Abstract

Indonesian Eastern Fleet Training Command currently has the facilities to train professional soldiers in the shooting.A simulator facility in the form of computer-based clinic shooting is called Virtual Arms Solution FTS D-423 (VAS).Need to analyse the relationship between perceived ease of use and usefulness of VAS in order to determine thelevel of acceptance. Both these factors are modelled by the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which canexplain the factors that influence the actual receipt of the use of technology. After that, the relationship between thetwo factors that have been modelled with the Technology Acceptance Model to be treated using Path Analysis(Path Analysis). Where the path analysis was used to analyse the causal relationships between variables in order todetermine the effect of the direct and indirect causes of the variable to a variable result. Based on the analysis anddiscussion, it is obtained as follows that the ease and usefulness of a positive effect on Attitude using VAS positiveeffect on Behavioural Intention using VAS. Behavioural intentions affect the Actual Usage. Keywords: Virtual Arms Solution, Technology Acceptance Model, Path Analysis.

Abstract

Abstract

Indonesian Navy ships (KAL) is one element of the Integrated Fleet Weapon System (SSAT), which plays an important role in carrying out tasks in the defense field. So, we need an optimal KAL readiness to support the passage of the operation to be carried out successfully and smoothly. One of the ways used to prepare KAL is to carry out routine maintenance through the docking process. However, in practice there are accidents suffered by workers. This research was conducted using the HIRARC method. HIRARC is a method of hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control measures that are used for this method is considered moreappropriate and more accurately where the dangers that arise in the process described docking of any work activity. In this method also provides appropriate control measures for each hazard. Based on the results of the HIRARC analysis, each suction work activity of docking based Risk Ranking will be sorted according to the level of Risk Matrix and will be discussed further against high risks and implemented controls. Then the resulting draft recommendation to minimize workplace accidents in the docking process is by way of elimination, Administration Control and Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Keywords: HIRARC method, Docking process, KAL.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Determination of the landing beach becomes a must for the Marine Forces of the Indonesian Navy as an element of the landing forces in order to carry out the task of amphibious operations in particular to determine the ideal landing beach location for the successful implementation of the task. Requirements on the determination of ideal landing beaches should be in accordance with predetermined parameters and serve as an important component in determining the weighting value of landing beach selection criteria. This study aims to determine the location of landing beaches by using the Preference Ranking Method Method of Organization for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) combined into the Borda method. The research stages started from determining the value of criterion preferences to the landing beach alternative options analyzed by PROMETHEE method then processed again in Borda method. The PROMETHEE method is used to analyze individual decisions of decision makers, while the Borda method is used to manage group decisions from the PROMETHEE method of ranking. The use of both methods is a solution to generate more objective group decisions so as to obtain a ranking result against the selection of logical amphibious landing beaches and have an objective value in accordance with accurate data and greatly assist decision-makers to solve multi-criteria problems. From the results of this study can be seen that the location of the selected beach is the most feasible to serve as the location of landing beaches in amphibious operations is Beach 3 with a weighted value of 0.389. Abstract

The FMEA method is a tool used to identify the consequences or consequences of a system or process failure and reduce or eliminate failure. In determining risk factors and system improvement priorities, traditional FMEA still has weaknesses, where FMEA traditionally places severity factors, occurrence, and detection at the same level of importance, even though in reality different levels of importance and the importance of FMEA assessment teams are ignored. In this study, the fuzzy method is integrated into FMEA where the severity factor, occurrence, and detection are assessed in linguistic form. In this fuzzy method, the weight of the interests of the FMEA assessment team is taken into account to do ranking and repair priorities. The application of Fuzzy methods to FMEA to determine significant risk factors and prioritizing improvements from various alternatives chosen for the process of repairing KRI in Surabaya Lantamal V, so that it is expected that the application of this method can improve the operational performance of Fasharkan to eliminate or reduce the risks that occur in the repair process ships in the eastern region of the fleet.
