Abstract

The use of information systems that have not been optimal in supporting business processes at the hotel so that it is necessary to improve and optimize the system that has been used at Maleo Hotel in order to improve hotel services and business processes, this study aims to design enterprise architecture by identifying GAPs to develop systems and add systems that are needed, and integrate systems so as to produce a well-integrated system. The method used in this research is TOGAF Framework, as a tool for enterprise architecture design in the Preliminary phase, Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Information System Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunites & solutions and Migration Planning owned by TOGAF ADM to produce Information System design and technology in improving service and service management performance and increasing the efficiency of business activities of Maleo Ambon Hotel.Keywords: TOGAF ADM; information systems; architecture enterprise; Hotel AbstrakPenggunaan sistem informasi yang belum optimal dalam mendukung proses bisnis pada hotel sehingga dibutuhkannya peningkatan dan pengoptimalan sistem yang telah digunakan pada Hotel Maleo agar dapat meningkatkan pelayanan dan proses bisnis hotel, Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang arsitektur enterprise dengan cara mengidentifikasi GAP untuk mengemabangkan sistem dan menambah sistem yang diperlukan, serta mengintergrasi sistem sehingga dapat menghasilkan sistem yang terintergrasi dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Kerangka Kerja TOGAF, sebagai alat bantu perancanagan arsitektur enterprise pada fase  Preliminary, Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Information System Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunites & solutions dan Migration Planing yang dimiliki TOGAF ADM untuk menghasilkan perancangan Sistem Informasi dan teknologi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan dan kinerja manajemen pelayanan dan meningkatkan efisiensi aktivitas bisnis Hotel Maleo Ambon.

Abstract

Penjualan barang tradisional picci – picci BUMDes Mamuju Tengah berbasis aplikasi android dibuat untuk lebih memudahkan masyarakat mengetahui informasi tentang produk tradisional terbaru yang ada pada BUMDes. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian seperti observasi, wawancara dan juga studi pustaka. Sedangkan untuk metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Design Science Research (DSR). Berdasarkan hasil penelitan dengan adanya perancangan sistem informasi ini dapat mempermudah dalam penyebaran informasi mengenai produk-produk terbaru yang ada pada BUMDes MamujuTengah serta mempermudah dalam proses pengolahan data transaksi penjualan dan bisa mengatasi masalah jika terjadi kesalahan dalam pemesanan.

Abstract

The rapid development of Information Technology has become a key driver in supporting various sectors and organizational objectives. In the past, information technology was perceived as a support system, but it is now recognized for its significant benefits. Therefore, Information Technology Governance (ITG) is essential to integrate information technology into the organization's strategy. This study aims to measure IT governance capability and provide improvement recommendations using the COBIT 2019 framework to support the vision and mission of DISKOMINFO Salatiga, which is to enhance the quality of public service and achieve good governance The research method employed is qualitative, utilizing the COBIT 2019 framework, and data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results indicate several domains that need enhancement, such as APO12, BAI03, BAI06, BAI07, and BAI10. The identified gap between expected and current capabilities necessitates improvement recommendations, including risk management, system monitoring, structured IT change, project evaluation, and periodic configuration verification. By implementing these recommendations, it is expected that DISKOMINFO Salatiga can achieve the desired IT governance capability, thereby supporting the achievement of Good Governance in line with the organization's vision and mission

Abstract

The manual attendance system running at SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa currently uses written attendance by recording students' attendance every hour in a class journal. This system requires quite a long time to collect attendance data; the possibility of errors in data recording by officers is also quite large because the recording is done manually. The research method used is Design Science Research (DSR). The DSR method is a methodology used for research in the field of information technology. This method is oriented towards system information design. The results of this research produce an information system application that can optimize the management of student attendance data. Storing attendance data digitally can be an alternative for teachers managing student attendance data, making it easier for students to access the files when needed. Apart from that, this system can make it easier for teachers to input and recapitulate student attendance to control student attendance discipline as a form of accountability to parents.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi adanya peran penting multimedia dalam menunjang pelayanan gereja. Multimedia memungkinkan gereja untuk menyajikan pesan-pesan rohani, khotbah, ibadah, dan informasi lainnya dalam bentuk visual yang lebih menarik dan menggugah perhatian. Dengan demikian, Gereja perlu memiliki Tim Multimedia yang berkompeten dalam mengerjakan konten-konten video multimedia sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Tim multimedia harus dibekali dengan kemampuan Digital Conten Creation (DCC) yang memadai. Untuk itulah kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan agar dapat meningkatkan kapasitas Tim Multimedia Gereja dalam mengembangkan konten-konten video digital yang menarik. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap (1) identifikasi kebutuhan, (2) perencanaan kegiatan, (3) pelaksanaan pelatihan, (4) pendampingan, dan (5) evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan sebagian besar peserta menyatakan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan yang siginifikan dari sisi jumlah konten video kreatif yang masuk ke sosial media Gereja pasca pelatihan, khususnya di channel Youtube Gereja.

