Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of halal labeling and the level of religiousness among consumers on the purchasing decisions of Wardah products by millennial Muslim women. This research utilizes a quantitative approach. Data collection involves distributing questionnaires to 89 respondents using probability sampling techniques. Respondents' answers are processed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that halal labeling and the level of consumer religiosity have a positive and significant impact on the purchasing decisions of Wardah products by millennial Muslim women

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership and organizational commitment variables on the participant achievements at the Vocational Training and Productivity Center (BPVP) Padang, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. This research method employs a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques involve distributing questionnaires to 91 respondents using probability sampling. Respondents' answers are processed using SPSS. The results of this research indicate that transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on the participants' performance at the Vocational Training and Productivity Center (BPVP) Padang, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia

Abstract

This purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Training and Career Development on the Performance of Participants at the Vocational and Productivity Training Center (BPVP) in Padang, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative. Sampling was done using probability sampling, with a total of 91 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The hypothesis testing results show that training has a positive and significant effect on participant performance, and career development has a positive and significant effect on participant performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted by the South Pesisir Education and Culture Office. The sample in this research was all employees, totaling 54 respondents. This research is quantitative research and the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the leadership style variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Pesisir Selatan Education and Culture Service, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Pesisir Selatan Education and Culture Service, and work discipline has a positive and significant influence significantly to the performance of employees at the Pesisir Selatan Education and Culture Service, with each calculated t value being greater than the t table and the significant value being smaller than alpha. The conclusion is that the first hypothesis is accepted, the second hypothesis is accepted and the third hypothesis is accepted

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of work motivation, competency and work stress variables on employee performance at PT. BPR Lengayang pesisir selatan regency. This research method uses quantitative methods. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents using total sampling techniques, and respondent data was processed using SPPS. The results of the research show that work motivation, competence and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Lengayang Pesisir Selatan Regency

Abstract

Seiring berjalannya waktu, kebutuhan akan permintaan produksi batik semakin meningkat. Begitu juga dengan penggunaan bahan-bahan kimia atau pewarna sintetis dalam proses produksi batik semakin tak terbendung. Bahan-bahan kimia sisa proses pewarnaan batik dapat menyebabkan pencemaran yang akan berdampak buruk pada lingkungan. Pengalihan penggunaan bahan-bahan pewarna kimia dengan bahan alami merupakan salah satu solusinya, dan pemanfaatan bahan-bahan alami secara baik tidak akan membawa dampak buruk bagi lingkungan. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut usaha batik salingka tabek melakukan inovasi pewarnaan alami dengan bahan-bahan yang bersumber dari lingkungan di sekitar pengrajin batik. Tujuan dari pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran para pengrajin terhadap kelestarian lingkungan dan ekosistem yang ada di sekitarnya dan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para pengrajin mengenai tata cara perwarnaan alami batik menggunakan bahan-bahan yang ada di sekitar lingkungan para pengrajin.

Abstract

Penerimaan teknologi dan internet di masyarakat sudah sangat luas sehingga tidak heran kegiatan pemasaran secara digital dijadikan pilihan utama oleh kalangan pengusaha, hal ini juga diaplikasikan oleh para penggiat Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Banyaknya digital marketing yang dipakai oleh para pemasar, membuktikan bahwa digital marketing memiliki banyak kelebihan dan manfaat guna perkembangan usaha. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengenalan dan pelatihan terhadap para penggiat UMKM yang berada di Kota Padang, Provinsi Sumatra Barat. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan ini para penggiat UMKM mampu meningkatkan penjualannya demi keberlangsungan usahanya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at the Dangung-Dangung Health Center, Fifty Cities District. This type of research is quantitative, where the research process emphasizes objective measurement of results using statistical analysis. The population in this study were all employees of 73 people. The sample collection technique used is the total sampling technique, where total sampling is the sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled, while the number of samples is 73 people obtained from all members of the staff. The type of data used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data. While the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. By using test instrument test, (validity test and reliability test), analysis descriptive test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Gramedia is a retail store for books and stationery and various school and office needs that has a comfortable and modern feel. Gramedia bookstore as one of the largest bookstores in Indonesia has a wide selection of products that are attractive to the public. The Gramedia bookstore has succeeded in positioning itself not only as a bookstore, but as a store that provides the most complete stationery and various academic needs in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of shopping orientations, store trust and promotion on the purchasing decisions of Generation Z at the Gramedia Padang bookstore. The method used in this study using quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression on shopping orientations, store trust and promotion. The types and sources of data used in this study used primary data which was processed using the SPSS application. From the results of the analysis of shopping orientations obtained a significant value of tcount from ttable, then the hypothesis (H1) in this study was declared rejected. The results of the analysis of the second and third variables obtained a significant value of tcount from ttable, then the hypothesis is declared accepted. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that shopping orientations have no and significant effect on purchasing decisions and store trust and promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. then the hypothesis (H1) in this study was declared rejected. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of Store Atmosphere, Store Image and Servicescape on Purchase Decisions at Gramedia Padang Bookstores. This research is quantitative research, the sampling method using accidental sampling technique with the number of respondents 100 people. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Store Image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and Servicescape has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions
