Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) untuk mendukung pembelajaran biologi, khususnya sistem anatomi tubuh manusia, di SMP Maria Goretti Sungailiat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Rapid Application Development (RAD) melalui tahapan perencanaan kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan, dan implementasi. Aplikasi dirancang untuk menampilkan visualisasi 3D organ tubuh secara interaktif dan menyediakan fitur kuis sebagai alat evaluasi pembelajaran. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas aplikasi, disertai kuesioner skala Likert untuk menilai kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa, dengan rata-rata nilai post-test lebih tinggi dibandingkan pre-test. Kuesioner menunjukkan aplikasi memiliki tingkat kelayakan "layak" berdasarkan persepsi siswa dan guru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa aplikasi berbasis AR mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa melalui pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, interaktif, dan fleksibel, sekaligus menawarkan potensi adopsi luas pada institusi pendidikan dengan penyesuaian terhadap kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) Determine the characteristics and antioxidant activity of Beluntas Tea with the addition of smashed ginger as a functional beverage; 2) Identify the best formulation for Beluntas tea with ginger as a functional beverage. This research utilized a Completely Randomized Design with two factors: Beluntas tea leaves and smashed ginger with three treatments. The treatments for Beluntas leaves consisted of 70%, 50%, and 30% (w/w). Meanwhile, the treatments for smashed ginger were 30%, 50%, and 70% (w/w). Data were analyzed using ANOVA, and if there were significantly different treatment effects, the Duncan 5% test was applied. Based on the analysis, the treatment with the highest pH value was B3J3 with a value of 7.17. The highest antioxidant value was found in treatment B2J3 with a value of 3.21%, with a Beluntas tea leaves to smashed ginger weight ratio of 1:1.4 g/g. The highest tannin content was observed in treatment B1J1 with a value of 21.85%. The highest yield was obtained from treatment B2J1 with a value of 0.96%. The best treatment based on organoleptic tests was treatment B2J2 with a value of 2.84, which was preferred over the other treatments.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of drying temperature on the antioxidant content of Beluntas leaf tea (Pluchea indica L.). Beluntas, a widely recognized medicinal herb, is renowned for its potential health benefits attributed to its antioxidant properties. This quantitative study employs a Factorial Completely Randomized Design with two factors: the drying time of Beluntas leaves (factor W) and the drying temperature (factor S). The research aims to evaluate the effects of drying time and temperature of Beluntas leaves on pH, yield, moisture content, antioxidant content, tannin content, and organoleptic properties of Beluntas leaf tea. Drying times of 120, 140, and 160 minutes were used, while drying temperatures were 50, 60, and 70°C. Beluntas leaf tea was then brewed with 200 ml of hot water at 90-100°C temperatures and steeped for 10 minutes. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: 1) Drying temperature and time significantly affect pH, yield, moisture content, antioxidant content, and tannin content. Higher drying temperatures and longer drying times decrease, pH, yield, moisture content, antioxidant content, and tannin content. 2) The optimal treatment of drying temperature and time to obtain optimal antioxidant content is in sample S1W2 (drying temperature of 50°C for 140 minutes) with a moisture content of 7.74%, pH of 5.92, yield of 74.66%, antioxidant content of 59.12%, and tannin content of 14.90%. 3) Based on organoleptic tests, the sample preferred by the panelists is S3W2 (drying temperature of 70°C for 140 minutes) with a tea color that tends towards greenish-yellow, slightly characteristic aroma of Beluntas, non-bitter taste, and a pleasant aftertaste. The results indicate a significant impact of drying temperature on the antioxidant content of Beluntas leaf tea, with clear trends observed with varying temperatures. Understanding the relationship between drying temperature and antioxidant content is crucial for optimizing the production process of Beluntas leaf tea to maximize its health-promoting properties. This research provides valuable insights into the cultivation and processing of Beluntas as a functional beverage with enhanced antioxidant activity.

