Abstract

The people of Gorontalo have a habit of consuming cake at breakfast and the tradition of providing cake at celebration events. However, the bustle of urban communities who do a lot of activities outside the home to work, thus making them prefer to buy cakes at cake sales places. Based on the current survey, traditional Gorontalo cakes are less exposed because more and more modern cakes are starting to enter the market, especially in cafes and restaurants, resulting in a decrease in the income of traditional cake traders. This study aims to help Gorontalo traditional cake traders to get digital sales media in order to face business competition in the current digital economy era. The application is designed based on a website by applying the User Centered Design method so that users in every stage of system development are also involved and the system formed can be used according to user needs. The application design uses the PHP programming language and data processing with MySQL DBMS. The system user interface is made simple so that the process of inputting and processing sales data and marketing transactions is more practical. User access on the system is made for administrators as system control and on the client side, access will be opened for traditional cake traders and community users as buyers or consumers. The results of system testing using blackbox testing are tested on the page views of all system users, namely the admin page, merchant page and buyer or community user page, the results of the blackbox test are obtained in accordance with the display design and system functions expected by system users.

Abstract

Attendance is an important part of every educational institution. Where attendance is one of the main supports that can support and motivate every activity carried out in it. Schools are educational institutions designed for student instruction under the supervision of teachers. Most countries have a formal education system, which is generally mandatory, as well as attendance at SMK Negeri 5 Gorontalo which still uses a manual method (signature), this method is very vulnerable for an educational institution because the level of discipline that cannot be controlled and can be misused by irresponsible people, another disadvantage that may arise in the manual attendance system is data recapitulation which still takes a lot of time and effort. Another disadvantage, parents of students cannot find out about their son's attendance at school so it is considered less effective and efficient. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to create and design an information system for monitoring student attendance using an android-based QR Code at SMK 5 Gorontalo so that it can make it easier for parents to monitor attendance. This application is designed using java programming language software, namely Android Studio, for PHP programming language using Dreamwever software, and for data storage using Mysql, as well as a tool for modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language).

Abstract

The design of making an android-based aid distribution application aims to provide convenience in facilitating the village office in distributing aid by taking into account finding the distribution mileage so that the distribution process does not require large transportation costs, as well as distributing aid to the community in Nunukan Village, Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency based on android by using location-based services. The design of this website uses the Research and Development method. This application is designed using PHP and HTML programming language software, namely Sublime Text, Java Programming Language Using Android Studio, and tools for modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language).

Abstract

The southern Bolaang Mongondow district has local wisdom in the field of tourism, especially underwater marine tourism, is. The results of data collection and observation show that the number of diving spots is 54 points with attractive underwater beauty, but based on the identification of the problem, access to information on underwater tourism destinations and activities is still limited, and difficult to access directly because there is no special application for underwater tourism information and information related to diving procedures so that the aim of this research is to design an application for preserving local wisdom for underwater tourism as Android-based digital information to facilitate access to information for underwater tourism enthusiasts who visit diving locations with regular information updates. Research results To achieve the research objectives, namely applying the User Centered Design method with the research results described in the stages of Plan  Human Centered Desaign Proses, Understand and Specify the Use Context, Specify of User Requirements, Produce Design of Solutions, dan Evaluate Designs User Requirements which tested using the white box method produces V(G) = E – N + 2 = (5 – 6) + 2 = 1. V(G) = (Predicate Node (P) + 1) = 1 + 0 = 1 and Ciclometic results Complexity (CC) = R1 = 1 and the results of the SUS calculation obtained an average value of 80 which is on the good and excellent scale so that the test results show that the application is designed according to the needs of system users

Abstract

Sanggar seni merupakan sebuah perpaduan antara hobi, kesenangan, kreatifitas, komersil, dan benefit. Dan yang paling penting adalah benefit secara sosial, salah satu contohnya ialah bisa menjaga kekompakan antara tim. Menari menjadi kegiatan untuk mengekspresikan diri baik secara individual maupun kolektif, terutama pada bakat yang dimiliki, Kabupaten Gorontalo utara masih kental terhadap kearifan lokal yang terkait dengan seni tari, seperti halnya apabila ada acara perkawinan, penyambutan tamu tarian adat daerah masih selalu digunakan. Kurangnya pelayanan informasi sanggar tari yang tidak diketahui oleh masyarakat , tidak hanya itu permasalahan yang muncul adalah Ketika ada masyarakat yang ingin melakukan pemesanan untuk pementasan tari di sebuah acara, masyarakat tidak mengetahui informasi dan tempat dari sanggar tari. Penelitian yang dilakukan di Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara, dengan menggunakan metode Dekskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara observasi dan interview dengan topik yang akan diambil. Aplikasi ini di rancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman yang digunakan yaitu PHP dan HTML, dan untuk menyimpan data menggunakan Mysql.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Whitebox pada salah satu proses dalam sistem ini yaitu proses input lokasi yang menghasilkan sistem yang baik. cyclomatic complexcity(CC) = 2, maka sistem ini dinyatakan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Sedangkan hasil pengujian Blackbox sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan

