Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, organizational culture and organizational commitment on organizational citizen behavior (OCB) on the employees of PT Fajar Graha Pena Makassar's leadership. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for further researchers in the field of human resource management studies, especially employee organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The approach in this study is a quantitative approach because this research is presented with numbers. The population in this study were employees of PT. Fajar Graha Pena Makassar as many as 123 employees. The sampling technique is purposive sampling by selecting the operations section and the administration section where the operations section is 23 people and the administration section is 15 people. So the total sample is 38 people. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire method, namely by distributing a list of questions (questionnaires) and referring to research variables. Then, the data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis.. The results of the study found that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational citizen behavior (OCB); motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational citizen behavior (OCB); Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational citizen behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on employee organizational citizen behavior (OCB).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dan menjelaskan faktor yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada Kantor Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai Bulan Agustus sampai dengan September 2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi 46, Penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 46 orang dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Program SPSS versi 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat Pengaruh positif Kepemimpinan namun tidak siknifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. 2) Terdapat Pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kompetensi secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. 3) Terdapat Pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. 4) Terdapat Pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi dan Motivasi secara bersama sama (simultan) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. 5) Variabel Motivasi yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, competence and motivation on employee performance at the Pitu Riase District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and explain the factors that have a dominant influence on employee performance at the Pitu Riase District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research approach uses quantitative research. The study was conducted at the Pitu Riase District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The time of the study was carried out from August to September 2021. The data used were primary data and secondary data. The research population is all employees at the Pitu Riase District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Samples were taken as many as 46 people using saturated sampling. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22.0 program. The results showed that: 1) There was a partial positive influence of leadership on employee performance at the Pitu Riase District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of partial competence on employee performance at the Pitu Riase District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. 3) There is a positive and significant effect of partial motivation on employee performance at the Pitu Riase District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. 4) There is a positive and significant influence on leadership, competence and motivation simultaneously (simultaneously) on employee performance at the Pitu Riase District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. 5) The most dominant motivation variable on employee performance at the Pitu Riase District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi, pelatihan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Kabupaten Majene, serta variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Kabupaten Majene. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada kantor Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Kabupaten Majene. Waktu penelitian dilakukan bulan Mei 2021. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai yang berada pada kantor Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Kabupaten Majene selaku Pokja dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa dan Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 71 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan pelatihan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Kabupaten Majene, sedangkan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Kabupaten Majene 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kinerja pegawai Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Kabupaten Majene 3) Variabel penggunaan teknologi informasi yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Kabupaten Majene This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of the use of information technology, training and competence on the performance of the employees of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) in Majene Regency, as well as the most dominant variable affecting the performance of the employees of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) in Majene Regency. This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the office of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) in Majene Regency. When the research was conducted in May 2021. The research population was employees at the office of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) Majene Regency as the Working Group in the procurement of goods and services and PPK with 71 respondents. The results show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence on the use of information technology and training partially on the performance of the employees of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) in Majene Regency, while competence has no effect on the performance of the employees of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) in Majene Regency 2) There is an influence positive and significant together (simultaneously) on the performance of the employees of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) of Majene Regency 3) The variable of the use of information technology has the most dominant influence on the performance of the employees of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) of Majene Regency