Abstract

Functional food products have garnered significant attention, particularly among individuals seeking both palatable and nutritionally enriched dietary options. Among these, fish nuggets, as a processed fish product, emerge as a promising candidate for fulfilling daily nutritional requirements. This research aims to explore the quality characteristics of fish nuggets enriched with beluntas leaves and assess the fat and protein content, positioning them as functional food products. The research adopted a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors: beluntas leaves and mackerel, each featuring three distinct treatments. Beluntas leaf concentrations comprised 10%, 20%, and 30%, while mackerel concentrations included 90%, 80%, and 70%. Data analysis utilized Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), with subsequent application of the Duncan 5% test if significant treatment effects were observed. Results indicated that the most effective treatment for protein content was I1BI, exhibiting an average value of 88.66%. Meanwhile, the I1B3 treatment yielded the optimal fat content, averaging at 0.161%. This suggests that elevating the percentage of beluntas addition positively correlated with increased crude protein content, while significantly reducing fat content. This research contributes valuable insights into formulating fish nuggets with the incorporation of beluntas leaves as functional food. The outcomes serve as a foundational platform for advancing the development of functional food products based on fish, offering not only diverse flavors but also enhanced nutritional value. Such innovations align with the growing demand for healthier food alternatives and underscore the potential of fish-derived functional foods to address nutritional deficiencies and promote overall well-being.

Abstract

This study designs and tests a prototype of a Solar Power Plant (PLTS) for households based on the Internet of Things (IoT). This system converts solar energy into electrical energy stored in the battery and monitored by ESP32, the sensors will be displayed on the LCD and the Blynk platform. The test results show that the system takes 8.37 seconds to activate and 3.10 seconds to read the sensor. The solar panel voltage varies between 12.66V to 13.27V when the sun is hot, this indicates the effect of light intensity on voltage. The Blynk platform monitors and stores data on voltage, current, storage conditions, and light intensity in LUX units in real time, and provides graphs and gauges for further analysis. This study uses an efficient and environmentally friendly Offgrid PLTS system for household needs and needs when camping or other outdoor activities.

Abstract

The growth in the number of vehicles in urban areas and limited parking spaces available further exacerbate the problem of finding empty parking spaces. Inefficient parking management can result in congestion, waste of time, and increased security risks for parked vehicles. To overcome this problem, this research focuses on the design and implementation of an automatic parking system based on Mitsubishi's Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) which is designed to increase parking efficiency, vehicle safety and user comfort.The automatic parking system developed utilizes proximity sensors to detect and monitor the availability of parking spaces in real-time. This sensor detects the presence of vehicles in each parking slot and sends status information to the PLC control unit. To providevisual information to users, the system is equipped with two indicator LEDs: a green LED indicating that the parking space is still available, and a yellow LED indicating that the parking area is full. This system design ensures that all components function synergistically to optimize the parking process. The use of Mitsubishi PLC as the main control ensures the stability and reliability of the system in processing sensor data and controlling indicators. With this system, dependence on human labor can be reduced, and the risk of operational errorsthat are common in manual parking systems can be minimized.The results of this research show that this automatic parking system has succeeded in reducing the time needed to find a parking space, increasing the level of vehicle safety with clear status indicators, and providing a more efficient solution compared to conventional parking methods. Implementation of this system not only provides practical benefits for parking managers and vehicle users, but also has the potential to be applied on a wider scale in various urban environments.

