Abstract

The object of research was the Sunshine Kindergarten in Pontianak, through the questionnaire, interview and observation in the two aspects : first, the condition of teaching mandarin in Sunshine Kindergarden in Pontianak, in this aspect, the writer described the background of kindergarten and Mandarin language curriculum, the academic conditions of Mandarin language teachers, teaching instruments, methods and content of Mandarin language teaching. Second, the problems occured during on the process of teaching and their solutions. From the results of research, it can be concluded that the condition of the Mandarin language teaching in Sunshine Kindergarten was good, but there were still some problems found in the teaching and learning process,especially students in the teaching process of attention problems. It means, Mandarin language teachers must continuously develope and improve the quality of teaching. Keywords: mandarin teaching    kindergaden     condition    problem 摘要:笔者以坤甸市阳光幼儿园作为研究对象,通过调查、采访和观察两个方面,第一,阳光幼儿园汉语教学现状,这方面里笔者仔细地说明了本幼儿园的背景与汉语课程、教师方面、学生、老师使用的教学法和教学过程。第二,于汉语教学过程中经常出现的问题及解决方法。从分析结果,笔者得到的结论:幼儿园汉语教学现状不错,只不过,于汉语教学中还存在学生方面问题,特别是在教学过程中学生注意力的问题。这意味着,汉语教师必须不断地创新而提高幼儿园的汉语教学质量。 关键词: 汉语教学 幼儿园 现状 问题

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengali penggunaan e-learning oleh para guru di sekolah-sekolah Katolik di Kalimantan Barat. Permasalahan yang menjadi focus penelitian adalah “Apa sajakah Platform e-learning yang digunakan oleh para guru di sekolah-sekolah Katolik di Kalbar? Bagaimanakah peng-aplikasian Platform e-learning dan kendalanya? Bagaimanakah sikap (attitudes) para guru terhadap penggunaan media berbasis e-learning?” Subjek penelitian adalah para guru yang mengajar di sekolah Katolik. Sample penelitian diambil secara acak menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara terbuka di sekolah-sekolah Katolik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, 53,8% guru di beberapa SMA/SMK di Kalbar menggunakan Platform E-learing model Google Classroom terutama didaerah perkotaan atau daerah yang tidak mengalami kendala signal internet. Namun tidak sedikit juga guru SMK/SMA yang masih sulit dalam mengaplikasikan e-learing dan akhirnya menggunakan system blended learning. Para responden sependapat bahwa pembelajaran melalui e-learning sangat relevan dengan situasi pandemi COVID-19 walaupun terkesan dipaksakan karena ketidaksiapan guru maupun siswa.Kata Kunci: e-learnng, Platform, attitude, Guru ABSTRACTThis study aims to explore the use of e-learning by teachers in Catholic schools in West Kalimantan. The focuses of the research were “What are the e-learning platforms used by teachers in Catholic schools in West Kalimantan? How is the application of the e-learning Platform and the obstacles? What are the attitudes of the teachers towards the use of e-learning-based media?”The research subjects were teachers who teach in Catholic schools. The research sample was taken randomly using purposive sampling. Techniques of data collection were questionnaires and open interviews. Based on the results of the study, 53.8% of teachers in several high schools / vocational schools in West Kalimantan used the Google Classroom, especially in urban areas or areas with good internet signal access. However, some vocational/ high school teachers are still difficult to apply e-learning and finally use a blended learning system. The respondents also agreed that learning through e-learning is very relevant to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, even though it seems forced due to the unpreparedness of teachers and students.Keywords: e-learnng, Platform, attitude, teachers

Abstract

This research is motivated by the absence of Mandarin language teaching materials that are integrated with Islamic values in their learning and the use of Mandarin language teaching materials, especially textbooks from the country of origin of China (People's Republic of China) which is still thick with eastern culture and less relevant to Islamic values. The research stages are identification analysis, formulation of teaching materials, readability test, trial, validation, and revision as well as making a final prototype. This research concludes that (1) Islamic-based Mandarin constructivist teaching materials are needed, especially in Islamic educational units that include Mandarin in their curriculum. (2) The design of teaching materials with the main topics of discussion on prayer, fasting and Eid has gone through the trial, validation and revision stage to produce the product is in the form of an Islamic-based constructivist Mandarin textbooks for beginners consisting of a teacher's manual and a student's book. (3) Based on the results of the readability test and validation of material experts, Islamic-based Mandarin teaching materials have been feasible 4) Islamic-based Mandarin Language Teaching Materials have received good acceptability from teachers and students as users.

