Abstract

This method aims for the function of laboratory management of Natural Sciences at State Junior High School 6 Pekanbaru City. The type of data of this research is using primary data. Research data were obtained from principals, laboratory heads, and science teachers. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The instrument of this researcher is the researcher himself by applying interview guides, observation checklists, and documentation. Data analysis technique is field analysis and result analysis with process (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) drawing conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the science of laboratory management in SMP Negeri 6 Pekanbaru City already meet the standard labpratorium IPA, commencement of laboratory facilities that are complete, laboratory conditions adequate although there are still some laboratory space that is not feasible to use, has an organizational structure despite the absence of laboratory labor.

Abstract

The research aims to get definition of implementation scholarship programe of indigenous community in education department Bengkalis regency. Especially : (1) The scholarship programe of indigenous communities; (2) Focus of programe input the expediency human resource, facilities and infrastructure, fund and programe budget; (3) The process program include the time of implementation programe, the mechanism of implementation program, the factors inhibitors of implementation program and organization of partnership; (4)  The product of programe include quality and quantity obtained from organizers scholarship program of indigenous communities and indigenous community’s student. The search method is evaluation search use of qualitative approachment and evaluation model used is CIPP ( Context, Input, Process, and Product). The technics data are documentation, interview, observation. The Source of data research are organizers, executor committe and comitte of verification of data, presentation of data, and conclusion. The data results are : (1) the context the program is said to be good because it is one of communities; (2) In input aspect is said to be good to expendiancy of human resource is the selection of members of the communities. While from the aspect of facilities and infrastructure have not complied with objective standart of indequate feasibility; (3) the program implemtation process is said to be less good because aspects only one that matches the feasibility standart. While from implmentation of time. Programe implementation mechanism is not suitable with guidelines  so causing an inhibition of implementation; (4) the results of program implementation is said to be good, quantity and quality participants.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to describe and analyze the Management of Educational Broadcast inPrograma 1 (one) Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Pekanbaru viewed from the management functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was done by observation, interview, and documentation. The analysis technique used in this research is by Miles and Huberman method (1992) that is through data reduction process, data presentation, conclusion and triangulation.The results of the study show that the Education Broadcasting Management in Programa 1 (one) Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Pekanbaru has been running well. The first step of planning is a program that runs every year to create educational programs. Next determine the educational broadcast team, broadcaster, educational theme, broadcast schedule and resource person. Resource persons are carefully selected to provide accurate information. Planning in the studio engineering section is done matrang by providing guidance to the lookbook given to the broadcaster as a guide during the broadcast. Organizing educational broadcast in Programa 1 (one) RRI Pekanbaru is done by forming Team by Head of LPP RRI Pekanbaru prepared at the time of program of yearly program or have according to SK respectively if status of civil servant and given authority with clear job description. Implementation of education broadcast In Programa 1 (one) RRI Pekanbaru has been implemented in accordance with Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 Year 2015 on Radio Public Broadcasting Institution of the Republic of Indonesia and KPI regulations on Broadcasting Conduct Manual (P3) of 2012. Supervision in RRI All Indonesia is conducted by Supervisory Board The highest position in RRI. RRI Pekanbaru supervision conducted by the Head of LPP RRI Pekanbaru. For the supervision of the broadcast program conducted by the head of broadcast program with the head of the planning and evaluation section of the program in Programa 1 (one) Pekanbaru conducted by Section Head of Programa 1 (one).

Abstract

The main objective of this research was reveal in detail by facts and data to get a complete image about the implementation of improvement program of educator quality at integrated elementary school Al-Fikri Islamic Green School Pekanbaru. This research specifically aimed reveal information objectively and empirically that relates understanding of improvement program of teachers’ quality, implementation of improvement program types, the supporting and abstracting factors in the implementation of the program and the effects of the implementation of the program at integrated elementary school Al-Fikri Islamic Green School Pekanbaru. This research used qualitative approach; the data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The data were analyses by descriptive qualitative with descriptive presentation, and triangulation was used know the data validity. The result showed that the teachers understand the improvement program of the teacher quantity well. The improvement programs of teachers’ quality at this school which were actualized in some programs such as education and training, ta’lim, kkg, teacher meeting, supervision, seminars workshop, study tour, character school programs could be done well. It was showed that there were supporting and obstructing factors on this program. Then, this program had positive effect toward the development of teacher competence optimally, positive effect an teacher service students, positive effect an teacher service to students’ parents, and positive effect an school quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the implementation of program management unit production in SMK Negeri 1 Mandau in terms of context, input, process and product activity. This study used a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Based on the aspects evaluated in this research, the evaluation model of Context (C), Input (I), Process (P), and Product (P) or CIPP is used. The subjects in this study are the principal, head of production units and students who follow the activities of the production unit. Data collecting techniques in this study are interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis is done through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification and conclusion. The results of processing and data analysis show that (1) The implementation of the context component has not been done well, because the environmental conditions are less supportive. (2) Implementation of the input component has been running well enough, planning and organizing of resources has been done in accordance with organizational management prerequisites. (3) The implementation of process components has been running well enough, the implementation and supervision of activities are in accordance with the planning. (4) The implementation of product components has been running well, production unit activities have been able to create students who have entrepreneurial spirit, have skill and competitive and master technology in line with national education objectives.

