Abstract

The potential of a village encompasses various aspects that can be developed to improve the welfare of the community, including natural resources, economy, society, and infrastructure. Tanjung Kramat Village has significant potential in the field of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially tuna-based processed products such as shredded tuna, tuna meatballs, crackers, sausages, dumplings, and pempek. Although these products are affordable, the main challenges are the conventional promotion and distribution methods, as well as limited access to technology. Most promotions remain local and have not optimally utilized digital technology, hindering local economic growth. Based on interviews, 75% of Tanjung Kramat Village residents work as fishermen and rely on the processing of fishery products. Therefore, a technology-based solution is needed to facilitate broader marketing. This study aims to design a digital application that assists MSME product owners in Tanjung Kramat Village in promoting and selling their products across Indonesia. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method will be applied, involving users actively to ensure the application meets their needs. This research is relevant and important, as the designed application will serve as a digital tool for the community to expand markets and increase income, thereby positioning MSMEs as a driving force for the local economy

Abstract

Anxiety disorders are a mental health problem that is increasing in prevalence, but the lack of public knowledge about anxiety disorders means that many people are not aware of anxiety disorders, so information technology is needed to understand symptoms and diagnosis using more relevant methods in intelligent systems. Intelligent systems are able to help in analyzing various symptoms and identifying initial diagnosis results with wider accessibility, but the problem of this research is focused on selecting the most effective method for intelligent systems as a basis for clinical data analysis, so in this research we will compare the level of accuracy of applying the method, namely Bayes' theorem and Certanty factor for the diagnosis of anxiety disorders. Bayes' Theorem is a classic statistical approach, offering a structured and measurable framework for calculating the probability of disease based on clinical evidence, while the Certainty Factor is a method for proving the certainty value of a fact in the form of a metric in an intelligent system. The aim of this research is to analyze the performance of the Bayes Theorem method and certainty factor by examining the percentage results obtained by applying the two methods. that the percentage result of the Bayes Theorem calculation method is higher, namely 84%, compared to the percentage result of the certainty factor, namely 70%, so it can be concluded that the application of Bayes' theorem is better than the certainty factor, especially in the diagnosis of people with anxiety disorders.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling services at SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo Utara play a crucial role in helping students recognize their potential, interests, and the problems they face. This study aims to develop an Android-based guidance and counseling information system by integrating the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) approach as a tool for identifying students' personality types. The system is designed to present the MBTI questionnaire, automatically analyze the results, and provide counseling recommendations that correspond to each student's personality type. Testing was conducted on 60 eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo Utara. The results show that the system is capable of effectively classifying personality types and delivering relevant recommendations. The most commonly found personality types were INFP, ESTJ, and ISFJ. Both students and guidance counselors responded positively to the system's usability, ease of use, and clarity. Although limitations remain in terms of advanced personalization and data integration, the approach has proven to enhance the quality of counseling services in a more adaptive and technology-based manner. This study recommends further feature development and system integration into the school's academic management

Abstract

This study focuses on the limited access to mental health services in Gorontalo and the social stigma surrounding mental health disorders, which discourages women and children from seeking help. The main problem addressed in this research is the management of mental health disorders, particularly the complexity of the initial diagnostic process. The study aims to develop an expert system using the Certainty Factor method to assist in the early diagnosis of mental health disorders in women and children, specifically Depression, Anxiety, and Stress disorders. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach with qualitative methods, including interviews with experts such as psychologists to obtain a knowledge base comprising symptoms, Measure of Belief, and Measure of Disbelief values. The expert system is implemented on the Android platform, facilitating user access to early diagnostic services. Results from the Certainty Factor calculations on user data indicate that the early diagnosis confidence levels are 97.04% for Depression, 63.11% for Anxiety, and 59.72% for Stress. The highest value is observed for Depression, suggesting that the symptoms selected by users most strongly indicate this disorder, with the highest confidence level across all Depression symptoms. Both manual calculations by experts within the system and Black Box testing confirm that the Certainty Factor method can effectively support early diagnosis of mental health disorders. The study concludes that the expert system using the Certainty Factor method is effective and can be implemented as an early mental health detection tool. The strength of this research lies in the integration of qualitative expert knowledge with mobile technology implementation, providing a practical and easily accessible solution for the community.