Abstract

This is a study of the situation of alumni, especially in terms of job search, work situations and the use of competency acquisition during college. The purpose of this activity is to collect relevant information and input from graduates related to the "learning and working experience" experienced by graduates for the development of higher education. The Tracer Study was carried out using a survey by method questionnaire, with the aim of obtaining information from STAKat Negeri Pontianak alumni in all regions in West Kalimantan. The results of the questionnaire can represent the overall results of this tracer study. The result were: First, the alumni of PPAK Study Program have decent jobs and most of them work as Catholic Religious Educators at various levels of primary to secondary education. Second, the competencies that alumni get while studying at the STAKat Negeri Pontianak are very relevant to their current world of work. Third, there are several gaps that occur, the first is; lack of English competence, the solution to this gap is by holding an English Day, English courses in the campus environment, updating more contextual teaching methods by lecturers and holding TOEFL as a condition for student graduation. The second, lack ability to work under pressure, solutions to this gap are spiritual mentors, use of problem solving based teaching methods and dynamic curriculum monitoring. The third gap is ability to write reports, memos and documents is not very good, the solution to this gap is by updating the curriculum that supports alumni's abilities when they enter the world of work, especially in the world of education.

Abstract

To fulfill the professionalism of pre-service teachers in the aspect of pedagogic competence, each pre-service teacher will be equipped with knowledge related to the preparation of test instruments including cognitive test instruments based on high-order thinking skills (HOTS) which can be mastered only if students gain real experience regarding the preparation of these instruments through project-based learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the learning process and what projects are produced and describe the level of success. The method used is classroom action research proposed by Kemmis which goes through the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of this study are, first; project-based learning that students go through can achieve the expected abilities, namely, students can develop valid and reliable test instruments as well as other supporting documents that support the success of the HOTS-based test instruments that are compiled. Second; Project-based learning has experienced success as indicated by the results of the learning questionnaire and the recapitulation of increased learning outcomes before and after the implementation of project-based learning on the HOTS questions.

Abstract

The background of this research is the occurrence of discrepancies or gaps between the competencies expected by the study program and the reality experienced by graduates of the Catholic Religious Education and Teaching study program in the world of work. This study aims to find out what gaps occur in graduates in facing the world of work and propose solutions that can be considered to minimize these discrepancies. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with survey techniques and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results found are that there are discrepancies in the aspect of alumni's mastery of English, ability to work under pressure, and ability to fulfill administrative tasks. Based on the results, it can be concluded that discrepancies or gaps that occur can be overcome by holding English days and mentoring, spiritual strengthening, and curriculum development sustainably.

Abstract

Pembahasan mengenai sosok Bunda Maria merupakan salah satu topik yang sering muncul dalam dialog agama, tidak terkecuali Agama Katolik, Kristen dan Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1. Mendeskripsikan bagaimana perspektif calon guru Pendidikan Agama Katolik mengenai Bunda Maria 2. Mendeskripsikan bagaimana perspektif calon guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen mengenai Maria Ibu Yesus 3. Mendeskripsikan bagaimana perspektif calon guru Pendidikan Agama Islam mengenai Siti Maryam 4. Menginvestigasi bagaimana persamaan dan perbedaan pandangan calon guru Pendidikan Agama Katolik, calon guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen, dan calon guru Pendidikan Agama Islam mengenai Bunda Maria. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara yang dilanjutkan dengan FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Perspektif calon guru Agama Katolik terhadap Bunda Maria yaitu berdasarkan empat dogma; 2) Perspektif calon guru Agama Kristen terhadap Bunda Maria adalah Maria adalah wanita yang dipilih untuk menjadi ibu dari Yesus yang merupakan Allah dan menerima kehendak Allah dalam hidupnya; 3) Perspektif calon guru Agama Islam terhadap Bunda Maria secara rinci dijelaskan pada beberapa surah dalam Al-Quran ; 4) Persamaan perspektif calon pendidik Agama Katolik, Kristen dan Islam terdapat pada keperawanan Maria saat melahirkan Yesus, Maria adalah wanita yang dimuliakan dan diyakini menjadi penghuni surga. Perbedaan perspektif mengenai Maria antara lain: umat Islam mempercayai bahwa Allah tidak beranak dan tidak diperanakkan, sehingga berbeda dengan umat Kristen dan Katolik yang percaya bahwa Maria adalah ibunda Allah, umat Islam tidak mengakuinya. Selain itu, umat Kristen tidak mempercayai bahwa Maria diangkat tubuhnya ke surga, Maria dibebaskan dari dosa asal, dan Maria tetap perawan setelah melahirkan Yesus. Ketiga pandangan ini bertentangan dengan dogma Katolik mengenai Maria.

Abstract

This study explores digital literacy among prospective Catholic Religious Education (PKK) teachers concerning their ability to use electronic spreadsheet programs for simple grade processing. Using descriptive statistical analysis with 75 respondents, it was found that the average test score of the students was 55.51, with a high variance (170.388) and a standard deviation of 13.053. The analysis results showed that 16% of the students demonstrated low ability, 65.3% had moderate ability, and 18.7% showed high ability. These findings indicate a gap in technological literacy that needs to be addressed to enhance students' skills in educational data management. The recommended actions include intensive training, the use of peer tutoring methods, the integration of technology into lectures, and access to relevant digital resources. These efforts aim to create a collaborative learning environment and improve students' readiness to carry out administrative and teaching tasks in the future. This study emphasizes the importance of targeted interventions in teaching and technology training to optimize digital literacy among prospective teachers.