Abstract

This study is intended to examine the effect of discipline, motivation, local wisdom, and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. This research is in the form of an explanation pattern approach that uses primary data and secondary data collected using interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population in this study was echelon Officials in the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the Parepare City Government, consisting of echelon II, III, and IV officials with a total of 532 people. The research sample amounted to 84 people generated through the Slovin formulation. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis (applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Smart PLS Version 3.0 program). The results showed that discipline, motivation, local wisdom, and work environment had a positive and significant direct influence on job satisfaction. Discipline, motivation, local wisdom, and work environment positively and significantly affect employee performance. The impact of job satisfaction as an intervening variable cannot strengthen the relationship between discipline and employee performance. The impact of job satisfaction as an intervening variable can enhance the relationship between motivation, local wisdom, and work environment on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung Promosi dan kreativitas terhadap Kinerja melalui pemanfaatn perpustakaan daerah pada dinas perpustakaan dan kearsipan Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey dengan teknik analisis path analysis (analisis jalur) untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung hubungan variable eksogen dan endogen melalui variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket berupa yang dibagikan kepada 36 orang pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan studi dokumentasi berupa kajian literatur untuk menggambarkan objek penelitian yaitu pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung promosi, kreativitas dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan, terhadap kinerja pegawai itu berpengaruh signifikan. Sedangkan promosi tidak signifikan terhadap pemanfaatan perpustakaan berbeda dengan kreativitas yang berpengaruh terhadap pemanfaatan perpustakaan, dan disisi lain pengaruh promosi dan kreativitas terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui pemanfaatan perpustakaan itu tidak signifikan pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Publik yang meliputi Responsiveness, Assurance, Tangible, Empathy dan Reliability terhadap Kepuasan Penumpang pada Pelabuhan Nusantara Parepare. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitaif dengan pendekatan survei yang dilaksanakan pada Pelabuhan Nusantara Parepare selama 2 bulan. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu penumpang di Pelabuhan Nusantara Parepare pada tahun 2021 yang diketahui berjumlah 456.749 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dimana diperoleh 100 sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, sedangkan sumber data menggunakan data primer. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan Responsiveness, Assurance, Tangible, Empathy dan Reliability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Penumpang pada Pelabuhan Nusantara Parepare. Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai koefisien determinasi R2 atau R Square sebesar 0,475. Hasil ini berarti bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan Publik yang meliputi Responsiveness, Assurance, Tangible, Empathy dan Reliability memiliki hubungan dengan Kepuasan Penumpang sebesar sebesar 47,5%, dan sisanya 52,5% dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab yang lain diluar model.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study uses a causal analysis design with quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all employees of PDAM Tirta Jeneberang, Gowa Regency, totaling 210 employees. As for the samples in this study, employees of PDAM Tirta Jeneberang Gowa Regency, the number of samples to be taken was determined by the slovin formula with an error rate of 5% so that the number of samples was determined as many as 50 which were then taken randomly without regard to class, age and gender. The data that has been collected will then be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and in terms of processing the data using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the research in finding that there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation on Citizenship Organizational Behavior in PDAM Tirta Jeneberang Gowa.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation, Organizational Citizenship BehaviorAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).  Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analisis kausal dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif.  Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PDAM Tirta Jeneberang kabupaten Gowa sebanyak 210 pegawai. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini karyawan PDAM Tirta Jeneberang kabupaten Gowa, jumlah sample yang akan diambil ditentukan dengan rumus slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 5% sehinggah jumlah sample ditentukan sebanyak 50 yang selanjutnya diambil secara acak tanpa memperhatikan kelas, usia dan jenis kelamin. Data yang sudah dikumpulkan untuk selanjutnya akan dianalisa menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, dan dalam hal pengolahan datanya menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian in menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap Organisasional Citizenship Behavior pada PDAM Tirta Jeneberang Gowa.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Organisasional Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan, Penempatan, Motivasi dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey. Penelitian dilakukan pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Juni 2020. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar sebanyak 55 orang. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling kuota yakni teknik memilih sampel yang mempunyai ciri-ciri tertentu dalam jumlah atau kuota yang diinginkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan tingkat pendidikan secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penempatan kerja secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar. 3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar. 4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar. 5) Terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) tingkat pendidikan, penempatan kerja, motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,766 atau (76,6%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 76,6% kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikan, penempatan kerja, motivasi dan kepemimpinan. Sedangkan 23,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of employee satisfaction Credit Unions Partner Usaha.Pengukuran done by taking the respondents across employees at Credit Unions Business Partners that is 76 people. From the results and discussion obtained the following conclusions: (1) Based on the position of respondents currently Satisfaction Survey Employees Credit Unions Business Partners, the managerial position has the satisfaction index of highs and lows on the position of Marketing and (2) Dimensions must receive attention Credit Unions Partner Enterprises according to employees based on position include career development, training, innovation, management, quality, working conditions, safety, communication and supervision.

Abstract

Communication is the key to the success or failure of a target achieved and carried out by an employee. If employees are trapped in an atmosphere of confusion but have good communication, researchers believe employees can resolve it through good communication. Based on this, this research aims to analyze the influence of communication on employee performance. In contrast to a number of previous studies, this research adds the Work Team variable as a moderating variable which is believed to strengthen the influence of the Communication variable on Employee Performance. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach which uses a number of previous studies related to Organizational Communication, Employee Performance and Work Teams as a reflection and is combined into the latest research and at the same time has differences from previous studies. This research uses primary data that researchers obtained from Bank Bukopin which is spread throughout Indonesia. The data was distributed via an online questionnaire with statements 1-5 containing the sentences strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so, disagree and strongly disagree. These data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool The result in this article show that the Communication variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and are below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.021. Apart from that, researchers also believe that the Teamwork variable can moderate the influence of the Communication variable on the Employee Performance variable because with good teamwork chemistry will arise which forms good communication and ultimately improves the performance of each employee. In line with this, the results from the second row of the third table of the flow coefficient show that the Teamwork variable can moderate the influence of the Communication variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this study can be accepted and validated.
