Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, pendampingan, dan pembinaan terhadap kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) binaan PLUT-KUMKM Kota Banjarbaru. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sebanyak 52 pelaku UMKM dipilih melalui teknik convenience sampling dari penerima manfaat aktif tahun 2024. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Instrumen penelitian telah melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik. Uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov menunjukkan residual terdistribusi normal (sig. = 0,195), serta tidak ditemukan gejala heteroskedastisitas dan multikolinearitas (VIF < 10). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja UMKM (sig. = 0,000), sedangkan pembinaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan (sig. = 0,724). Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM (sig. = 0,000), dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,872. Variabel pelatihan menjadi faktor yang paling dominan (β = 0,628). Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan program pelatihan dan pendampingan secara berkelanjutan serta evaluasi mendalam terhadap efektivitas pembinaan dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja UMKM di bawah naungan PLUT-KUMKM Banjarbaru

Abstract

Financial literacy atau literasi keuangan adalah aspek yang terus digencarkan pemerintah agar masyarakat Indonesia mampu mempunyai pengetahuan finansial sesuai kebutuhan sehari-hari mereka. Pertama, konsep dasar literasi keuangan bukan hanya didasarkan pada tiga aspek literasi keuangan yaitu pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan keyakinan, melainkan meliputi pula aspek sikap dan perilaku. Kedua, dalam kenyataannya, literasi keuangan sangat berkaitan erat dengan inklusi keuangan sehingga perlu adanya keselarasan dan kesinambungan antara kegiatan literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan. Ketiga, pencapaian strategi literasi dan inklusi keuangan lebih efisien dilakukan secara bersama-sama sehingga tujuan pencapaian literasi keuangan untuk memperluas akses masyarakat ke sektor jasa keuangan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih optimal. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menambah ilmu pengetahuan khusunya meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang literasi keuangan, menjadikan inspirasi bagi generasi muda tentang pentingnya literasi keuangan dan merupakan implementasi dari Kerjasama prodi dengan Forum Wartawan Ekonomi (FWE) Kalsel. FWE Kalsel Goes to Campus 2023 Kolaborasi STIE Pancasetia, melaksanakan seminar “Anak Muda Pintar Literasi Keuangan, Masa Depan Gemilang!.” Seminar dengan peserta kegiatan sebanyak 100 orang mahasiswa yang juga diikuti oleh dosen , staf struktural STIE Pancasetia, dengan mitra FWE Kalsel seperti Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Bank Indonesia, Bank Kalsel, dan Pertamina. Kegiatan sangat baik dan mendapatkan antusias yang sangat luar biasa dari seluruh peserta, kegiatan ini berlangsung dengan lancar sesuai dengan jadwal pelaksanaan serta susunan acara. Peserta menjadi lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan keuangan dan literasi keuangan, mengenal dan mencintai rupiah serta mengetahui produk-produk perbankan dan capaian perbankan dalam beberapa periode khusunya produk dan capaian Bank Kalsel. Pemberian langsung oleh pihak-pihak yang kompeten dibidangnya. Rekomendasi yang diberikan kiranya semakin banyak PKM yang dapat memberikan bukan hanya edukasi dengan sosialisasi, namun juga pelatihan dilakukan selain untuk membangun branding juga merupakan wujud pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan-kegiatan seperti ini bisa lebih dibuat besar dengan melibatkan mahasiswa maupun alumni dari STIE Pancasetia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital advertising and attractiveness on the interest of MSME players in the Floating Market of South Kalimantan. Digital advertising has become a strategic tool in increasing the visibility of MSMEs, especially in the Floating Market which is a local cultural icon. However, the unique traditional appeal of the market remains a dominant factor in maintaining the interest of business actors. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods to measure the relationship between variables. The results showed that simultaneously, digital advertising and attractiveness have a significant effect on the interest of MSME players. However, partially, only the attractiveness variable has a significant effect, while digital advertising does not show a significant impact. The local cultural attractiveness factor proved to be the dominant variable in motivating entrepreneurs to run their businesses in the South Kalimantan Floating Market.

