Sunda Bandung yang merupakan sekolah berbasis budaya sunda. Penelitian ini pada proses penyusunannya menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan adalah dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dilapangan menyatakan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan di SMA Yayasan Atikan Sunda Bandung dapat dilihat dari berbagai aspek seperti adanya mata pelajaran tata karma, kegiatan ekstrakulikuler khas serta manajemen sekolah yang berlandaskan silih asah, silih asih dan silih asuh sehingga terjadinya kolaborasi seluruh elmen sekolah dari mulai kepala sekolah, staff pengajar, staff non-pengajar serta peserta didik di SMA Yayasan Atikan Sunda Bandung.

Abstract

The juridical civic critical learning model is a combination of several other learning models such as the direct discussion learning model, the debate learning model and the jurisprudential inquiry learning model. The purpose of carrying out this research is to examine the level of knowledge, understanding, attitudes and behavior of students towards a criminal law incident and to increase it to a higher level. The juridical civic critical learning model trains students to be sensitive to social problems, take positions, towards these problems, and maintain these attitudes with relevant and valid arguments. Juridical civic critical learning model will later become a stimulus for students to increase critical thinking about social phenomena related to criminal law.

Abstract

The Role of Reward and Punishment Methods in Increasing Student Learning Interest in Social Studies Learning Class VIII SMP Negeri 17 Bandung. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of reward and punishment methods in increasing students' interest in social studies learning in grade VIII SMP Negeri 17 Bandung. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected using observational techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that the reward and punishment method strategies in increasing interest in learning have been implemented appropriately and wisely, both from planning, implementing, and evaluating learning. The types of rewards and punishments given vary to avoid boredom. The application of reward and punishment methods in social studies learning in grade VIII SMP Negeri 17 Bandung is able to increase students' interest in social studies learning, which is shown by positive changes from within students.

Abstract

Education is essential, it is necessary to constantly improve its quality. This research began with the researcher's field practice, students often complained about the lessons presented by the teacher which seemed tough and boring. It affectsatmospheredecreased learning and impact on decreased student motivation. The aim is to hone teacher skills, as well as prove the application of an interactive learning model, namely the Visual Auditory Kinesthetic learning model which has the principle of combining 3 student learning modalities, while providing new experiences directly to students towards student-oriented learning. Using methodquasi experiment. The results of this study show that after carrying out an analysis of the IBM SPSS version 26 test, the results obtained are sig 0.000<0,05 whch proves that there are differences in learning motivation bertween before and after learning in the experimental class using the Visual Auditory Kinesthetic learning model. Futhermore, the sig 0,000<0,05 and it is found that there is a change in learning motivation in conventional learning. It is obtained if each of the experimental class and control class 0,000<0,05 so that there are differenes in student learning motivation in the experimental class than the control class.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dilema pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan berbasis Law-Related Education (LRE) di sekolah sadar hukum di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 27 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kasus dengan instrumen penelitian meliputi observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh yang banyak mengalami tantangan seperti dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, guru dihadapkan pada berbagai kendala seperti jaringan internet yang tidak stabil, terbatasnya perangkat media pembelajaran jarak jauh untuk siswa seperti handphone atau laptop, interaksi dalam proses pembelajaran yang tidak bisa seinteraktif pembelajaran langsung, pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara berkelompok sehingga guru tidak bisa memonitoring satu persatu siswa, berkurangnya waktu pembelajaran dan tuntutan untuk mencapai kompetensi yang harus dimiliki siswa sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran dan kurikulum pendidikan serta harus tetap bisa memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan kepada siswa agar tidak stres.

Abstract

This study focuses on the role of Adiwiyata Cadres in developing environmental awareness as a form of students' social capital at MTsN 10 Tasikmalaya. The background of this research stems from the low quality of the environment in Indonesia, particularly in Tasikmalaya Regency, which is caused by a lack of public awareness regarding the importance of environmental preservation. This study aims to describe the implementation, impact, as well as the challenges and efforts made by Adiwiyata Cadres in Islamic junior high schools in shaping students' environmentally caring character. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that Adiwiyata Cadres at MTsN 10 Tasikmalaya internalize Islamic values. Their activities positively influence the development of students' environmental awareness and strengthen the religious-based social capital within the school environment. The obstacles faced by the Adiwiyata Cadres come from both internal and external cadre management. This study supports the idea that Adiwiyata Cadres must be continuously developed as integral to character education and sustainable education in Islamic-based junior secondary schools