Abstract

PBASS fish is one of the ornamental fish species that is in great demand in Indonesia. Good water quality is very important for the health and survival of fish in an aquarium. One crucial parameter is the pH of the water, which must be maintained within the optimal range according to the type of fish being kept. This study aims to develop a prototype of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based water pH controller for PBASS fish aquariums. This system is designed using NodeMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller, a pH sensor to measure the acidity level of the water, and the Blynk application to monitor and control the water pH in real-time. System testing shows that this tool is able to measure and stabilize the water pH according to the needs of PBASS fish, as well as provide notifications to users via the application if there is a significant change in pH. The results of this study are expected to help freshwater ornamental fish hobbyists in maintaining ideal environmental conditions for their pet fish, thereby reducing the risk of stress and disease due to uncontrolled pH fluctuations.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa SMK Farmasi Maharani Malang. Pentingnya inovasi pembelajaran yang mampu merangsang daya cipta siswa, terutama dalam kreatifitas siswa menuntut pemikiran kritis dan solutif. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap aktivitas pembelajaran berbasis AI, seperti platform adaptif, AI art generator, dan chatbot edukatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa integrasi AI mendorong peningkatan kreativitas siswa, baik dalam eksplorasi ide, penyusunan proyek, maupun pemecahan masalah. AI juga berfungsi sebagai media pembelajaran personal yang menyesuaikan tantangan dengan kemampuan siswa, serta mendorong lahirnya gagasan baru yang kontekstual. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi AI dalam kurikulum serta peningkatan kompetensi digital guru guna mendukung pembelajaran inovatif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan era industri 4.0 dan society 5.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Implementasi program Balai Latihan Kerja dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia NMC Group. Dengan sumber manusia manusia yang berkualitas nantinya diharapkan dapat memiliki softskill yang memadai untuk menunjang mereka pada saat memasuki dunia kerja. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah manajemen Balai Latihan Kerja, instruktur kejuruan, serta peserta yang ada di Balai Latihan Kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, serta dokumentasi pada Balai Latihan Kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program Balai Latihan Kerja memiliki peranan penting dalam peningkatan kualitas dari sumber daya manusia pada perusahaan NMC Group.

Abstract

Banyaknya  angkatan  kerja  yang  selalu  bertambah  setiap  tahun  yang  tidak  diimbangi dengan  perluasan  kesempatan  kerja  akan  memunculkan  adanya  pengangguran  dimana  jumlah penawaran tenaga kerja lebih besar dari pada permintaan tenaga kerja. Salah satu sector informal yang mampu  untuk menyerap  banyak  tenaga  kerja  adalah Usaha Mikro,  Kecil  dan Menengah (UMKM). UMKM banyak berperan penting dalam perekonomian suatu Negara salah satunya yaitu dalam penyerapan  tenaga kerja dan mengatasi pengangguran. Salah satu daerah dengan  jumlah UMKM yang tinggi di Jawa Timur adalah Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Terdapat banyak UMKM dan produk  unggulan  di Kabupaten  Bojonegoro  yang  salah  satunya  adalah UMKM  sentra  industri mebel kayu jati yang berlokasi Desa Sukorejo Kota Bojonegoro. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis  pengaruh  modal,  upah,  nilai  produksi,  lama  usaha  dan  pendidikan  terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada UMKM sentra industri mebel kayu jati di Sukorejo Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang di dapatkan melalui wawancara langsung dengan responden pengusaha mebel dengan daftar pertanyaan yang telah disiapkan. Terdapat 47 responden  yang  menjadi  objek  penelitian.  Untuk  mencapai  tujuan  penulisan  ini  di  lakukan  uji regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 17. Berdasarkan  hasil  analisis  didapatkan  secara  simultan/bersama-sama  variabel X1, X2, X3,  X4,  dan  X5  berpengaruh  secara  signifikan  terhadap  penyerapan  tenaga  kerja.  Sedangkan secara  parsial  variabel  X1  (modal)  berpengaruh  positif  dan  signifikan,  Variabel  X2  (upah) berpengaruh  negative  dan  signifikan,  Variabel  X3  (Nilai  Produksi)  berpengaruh  positif  dan signifikan,  variabel  X4  (Lama  Usaha)  berpengaruh  positif  dan  sinifikan,  dan  Variabel  X5 (pendidikan)  tidak  memiliki  pengaruh  terhadap  penyerapan  tenaga  kerja  pada  UMKM  sentra industri mebel kayu jati di Sukorejo Bojonegoro.