Abstract

This research was aimed at finding out the structuring and equality policies of the teaching loads of the state Senior High School (SMAN) teachers of Tembilahan Kota, Indragiri Hilir District.  The data were gathered through observation, interview and documentation. The informants of the research were employees of the District Education Office, school supervisors, head teachers, and a number of teachers in the Sub-district of Tembilahan Kota. The data analysis used in this study was policy analysis since the research employed the qualitative approach. The findings of the research indicated that (1) the program planning of the structuring and equality of the teachers’ teaching loads has been implemented. (2) In its implementation, however, there were teachers who could not have 24 teaching hours in a week. (3) The implementation of the planned program of the structuring and the equality of the teachers’ teaching loads was running smoothly, but not yet as maximal as expected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the headmaster’s participation and school committee participation towards eduaction quality on public junior high schools (SMPNs) in Rokan Hilir district. The research was conducted at the Junior High School in Rokan Hilir. the study was conducted over three months, from September 2015 to November 2015. The results show that there is a positive relationship between headmaster’s participation and quality of education. Partially, the headmaster’s participation affects 90.0% of the value quality of education at Junior High School in Rokan Hilir, meaning the better headmaster’s participation will increase the quality of education. There is a positive relationship between school committee participation with the quality of education. Partially, school committee participation affects 58.3% of the value of the quality of education at the Junior High School in Rokan Hilir, meaning the better school committee participation will increase the quality of education. There is a positive relationship between the headmaster’s participation and school committee participation together with the quality of education. Headmaster’s participation and t school committee participation jointly affect the 90.4% value of the quality of education at the Junior High School in Rokan Hilir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya kontribusi variabel (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, (2) lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Responden penelitian adalah guru Madrasah Aliyah Negeri se-Kabupaten Kampar yang berjumlah 84 orang diperoleh dengan teknik proportionate probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan pengujian hipotesis. Koefisien reliabilitas instrumen dihitung menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach. Secara parsial hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kontribusi yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,770, dan terdapat kontribusi secara signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,768. Sedangkan secara simultan terdapat kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,803.

Abstract

Intensitas konflik dapat ditemui pada setiap organisasi, intensitas konflik yang tinggi dianggap dapat merusak tatanan suatu organisasi sehingga organisasi dapat menggalami kemunduran salah satunya pada lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi self-efficacy dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap intensitas konflik guru yang dimoderating oleh motivasi pada MTs Swasta di Kecamatan Langgam Kabupaten Pelalawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 orang dengan total sampel berjumlah 66 orang. Analisis data yang digunankan yaitu Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat kontribusi negatif self-efficacy (X1) terhadap Intensitas Konflik (Y) yang dimoderating oleh motivasi (Z) sebesar 6,1%, pada pengujian ini variabel motivasi menjadi variabel moderating. Dan terdapat kontribusi negatif kecerdasan emosional (X2) terhadap intensitas konflik (Y) yang dimoderating oleh motivasi (Z) sebesar 9,5%, pada pengujian ini variabel motivasi (Z) tidak menjadi variabel moderating. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama atau simultan terdapat kontribusi negatif variabel self-efficacy (X1) dan kecerdasan emosional (X2) terhadap intensitas konflik (Y) yang dimoderating oleh motivasi (Z) sebesar 13,9%, pada pengujian ini variabel motivasi (Z) menjadi variabel moderating

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis kontribusi self efficacy dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru BK. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Guru SMP Negeri Kota Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 82 orang dan semua diteliti. Jenis data dari penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data skunder untuk yang diperoleh dari guru dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Pengolahan data untuk analisis statistik deskriptif dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program Microsoft Excel dan SPSS versi 23 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan  bahwa adanya kontribusi yang signifikan antara variabel self efficacy (X1) dan kecerdasan emosional (X2) terhadap kinerja guru BK (Y) di SMP kota Pekanbaru
