Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi terhadap kebisingan lingkungan kerja dan iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 90 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT Angkasa Pura II Cabang Pontianak yang bekerja di ruangan tanpa AC atau bekerja di luar ruangan yang berdekatan dengan bandar udara yang berpotensi besar terdampak suara bising pesawat terbang. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Skala persepsi terhadap kebisingan di lingkungan kerja, iklim organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja digunakan sebagai parameter. Pengolahan data diawali dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi ganda dan analisis korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan lingkungan kerja dan iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja (Z = 17,322; p < 0,05; r = 0,534 r2 = 0,285) dan hubungan negatif signifikan antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan (p < 0,05; r = -0,274 r2 = 0,58).

Abstract

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic that has continued since March 2020 requires everyone to develop new habits that have an impact on mental health decline. A new habit that students must face is the transition from face-to-face learning to distance learning, where the learning process uses software applications developed specifically to manage online learning and distribute lecture materials between students and lecturers. This study aims to determine effectiveness of online-based peer counseling against academic anxiety in Class of 2020/2021, Universitas Binawan during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses an experimental methodology of one group pre-test and post-test design. The research subjects were 15 respondents who were selected from 847 students who were Universitas Binawan students who had received a recommendation from the Head of the Study Program because their achievement index score was 3.00. The data analysis technique used in this study is t-test using the statistical product and service solution version 17 assistance program. The results showed that online-based peer counseling was effective in reducing academic anxiety in Class of 2020/2021, Universitas Binawan during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Bencana banjir yang melanda Kawasan Kelurahan Cawang Jakarta Timur pada Juli 2019 lalu tidak hanya menyebabkan kerusakan fisik akan tetapi juga dapat meninggalkan bekas luka psikis (trauma) bagi para korbannya. Konselor adalah salah satu profesi yang bertugas untuk melaksanakan layanan konseling untuk korban bencana yang mengalami trauma. Konselor memiliki peran penting untuk membantu pengentasan kondisi trauma yang dialami oleh korban melalui layanan konseling bencana (disaster counseling), yaitu play therapy, penenangan (relaksasi dan disensitisasi), serta layanan pendalaman (eklektik). Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang diberikan adalah untuk dapat membantu pemulihan trauma yang dialami oleh korban bencana alam yang selamat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para korban yang terdampak bencana banjir dapat menyembuhkan keluhan psikis dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan Kesehatan mental selama kondisi bencana atau krisis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation and self-regulation with academic procrastination that occurs in students who work at University X Jakarta. The subjects in this study were working students of University X Jakarta, totaling 100 with quantitative research methods. Sampling used is simple random sampling technique. This research instrument uses three psychological scales, namely the academic procrastination scale (APS), the learning motivation scale, and the self-regulation questionnaire scale (SRQ). Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the first hypothesis test indicate that there is a significant negative effect between learning motivation and academic procrastination, so the hypothesis is accepted. The results of the second hypothesis test show that there is no influence between self-regulation and academic procrastination, so the hypothesis is rejected. The third hypothesis shows that there is an influence between learning motivation and self-regulation on academic procrastination, so the hypothesis is acceptedKey words: Learning Motivation, Self-Regulation, Academic Procrastination

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap motivasi berprestasi. Motivasi berprestasi berfungsi sebagai pendorong individu untuk mencapai tujuan atau kesuksesan yang diharapkan. Tinggi dan rendahnya motivasi berprestasi dapat terlihat dari usaha dalam mencapai tujuan dan juga dapat terlihat dari bentuk keberhasilan yang telah dicapai. Motivasi berprestasi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal, diantaranya dukungan sosial keluarga. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan subyek penelitian sebanyak 106 mahasiswa yang berasal dari kampus di wilayah Jakarta. Pengumpul data yang digunakan berupa skala dukungan sosial keluarga dan skala motivasi berprestasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari ketiga variabel dan diolah dengan SPSS versi 24. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05) dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel dukungan sosial keluarga secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap variabel motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa. Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,387 menunjukkan secara simultan variabel dukungan sosial keluarga dapat mempengaruhi motivasi berprestasi sebesar 38,7%.   Kata kunci: Dukungan sosial keluarga, Motivasi berprestasi, Mahasiswa.   Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of family social support on achievement motivation. Achievement motivation functions as an incentive for individuals to achieve the expected goals or success. High and low achievement motivation can be seen from efforts to achieve goals and can also be seen from the form of success that has been achieved. Achievement motivation is influenced by several things, including family social support. This research includes quantitative research with research subjects of 106 students from campuses in the Jakarta area. Data collectors used were a family social support scale and an achievement motivation scale. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques to determine the influence of the three variables and is processed using SPSS version 24. Based on the results of the analysis, a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05) can be concluded that the family social support variable significantly influences the achievement motivation variable. to students. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.387 shows that simultaneously the family social support variable can influence achievement motivation by 38.7%.   Key words:  Family social support, Achievement motivation, Students.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy on work stress. Distance learning carried out by lecturers and students has resulted in changes to the learning system process. The demand to adapt to changes in the learning system and the demand to master technology in order to be able to run a distance learning system are situations that can put lecturers in work situations that cause them to experience work stress. There are several factors that influence work stress, such as how to cope with stress, psychological resilience, emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, social support and adversity quotient. This research is included in quantitative research. The subjects in this research were 83 lecturers from universities in the Jakarta area. The sampling method uses a purposive technique. The data collection tools used were self-efficacy and work stress scales. This research uses linear regression analysis techniques to determine the influence of independent and independent variables. Data processing using the SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the results of the multiple regression analysis, it was concluded that there was an influence between self-efficacy and work stress..   Key words: Self  efficacy,  Work  stress,  Lecturer,  Online Learning.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy terhadap work stress. Pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa mengakibatkan proses sistem pembelajaran mengalami perubahan. Tuntutan beradaptasi terhadap perubahan sistem pembelajaran serta tuntutan untuk menguasai teknologi agar dapat menjalankan sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh merupakan situasi yang dapat membuat dosen masuk pada situasi kerja yang membuat ia mengalami work stress. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi stress kerja seperti cara coping stress, ketahanan psikologi, kecerdasan emosional, self efficacy, dukungan sosial dan adversity quotient. Penelitian ini termasuk pada penelitian kuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini sebanvak 83 orang dosen yang berasal dari Universitas di wilayah Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan berupa skala self efficacy dan work stress. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel bebas dan independen. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi ganda diperoleh kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh antara self efficacy terhadap work stress.   Kata kunci: Self efficacy, Work stress, Dosen, Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh.

