Abstract

PT Pegadaian (Persero) cabang syariah merupakan lembaga keuangan non-bank yang menawarkan layanan sesuai prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini membahas Analisis Komparatif Kualitas Pelayanan pada pengguna Aplikasi Pegadaian Syariah Digital dan manual di Pegadaian Syariah UPS Simpang Rumbai, yang menyediakan dua bentuk pelayanan: digital melalui aplikasi dan manual di outlet. Kualitas pelayanan diukur berdasarkan lima dimensi: kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan bukti fisik. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui angket dari 200 responden (100 pengguna aplikasi dan 100 pengguna manual). Analisis mencakup uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan Independent Samples T-Test. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kualitas pelayanan aplikasi adalah 58,34, lebih rendah dibandingkan layanan manual yang mencapai 65,70. Dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan t hitung (10,699) > t tabel (1,984), H0 ditolak, menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan aplikasi Pegadian Syariah Digital dan manual di Pegadaian Syariah UPS Simpang Rumbai.

Abstract

Ekonomi Islam memainkan peran penting dalam sistem keuangan negara-negara mayoritas Muslim. Studi ini menyelidiki faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi perkembangannya, termasuk pertumbuhan ekonomi, infrastruktur keuangan, kesadaran publik, aspek budaya, regulasi pemerintah, dan stabilitas politik. Penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana elemen-elemen ini berinteraksi untuk membentuk penerapan dan evolusi ekonomi Islam. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman yang mendalam tentang faktor-faktor ini sangat penting untuk mendorong pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif dalam ekonomi Islam. Kebijakan pemerintah juga diperiksa untuk peran mereka yang mendukung atau menghambat. Dengan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor ini, studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi strategi yang meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan integrasi praktik ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

Financial institutions, especially sharia banking institutions, will always face various forms of risk with varying complexity and are inherent in business activities in their business. Therefore, it is very urgent to implement risk management in Islamic banking in order to identify, measure and control the various risks that will be faced. This research aims to examine the concept of risk management implemented in Indonesian sharia banking. The type of research carried out by researchers is library research by searching and collecting references that are relevant to the study topic. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings from this research are that the types of risks that are common in sharia banking consist of financing risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and market risk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth study related to the role of service quality in increasing customer satisfaction of Islamic banks in Indonesia which is maximized by digital applications (mobile banking) and religiosity as an intervening variable. This effort was carried out with a quantitative approach as a research method and determined the number of samples as many as 110 respondents using the Yamame formula from a population size whose number is not known for certain, especially bank customers in general whose identities are kept secret. The technique of distributing questionnaires with accidental. While to conduct data analysis other than by multiple regression and MRA. The results of the test and disclosure are known that the quality of digital-based services plays a positive and significant role in increasing customer satisfaction both without and being intervened by religious values. The increase in service quality is not only caused by reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence, but the values ​​of Islamic religiosity strengthen customers to use digital applications (mobile banking).