Abstract

This study aims to The office of the Head held a village apparatus recruitment process that was still done manually. The obstacle found in the process of accepting village officials is the number of applicants received is limited. The purpose of this rsearch is to help facilitate the office of the village The method used is the C4.5 algorithm is one method that can analyze large amounts of data or commonly called data mining. In this study an application was made that implements a decision tree with the C4.5 algoritthm , the results of this study are in the form of an application program based on the conditions of the decision tree results that have been found to determine the recruitment of village officials

Abstract

Kota Gorontalo dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan kesejahteraan sosial, lebih memfokuskan di bidang penyandang masalah kesejahteraan sosial atau PMKS seperti pemberantasan kemiskinan, terlantar, ketunaan, kecacatan, keterasingan serta penanggulangan bencana. Penyebab terjadi masalah di Kota Gorontalo diakibatkan karena kualitas SDM yang masih rendah, fisik yang cacat, sosial psikologis, serta letak geografis yang menyebabkan terjadinya bencana. Permasalahan sosial ini akan semakin luas apabila penanganannya tidak dilakukan secara serius karena pasti akan menimbulkan permasalahan berupa kriminalitas yang meningkat, perdagangan anak dan perempuan, tindakan kekerasan dan lain sebagainya. Untuk mengurangi hal tersebut pemerintah Kota Gorontalo melakukan penanganan, akan tetapi proses pendataan Daftar Penerima Bantuaan (DPM) saat ini bagi penyandang masalah belum efektif karena belum terkomputerisasi dengan baik sehingga proses penyalurannya masih terhambat dan belum tepat sasaran. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu perancangan aplikasi agar proses pendataan DPM dapat terkomputerisasi dengan baik, dan tentunya dapat membantu Dinas Sosial Kota Gorontalo dalam proses penyaluran bantuan bagi PMKS. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Research and Development, dengan kata lain sebagai sebuah metode yang di gunakan untuk menciptakan suatu produk tertentu serta menguji efektifnya sebuah produk. Aplikasi ini akan berbasis android sehingga tentunya sangat mempermudah semua pihak dalam menggunakan serta mengontrol proses pendataannya.Kata kunci; Android, PMKS, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

Employees are people involved in the company organization to carry out their duties based on their position or position. The current employee performance appraisal process is still carried out manually so that the element of subjectivity is very high, in addition to the relatively large number of employees making the employee determination time longer and sometimes late. The purpose of this study is to design a Decision Support System for employee performance appraisal at Otanaha Hospital so that the appraisal process and the decisions obtained are appropriate. The method used is the Weighted Product Method because this method is more efficient and the time needed in calculations is shorter and easier. The system is designed with php and html programming. Database used MySql language, with modeling using Unified Modeling Language. The result of this study is that it can make it easier for Otanaha hospital to assess and view employee data information and the results of performance appraisals of honorary employees and civil servants

Abstract

Anxiety disorders are a mental health problem that is increasing in prevalence, but the lack of public knowledge about anxiety disorders means that many people are not aware of anxiety disorders, so information technology is needed to understand symptoms and diagnosis using more relevant methods in intelligent systems. Intelligent systems are able to help in analyzing various symptoms and identifying initial diagnosis results with wider accessibility, but the problem of this research is focused on selecting the most effective method for intelligent systems as a basis for clinical data analysis, so in this research we will compare the level of accuracy of applying the method, namely Bayes' theorem and Certanty factor for the diagnosis of anxiety disorders. Bayes' Theorem is a classic statistical approach, offering a structured and measurable framework for calculating the probability of disease based on clinical evidence, while the Certainty Factor is a method for proving the certainty value of a fact in the form of a metric in an intelligent system. The aim of this research is to analyze the performance of the Bayes Theorem method and certainty factor by examining the percentage results obtained by applying the two methods. that the percentage result of the Bayes Theorem calculation method is higher, namely 84%, compared to the percentage result of the certainty factor, namely 70%, so it can be concluded that the application of Bayes' theorem is better than the certainty factor, especially in the diagnosis of people with anxiety disorders.

Abstract

The superior commodity fishing business assistance program is one of the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service programs aimed at fishermen in the Gorontalo area. Gorontalo Province has abundant marine resources, the fisheries sector plays a vital role in the regional economy and community welfare. However, fishing businesses often face various challenges, such as fish stock fluctuations, climate change, overfishing, and environmental impacts. Therefore, selecting superior commodities in the fishing business is crucial to ensure the sustainability of marine resources and optimal economic benefits. This research aims to apply the Analytical Hierarchy Process Method in selecting superior commodity fishing businesses in Indonesia. By identifying and evaluating various relevant criteria, it is hoped that this research can provide appropriate and sustainable recommendations for stakeholders in the fisheries sector. The results of testing the application of the AHP method in determining the selection of fishermen's fishing business on behalf of the senses with the alternative Fair on the Criteria for Receiving Assistance, the Alternative Good on the Equipment Ownership Criteria, the Alternative Good on the Criteria of Operational Skills and Total Income obtained a calculation result of 0.7648 > the Size Value namely 0.60, with the conclusion that these fishermen can be accepted as recipients of fishing business assistance. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for fishing business selection has proven effective in assisting complex decision making involving various criteria and sub-criteria