Abstract

In recent years, the concept of smart villages has gained increasing prominence as a means of encouraging sustainable development in rural areas. This is particularly relevant in the agricultural sector, where the potential of land resources is crucial. Cukilan Village, located in Suruh District, Semarang Regency, Central Java, is primarily an agricultural area, with over 80% of its land designated for agricultural purposes. The village government has expressed a desire to develop Cukilan as a smart village through an FGD process. Based on this background, a community service program was implemented with the aim of designing Cukilan Village as a smart village in stages, to enhance economic growth and prosperity by leveraging the potential of agricultural resources and human resources, as well as accelerating the village development process. The method for implementing this PKM (Community Service) program utilized the Assets-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which involved outreach, discussion, mapping of agroecological zones, as well as land suitability and evaluation. As a result of this initiative, the Cukilan Village government received guidance for an ideal agricultural system based on land resource potential, which serves as a basic component towards the realization of Cukilan Smart Village.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes to the public sector in both developed and developing countries. In the healthcare sector, there is E-Health to improve service quality by providing information and registration of health services, including drug prescriptions and disease information that the public can access through electronic devices equipped with the Internet. This study aims to identify the success factors of E-Health as one of the E-Government systems considered successfully implemented in Indonesia through user satisfaction to strengthen the effectiveness of E-Health. This study used a modified HOT-fit (Human, Organization, Technology, and fit) model with six variables and quantitative methods. Four of the nine hypotheses were rejected based on data collected from 120 respondents and statistical analysis using Smart Partial Least Squares 3.2.9. It indicates that information quality and service quality have a significant positive effect on user satisfaction and net benefits through user satisfaction.

Abstract

Advances in the world of technology today are very rapid, especially in the world of education. Universities and schools definitely need a platform or moodle in the academic learning process, especially at Satya Wacana Christian University. Satya Wacana Christian University is one of the well-known universities and is much sought after by students in Central Java Province and outside Java Island. This campus uses Moodle in its learning process, namely Flexible Learning. Flexible Learning is used to simplify the teaching and learning process. However, Moodle learning, namely Flexible Learning, has not been proven to satisfy users. This journal was formed to test the experiences of using Flexible Learning among SWCU students. This research uses user experience with a questionnaire to determine satisfaction with using Flexible Learning among UKSW students. The research will be carried out using the method of determining the scope of research, literature review, problem analysis, research instruments, determining respondents, measuring UEQ, analyzing test results, and conclusions. The test results in this research involved a total of 50 students as respondents. The evaluation obtained from the research, namely the 6 aspects of the UEQ, can convey the results of measuring user experience and conclude the results of the UEQ.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) adalah sistem pengolahan data dan informasi terkomputerisasi yang dikelola oleh pemerintah dan komunitas desa yang mendukung pengelolaan dan penggunaan informasi desa menurut UU Desa 86 ayat 3. SID dipercaya dapat membawa dampak positif bagi perubahan dan pembangunan masyarakat desa, meningkatkan transparansi pemerintahan desa, serta partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses kebijakan desa. Desa Cukilan yang terletak di Kabupaten Semarang belum menggunakan SID karena fitur yang ditawarkan oleh SID belum bisa memenuhi kebutuhan desa. kebutuhan akan fitur surat menyurat saat ini menjadi urgent untuk desa terutama perangkat desa. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan parameter DSR. Hasil dari pengembangan OpenSID menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan cukup bermanfaat dan dipahami oleh semua pihak. Selain itu, SID diyakini akan bermanfaat bagi pemerintahan desa serta meningkatkan kualitas informasi desa.

Abstract

Saat ini, kemajuan teknologi informasi memiliki peran yang sangat signifikan dalam mengakses dan memanfaatkan informasi, baik yang berorientasi pada profit maupun non-profit. Penerapan teknologi informasi telah umum diimplementasikan di berbagai organisasi dan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kegiatan dan operasional. Saat ini Dinas kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat pesat dituntut untuk mengikuti perubahan digital yang terjadi saat ini sehingga menghasilkan pelayanan yang terpadu kepada masyarakat. Pada penelitian ini yang dilakukan kepada Dinas kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur menggunakan framework COBIT 2019 tentunya bisa menjadi acuan dalam pengelolaan layanan TI sehingga mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Dengan adanya COBIT 2019 bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi 11 design factor dengan bantuan design toolkit untuk menghasilkan rancangan tata kelola TI. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dihasilkan COBIT core model yaitu APO12-Managed Risk, APO13-Managed Security, BAI09-Managed Assets, BAI10-Managed Configuration, DSS01-Managed Operations, DSS02-managed Service Request & Incident, DSS04-Managed Continuity, DSS05-Managed Security Services, DSS06-Managed Business Process Controls, APO09-Managed Service Agreements, BAI06-Managed IT Changes, BAI08-Managed Knowledge.