Abstract

Abstrak: Literasi keuangan merupakan keterampilan yang penting dalam rangka pemberdayaan masyarakat, kesejahteraan individu, perlindungan konsumen, dan peningkatan inklusi keuangan. Digitalisasi merupakan suatu proses pembelajaran dari manual atau analog menjadi teknologi modern atau online yang memberikan manfaat bagi pelaku pasar, dalam pasar modal yang merupakan tempat bertemunya perusahan (emiten) dan investor untuk mempergagangkan surat berharga. Investasi bukan lagi konsep baru dikalangan publik, mulai muncul kesadaran pentingnya investasi untuk perencanaan finansial masa depan. Generasi Z atau Gen Z disebut sebagai generasi yang lahir setelah generasi Y. Generasi Z disebut juga sebagai iGeneration atau generasi internet atau generasi net. Generasi Z yang diharapkan menjadi bonus demografi tenaga kerja beberapa tahun kedepan, sebaiknya dibekali dengan literasi keuangan agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing dengan lingkungannya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tentang literasi keuangan dengan melakukan edukasi tentang pasar modal dan pengenalan IDX mobile, edukasi cara berinvestasi dengan mengenal saham. Prinsip dasar berinvestasi, proses pembelian sahan, perusahaan sekuritas dan aplikasi yang digunakan, perusahaan sekuritas. Promosi kampus serta mengenalkan Galery Investasi Bursa Efek Indonesia STIE Pancasetia dengan materi terkait dengan profile dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah dilakukan secara local, nasional dan internasional. Kegiatan sangat baik dan berjalan dengan lancar, peserta sangat antusias, berpartisipasi aktif serta luar biasa dalam memberikan pertanyaan. Narasumber memberikan materi dan tanggapan dengan sangat baik. Kegiatan ini mendukung LPPM dalam peningkatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan mendukung dalam program kolaborasi kampus dengan swasta dan para praktisi dibidang keuangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how customers' interest in purchasing from coffee shops in Banjarbaru City is affected by digital marketing, product quality, and price. This study's population consists of all customers of Loka Coffe & Eatery, Terjibakkopi, and Kean Coffe, three coffee shops in the city of Banjarbaru that receive over 500 visitors per month. Purposive sampling was used to select 120 respondents for this study's sample. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used. Blended research information utilizing Microsoft Succeed and SPSS 28 programming. The autonomous factors in this study are Advanced Showcasing (X1), Item Quality (X2), and Value (X3). The variable that is bound in this study is Client Purchasing Interest (Y). Digital marketing, product quality, and price all have a simultaneous effect on customer buying interest, according to this study's findings. Computerized Showcasing factors, Item Quality and Cost likewise impact Client Purchasing Interest. The bound variable, Customer Buying Interest, was 61.1% influenced by the independent variables (Digital Marketing, Product Quality, and Price). Abstract

On the STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin campus, the purpose of this study is to ascertain how student character and time management influence disciplinary behavior. Quantitative research covers this particular area of study. Procedure for studying with the assistance of a Google Structure 674 S1 management and accounting students from the Stie Pancasetia Campus in Banjarmasin took part in this study in 2022. On the STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin campus, the study found that the variables of student character and time management had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on disciplinary behavior. On the STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin campus, variables related to student character and time management have a positive and significant impact on disciplinary behavior. Because it has the highest beta coefficient value among the variables related to student character, the time management variable has the greatest impact on this study

Abstract

PT. Tirtayasa Lestari Surabaya is one of the companies engaged in bathroom equipment (sanitary) which is developing in Surabaya. PT.Tirtayasa Lestari focuses on creating a boutique experience where every object is always displayed with context in mind so that anyone who comes is inspired to design a space that is both fun and healthy. The purpose of this research is to prove and analyze the effect of recruitment, training and compensation on employee performance at PT. Tirtayasa Lestari Surabaya. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. The sampling method is using the population for employees at PT. Tirtayasa Lestari from the general division with a total of 45 respondents. The results showed that recruitment had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirtayasa Lestari Surabaya, training had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirtayasa Lestari Surabaya, compensation had a significant effect on employee performance. at PT. Tirtayasa Lestari Surabaya. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that recruitment, work motivation, training and compensation simultaneously affect employee performance that is equal to 69.7 and the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other variables outside the variables used in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of education and training simultaneously and partially on teacher performance at SMANegeri3 Banjarbaru. In this research, a descriptive design with a quantitative approach was used. The population in this research was the principal and teachers at SMANegeri 3 Banjarbaru as many as 62 people. The sampling technique used by the author is non-propability, namely using saturated sampling, that is, all members of the population totaling 62 people are used as samples. Data analysis is carried out based on primary data obtained directly through distributing questionnaires to patients, which will then be analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) Version 26 program. for Windows. Data collection techniques use literature study, observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires, then the data uses multiple regression analysis. To test the hypothesis, use the t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the research explain that education and training simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 3 Banjarbaru. Training is a variable that has a dominant influence on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 3 Banjarbaru. The influence of education and training variables on teacher performance is 53.6%
