Abstract

Based on observations of the activity and learning achievements of the students of the secondary school Mutiara Singaraja can be categorized as still very low. Seeing from the phenomenon above, the study aims to improve the student's learning activity and performance by trying to apply the TGT method. (Teams Games Tournaments). The subject of the study is a student of the Seventh Grade of the Imperial Mutiara High School in the 2023/2024 school year. The study used the TGT (Teams Games Tournaments) method in Hindu and Buddhist religious education subjects. In this study, the researchers set targets in average class (M) 80, absorption (DS) 80%, learning intensity (KB) 80 and student activity 80%. It is seen from the results of this study that the application of TGT (Teams Games Tournaments) can improve student activity and performance in Hindu Religion Education and Budi Pekerti subjects. This result is shown by the increase in learning activity in Cycle I = 55.6% and in the Cycle II to 82.3% student learning performance is also increased, i.e.: in the cycle I average (M) 76.65, Absorption Power (DS) 76,65 and classical learning intensity of 93.54%. From the results of the research that has been achieved this can be implemented by recommending to Hindu Religion Teachers all, the specialty of Religion teachers to apply the method TGT (Teams Games Tournament) as an effort to improve the quality and quality of Education of students in the field of Hindu Education. Abstract

Di era digital ini masyarakat banyak menjual produk secara digital melalui media sosial. Maraknya menjual produk secara online memberi tantangan kepada para e-commerce untuk dapat menawarkan produknya secara online melalui media sosial yang dicitrakan melalui karya fotografi sebagai media ilustrasinya. Dalam menjual produk secara online konsumen dapat memutuskan untuk membeli atau tudak dari foto yang ditampilkan. Untuk itu dalam menjual produk di media sosial peran fotografi sangatlah penting untuk menarik perhatian dan meningkatkan penjualan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membuat foto produk yang dapat menvisialisakan citra produk Dlilac. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang berdasarkan informasi studi pustaka, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian adalah bahwa peran fotografi sangat penting dalam penjualan produk Dlilac. Dari hasil penelirtian yang telah dilakukan maka dilakukan analisa sebuah foto yang digunakan sebagai ilustrasi dalam penjualan produk Dlilac di media sosial. Analisa foto dilakukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat bagaimana membuat foto produk menampilkan citra produk dari produk yang akan ditawarkan.

Abstract

The employment agreement between local staff and Representatives of Foreign Countries (RFC) is very problematic, because many people believe that a RFC has the immunity to be sued before the court where the RFC is located. Applicability of this immunity to employment agreement’s disputes between the local staff and the RFC is debatable. This paper will examine restrictions on the application of the principle of immunity in employment agreements, and how these exemptions impact legal protection for local staff. Therefore, using the normative/doctrinal approach, this paper will discuss the meaning of the immunity principle and its application in the employment relationship between RFC and local staff; the jurisdiction of the local court to resolve disputes between local staff and the RFC; and the impact of the limitation of the principle of immunity to the legal protection that will be provided to local staff with RFCs. Those will be seen both in regulations, court decision and opinio-doctorum. Finally, this paper will recommend parameters for determining the criteria to limit the application of the immunity principle in the employment agreement.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, perkembangan usaha laundry telah mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Fenomena ini sejalan dengan permintaan yang terus meningkat dari masyarakat akan layanan pencucian pakaian yang praktis dan efisien, penting bagi perusahaan untuk memiliki identitas visual yang kuat untuk membedakan dari pesaing dan meningkatkan brand awareness. Penelitian ini fokus pada perancangan ulang identitas visual Kurnia Jaya Laundry, sebuah bisnis laundry yang ingin memperkuat posisinya di pasar lokal. Identitas visual mencakup elemen-elemen seperti logo, palet warna, tipografi, dan elemen grafis lainnya yang secara keseluruhan mencerminkan karakter dan nilai-nilai perusahaan. Dalam konteks Kurnia Jaya Laundry, perancangan ulang identitas visual bertujuan untuk menciptakan kesan yang lebih profesional dan menarik, serta untuk meningkatkan pengenalan merek di kalangan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian dengan kualitatif deskriptif meliputi pengumpulan data, pengolah data, dan merancang. Hasil dari analisis ini digunakan untuk merancang elemen-elemen baru yang akan mencerminkan kualitas dan keunikan dari layanan laundry yang ditawarkan oleh Kurnia Jaya Laundry. Proses desain juga melibatkan umpan balik dari stakeholder untuk memastikan bahwa identitas visual yang baru efektif dalam meningkatkan brand awareness. Hasil dari perancangan ulang ini salah satuya adalah graphic standard manual yang menjadi panduan perusahaan agar konsisten dalam identitas visual dan diharapkan dapat memperbaiki citra merek Kurnia Jaya Laundry, meningkatkan daya tarik visual, dan akhirnya berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan bisnis melalui peningkatan pengenalan merek dan loyalitas pelanggan. Dengan identitas visual yang lebih kuat dan konsisten, Kurnia Jaya Laundry dapat lebih efektif bersaing di pasar dan menarik lebih banyak pelanggan.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia ranks second globally in tuberculosis (TB) burden, with 1,060,000 cases reported in the 2023 Global TB Report. Household contact coverage for Tuberculosis Preventive Therapy (TPT), a key program indicator, remains below target, primarily due to limited knowledge among household contacts regarding TPT.Objective: This study aims to examine the relationship between the level of knowledge of household contacts of TB patients and their acceptance and adherence to the TPT program in the working area of Klego Community Health Center.Methods: The research utilized an analytic observational quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. Purposive sampling was employed to select 49 respondent’s household contacts of TB.Results: The Gamma test results revealed a significance value of p-value = 0.003. The correlation coefficient Gamma (r) = 0.582Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of household contacts of TB patients and their acceptance and adherence to the TPT program in the working area of Klego Community Health Center. The correlation is of moderate strength and positive in nature, indicating that higher levels of knowledge among household contacts are associated with greater acceptance and adherence to the TPT program

Abstract

Collaborative supervision is partnership-based supervision between the supervisor and the supervisee. The purpose of this research was to find out whether academic supervision through a collaborative approach can improve teacher competence in managing teaching and learning activities and how teachers' responses to the learning in the Even Semester 2020/2021 at SMA Negeri 2 Bunguran Timur. This research method was classroom action research with two cycles. The results showed that academic supervision through a collaborative approach could scientifically improve teachers' competencies in the Management of Teaching and Learning Activities, as evidenced by the increase of supervision percentage from the aspect of academic supervision that met all of the criteria from 31% to 83% after the action. The teachers responded positively to the academic supervision using a collaborative approach, which can help them in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan UMKM D2D Frozen Food untuk meningkatkan citra merek melalui identitas visual yang lebih profesional. Logo yang digunakan sebelumnya dianggap kurang mencerminkan esensi, visi, dan nilai-nilai perusahaan, serta kurang menarik perhatian konsumen di tengah persaingan yang ketat dalam industri makanan beku. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah ketidaksesuaian antara logo lama dengan brand identity yang ingin dibangun oleh UMKM D2D Frozen Food. Logo yang kurang menarik dapat berdampak pada persepsi terhadap kualitas produk, loyalitas pelanggan, serta daya saing di pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang ulang logo yang dapat meningkatkan daya tarik visual, memperkuat identitas merek, serta menarik perhatian pasar yang lebih luas. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah desain logo baru yang lebih modern, profesional, dan relevan dengan industri makanan beku. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara dan observasi terhadap pemilik usaha serta analisis pasar menggunakan metode SWOT. Tahapan desain ulang melibatkan mind mapping, penentuan keyword dan key visual, pembuatan moodboard, sketsa, hingga digitalisasi logo menggunakan perangkat lunak desain grafis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa logo baru mampu mencerminkan identitas D2D Frozen Food dengan lebih baik. Penggunaan elemen visual yang tepat serta kombinasi warna yang menarik memberikan kesan profesional dan meningkatkan daya tarik merek di mata konsumen. Redesain ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat posisi UMKM di industri makanan beku serta meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study examines the People's Housing Savings (TAPERA) policy in the context of protecting the right to adequate housing and its impact on the decent living conditions of workers. Under TAPERA regulations, all workers are required to set aside a portion of their salary, including those who already own a home. While this policy aims to improve access to adequate housing, it raises questions about its impact on purchasing power and the fulfillment of other basic needs. The study employs an interdisciplinary approach using socio-legal methods to evaluate whether the mandatory TAPERA contributions can be considered a violation of the right to a decent life. Findings indicate that this policy potentially reduces the budget allocation for essential needs such as food, education, and healthcare, thereby threatening the welfare of workers. Proposed solutions include exempting workers who already own homes from the contribution requirement and enhancing transparency in TAPERA fund management. The study recommends a more flexible and fair approach to ensure that TAPERA's goals are achieved without compromising the overall well-being of the community.

Abstract

Kabupaten Pringsewu merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Lampung yang mengalamidegradasi lahan pertanian. Seperti pada tahun 2012-2014 di  Kabupaten Pringsewu terjadi alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi permukiman seluas 515,74 ha (Faturrakhman, 2016). Kabupaten Pringsewu terbagi menjadi 11 kawasan, salah satu kawasan tersebut adalah kawasan perkotaan. Dalam Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) Kabupaten Pringsewu tahun 2011-2031 terdapat 2342,99 ha lahan yang ditetapkanperuntukannya sebagai Lahan Pertanian Pangan Berkelanjutan (LP2B) di kawasan perkotaan Pringsewu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi lahan sawah eksisting dan menganalisis tingkatkesesuaian lahan sawah yang sesuai dengan peruntukan kawasan LP2B. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode interpretasi visual/digital untuk mengidentifikasi lahan sawah eksisting dari data citra SPOT 7 tahun 2020dan overlay untuk menganalisis kesesuaian lahan sawah eksisting terhadap kawasan peruntukan LP2B. Dari hasil interpretasi diketahui bahwa luas lahan sawah eksisting yang ada di kawasan perkotaan pringsewu adalah 3550,73 ha. Di kawasan perkotaan Pringsewu terdapat 2295,25 ha yang sesuai dan 1255,48 ha tidak sesuai dengan peruntukan kawasan LP2B.Kata Kunci: kawasan perkotaan Pringsewu, lahan sawah, LP2B
