Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategy of HRM development in modern Islamic boarding schools based on Islamic principles. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data from various sources such as the results of previous studies. The collected data will be analyzed thematically to identify patterns and main themes relevant to the research objectives. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of HRM based on Islamic principles can improve individual and organizational performance in Islamic boarding schools. The principles of fairness and transparency in recruitment and promotion, the welfare of teachers and staff, and the enforcement of ethics and integrity are key factors in the success of HRM. Cultural and traditional challenges can be overcome by aligning conventional values ​​with modern management principles through education and dialogue. Limited resources can be overcome with creative and collaborative solutions, such as cooperation with non-profit organizations and the private sector. Adapting to technological change requires investment in infrastructure and training, as well as cultivating innovation throughout the organization. With the right strategy, Islamic boarding schools can implement effective human resource management that follows Islamic values, so that they can produce competent and noble graduates.

Abstract

Supervisi akademik di madrasah merupakan instrumen penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja tenaga pendidik. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, masih ditemukan berbagai hambatan seperti ketimpangan sumber daya, beban kerja tinggi, dan kurangnya pelatihan bagi pelaksana supervisi. Ketidaksesuaian antara kebijakan administratif dan kondisi riil di lapangan turut memperlemah efektivitas supervisi dalam mendukung profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem supervisi akademik dalam meningkatkan kinerja pendidik di lingkungan madrasah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengkaji data-data dari hasil penelitian terdahulu dan sumber-sumber relevan. Analisis dilakukan secara mendalam untuk mengidentifikasi pola, tantangan, serta arah perbaikan supervisi akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik yang dilakukan secara konsisten dan reflektif dapat mendorong peningkatan kedisiplinan, etos kerja, dan motivasi guru. Keterlibatan guru dalam evaluasi serta penyusunan indikator supervisi berperan penting dalam memastikan efektivitas proses pembinaan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem evaluasi berkala dan monitoring berkelanjutan yang mampu menjawab kebutuhan nyata pendidik di madrasah.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has triggered drastic changes in the education system, including in Islamic boarding schools that have relied on traditional approaches. Islamic boarding schools face significant challenges in maintaining educational continuity amid limited access to resources, inadequate infrastructure, and limited digital competence. These changes require rapid adjustments that are not only technical but also involve institutional aspects and the basic values ​​of Islamic education. This study aims to analyze how post-pandemic digital transformation drives the reorientation of Islamic education quality management in Islamic boarding schools. The method used is a qualitative approach with data analysis sourced from literature studies and relevant documents that are reviewed thematically. The collected data are analyzed reflectively to explore the response of Islamic boarding schools to the crisis and adaptation to maintaining the quality of education. The results of the study show that Islamic boarding schools carry out various emergency innovations and structural adjustments despite facing limited infrastructure and digital competence. This adaptation is supported by responsive leadership and internal creativity in managing change. These findings emphasize the importance of adaptive leadership and quality management renewal as a foundation for building resilient Islamic education resilience in the future.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused significant disruptions to the institutional governance of Islamic boarding schools, which had been operating stably. The uncertainty of the situation, restrictions on activities, and pressure on the education system test the resilience of the leadership structure in the Islamic boarding school environment. In this context, the role of leadership becomes crucial in determining the direction of response, adaptation, and institutional consolidation. This study aims to explore how transformational leadership in Islamic boarding schools can strengthen institutional governance during and after a crisis. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through literature studies of various relevant sources. Data are analyzed interpretively to reveal thematic patterns that reflect the leadership process during the pandemic. The results of the study show that Islamic boarding school leaders responded to the crisis with a strategy of rapid decision-making, reorganization of structures, and adaptive operational adjustments. During the recovery period, institutional consolidation occurred which was marked by structural transformation and strengthening of the coordinating function. In addition, leadership also encourages innovation and independence, both in terms of education, economy, and external institutional relations.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation and evaluation of management models and approaches used in early childhood Islamic education (PIAUD). The focus of the study is on how managerial concepts are applied systematically and in accordance with the characteristics of child development. Using a qualitative literature review method, this article analyses relevant literature on management strategies and Islamic educational approaches. The results indicate that the effectiveness of management is highly dependent on the alignment of approaches with children's needs, the role of educators, and institutional structure. Evaluation of the implementation of management models in PIAUD institutions highlights the need for continuous adaptation and innovation to achieve optimal learning outcomes. Abstract

Pentingnya memahami budaya yang ada di setiap Negara khususnya bagi perusahaan internasional, agar produk yang dipasarkan sesuai dengan permintaan konsumen di Negara tersebut. Jika perusahaan tidak memahami budaya disetiap Negara maka dapat dipastikan produk akan gagal dipasaran. Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya terhadap bisnis internasional dan bagaimana perusahaan McDonald’s menghadapi tantangan budaya disetiap Negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dimana segala permasalahan akan dijelaskan secara mendalam dan jelas, disajikan dalam bentuk studi literatur dimana pengumpulan yang dilakukan dengan kajian Pustaka, membaca artikel, menyimpulkan serta menjabarkannya dalam suatu paper. Dalam penelitian ini di hasilkan bahwa pemahaman mengenai budaya disuatu negara dalam memasarkan produk berskala global sangat penting dikarenakan perusahaan harus mengetahui hal atau barang yang diperlukan konsumen disuatu negara yang akan berdampak bagi keberhasilan bisnis dinegara tersebut.
