Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi kecerdasan emosi dan stres kerja pada kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah adanya korelasi antara kecerdasan emosi dan stres kerja pada kinerja karyawan. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan PT. BRI Kebumen dengan usia minimum 22 tahun, berpendidikan minimal SMA, dan memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun. Subjek penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode pusposive sampling. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa korelasi yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dan stres kerja (R = 0.580 dan Fregresi = 11.909, p < .01) serta dapat digunakan sebagai prediktor kinerja karyawan. Ketika diuji secara terpisah, muncul pula korelasi positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan kinerja karyawan (r = 0.527, p < .01), dan korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara stres kerja dengan kinerja karyawan (r = -0.391, p < .01).

Abstract

The way to overcome crime, and increase the economic productivity of the community is to empower the potential that is owned by the community itself. This potential is developed together so that it creates confidence to be able to move forward and develop together which is called collective efficacy. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explore in depth about collective efficacy behavior. The specific target in this study is the collective efficacy behavior carried out by the Kaliabu Village community which is able to increase their economic productivity. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The data collection method used in this study was interviewing seven informants with the main job criteria as logo designers, as pioneers of the collective efficacy process and as figures who could drive the collective efficacy process to increase the productivity of the people of Kaliabu Village. The results of this research are the first to state that the factors that influence collective efficacy are environmental factors and economic factors. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational support and job satisfaction. Using the meta-analysis approach, the hypothesis is proposed that there is a relationship between organizational support and job satisfaction. Previous studies used 19 articles containing 22 research results that have F, t, d, and r values. The total sample obtained was 11,257 samples with various backgrounds. The analysis show that the population correlation coefficient after being corrected by the number of samples is 0.57. Referring to the 95% significance level, the acceptance limit is between 0.3687 r 0.7648. Thus the results of 0.57 are at the acceptance limit. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the hypothesis that there is a relationship between organizational support and job satisfaction is acceptable. These results strengthen the relationship between organizational support andjob satisfaction.Keywords: organizational support, job satisfaction, meta-analysis

Abstract

Pelaksanaan sosialisasi etos kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan di departemen Sumber Daya Manusia (HR) PT. X Boyolali. Etos kerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan. Etos kerja dapat diartikan sebagai nilai-nilai dan etika dasar dalam suatu organisasi perusahaan yang mengarahkan perilaku individu dan kelompok kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pelaksanaan dengan sosialisasi dan penyebaran angket/kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dari karyawan HR yang berpartisipasi dalam sosialisasi etos kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar karyawan telah memiliki etos kerja yang cukup baik, namun masih perlu untuk diperbaiki. Lalu, kategori tinggi yang hanya ditempati oleh sedikit karyawan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa individu yang memiliki etos kerja yang sangat baik dan dapat menjadi contoh bagi sesama rekan kerja.

Abstract

The ideal family consists of father, mother and child, but it is different if there is spouse death or divorce so father or mother becomes single parent. Islam considers that mother is the main caregiver (madrasatul ula), but it is not found if there is death of a mother or child who follows their father when their parents divorce. Nevertheless, a single father is still optimize the nurturing to his children. This study aims to explore the internalization of Islamic values of a single father parenting. This study used qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects consisted of 6 single fathers. Data is collected with interview. Analysis is done by descriptive analysis. The results show that the values include religy, self value, responsible for the tasks, and social interaction. It can be concluded that a single father continues to carry out parenting by applying Islamic values.

Abstract

The socialization and implementation of the UU-PLP and SIAP HIMPSI are carried out with the aim of providing information to all HIMPSI members about the new regulations, which govern ethics and relations with and work under the Psychology graduate flag. Previously, HIMPSI members were governed by the 2010 Code of Ethics for Psychologists. However, this has now been replaced by the regulations in the UU-PLP 2022. Therefore, this socialization and implementation is considered important to be carried out, one of which is through a socialization event at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, targeting participants such as HIMPSI members, professionals with a background in psychology, and psychology students from the surrounding Surakarta ex-Karesidenan area.

Abstract

Kedisiplinan karyawan merupakan faktor kunci dalam menjaga efisiensi dan produktivitas sebuah organisasi, termasuk perusahaan daerah seperti PERUMDA Tirta Ampera. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kedisiplinan karyawan di Bagian Umum PERUMDA Tirta Ampera, Boyolali dengan menggunakan media poster kedisiplinan. Metode pengabdian menggunakan desain pretest-posttest dengan responden sebanyak 13 orang karyawan yang mewakili berbagai sub-bagian di Bagian Umum. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket yang berfokus pada aspek-aspek kedisiplinan seperti ketepatan waktu, penggunaan fasilitas, tanggung jawab, dan patuh terhadap aturan kantor. Poster kedisiplinan diberikan sebagai media psikoedukasi selama satu minggu kepada semua responden. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam tingkat kedisiplinan setelah psikoedukasi poster (p = 0.040). Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan poster kedisiplinan efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan karyawan di lingkungan kerja PERUMDA Tirta Ampera. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini adalah pentingnya menggunakan strategi visual seperti poster untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan di perusahaan daerah.

Abstract

Understanding of competence and maintaining competence is an important part of human resource development in Indonesia. Higher Education which is part of human resource development needs to ensure that students have the same understanding. The activity aims to provide an understanding of the importance of certification and competency maintenance. The activity was carried out by online method through the Zoom Room Meeting application, with 79 participants from various backgrounds. In collaboration with the Psychology Competency Test Center of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, the material presented for 60 minutes includes the understanding and elements of competence, recognition of competence, and strategies for maintaining competence. The success of the activity was assessed by measuring the understanding of competence before and after giving the material (pre-test and post-test), with the results showing an increase in the average value of pre-test and post-test although not statistically significant. The next event is recommended to use a more practical method regarding the same material.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to understand the dynamics of the implementation of toilet training in preschool child. Methodology: This research uses descriptive qualitative approaches by selecting informants using purposive techniques. The informants in this study consisted of working mothers and housewives who have their first child at preschool age and successful and unsuccessful toilet training, and live with a nuclear family. The number of research informants are 8 people. Data collection techniques using semi-structured interviews. Results: The results shows that the methods or methods taught by mothers included when starting toilet training, modeling techniques, oral techniques, using tools for elimination, managing time, adjusting the child’s condition, and not waking the child at the mall day. The influencing factors come from the child, the mother, and the environment. Some of which are experiences, social environment support, knowledge, motivation, emotional feelings of the mother, parenting, and the child’s attitude and behavior to be conditioned. Then the effect resulting from the implementation of toilet training are the child’s attitude, social development, emotional, and knowledge of children, communicative children, parenting, economic, emotional feelings of the mother, and the level of independence of the child. The results obtained are quite diverse and there is a uniqueness in each informant.