Abstract

Innovation is the development of work according to the skills of employees. If the thoughts and actions of employees are creative and innovative, innovation emerges. The need for innovation arises when someone tries to do cognitive work that is not routine. This study aims to test and analyse the effect of Training and Development on employee innovative behaviour. The benefit of this research is to provide information about Training and Development on employee innovative behaviour. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are simultaneously training and development have a positive and significant effect on employee innovative behaviour. Partially, training has a positive and significant effect on employee innovative behaviour and human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee innovative behaviour. The author suggests that training activities can be carried out by the company and conduct employee self-development planning so that it can foster innovative behaviour so that the goals of the company can also be carried out.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiliensi dan spiritualitas terhadap kontrol diri pada mahasiswa di Universitas Binawan Jakarta, khususnya pada mahasiswa yang bekerja sambil berkuliah.  Kontrol diri berfungsi sebagai kemampuan individu dalam mengontrol keputusan dalam perilaku atau tindakan diri yang difaktori oleh usia, keluarga, dan budaya. Kontrol diri dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal, yakni; resiliensi dan spiritualitas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 100 mahasiswa aktif yang bekerja di Universitas Binawan Jakarta. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan skala kontrol diri, skala resiliensi, dan skala spiritualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari ketiga variabel dan diolah dengan SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p<0.05) dan disimpulkan bahwa variabel resiliensi dan spiritualitas secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap variabel kontrol diri pada mahasiswa aktif yang bekerja. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.363 menunjukkan secara simultan variabel resiliensi dan spiritualitas dapat memengaruhi kontrol diri sebesar 36.3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian big-five dan harga diri terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif dewasa awal yang mengalami quarter-life crisis di Universitas Binawan. Kesejahteraan subjektif merupakan evaluasi kognitif dan afektif individu terhadap pengalaman hidupnya, kesejahteraan subjektif dipengaruhi oleh faktor kepribadian, kepuasan subjektif, pendapatan, demografi dan harga diri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 111 mahasiswa aktif dewasa awal di Universitas Binawan yang berusia 18-25 tahun. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur SWLS, SPANE, BFI-44 dan adaptasi CSEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari ketiga variabel dan diolah dengan SPSS versi 29. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linear berganda, diperoleh nilai F sebesar 17.833 sig. 0.000 (p<0.05) dan (R2) sebesar 0.248 yang menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian big-five dan harga diri secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif sebesar 24.8%. Adapun hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh kepribadian big-five terhadap kejahteraan subjektif sebesar 0.072 atau 7,2%, sementara besarnya pengaruh harga diri terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif sebesar 0.214 atau 21,4%.

Abstract

Strengthening the Managerial Competence of Driver Teachers is an effort to improve the managerial quality of teachers who play a driving role in education. This includes developing skills in leading, managing resources and motivating teams to achieve educational goals. Lead teachers are those who not only teach in the classroom but also lead by example, inspire and motivate their colleagues and involve them in strategic decision-making to improve the quality of education in schools. Strong managerial skills include the ability to plan strategically, organize resources, manage time and priorities, and build and maintain effective working relationships. Strengthening managerial competencies is done through continuous training and development. This includes workshops, courses, mentoring and hands-on experience in complex education project management. In addition to managerial skills, teacher leaders also need to have strong leadership skills. They need to be able to drive the school's vision and mission, motivate staff and build an inclusive and collaborative work culture. Lead teachers are often the catalyst for change in schools. They drive innovation in teaching methods, curriculum development and the implementation of new educational technologies to improve student learning outcomes
