Abstract

Information systems for companies can be an important step because information systems play a vital role in managing, storing, processing, and accessing information efficiently. Researchers conducted research at PT Saleslab, a company that focuses on digital advertising. In 2022, PT Saleslab launched its own product called Nubiko, which is currently a baby cream product. PT Saleslab has an internal website that provides a central place for storing documents, company policies, guidelines, and other important information. However, PT Saleslab faces a problem in managing outbound product data because there is no outbound package tracking menu. The company still uses the manual method by inputting data on packages coming out of the warehouse using Microsoft Excel. Every product that is going out is scanned and inputted into Microsoft Excel, then submitted to the expedition, which is considered ineffective.This research uses a qualitative method with a Design Science Research (DSR) approach to develop an Outbound Tracking information system. The focus is to develop a website with innovation, ideas, ways of working, technical capabilities, analysis, design, implementation, and utilization of information systems as the main solution.

Abstract

Information technology is one of the fields of science that can provide added value to a company so that the performance of the company can run effectively and efficiently. The role of it is very important to achieve the vision and mission of the company so that good governance is needed. Good IT governance will help all factors related to the use of it to make it easier to obtain profits as expected by the company. Therefore, the role of it is very important for the company to achieve its goals. IT management is a form of planning the use of it in accordance with the vision, mission and objectives of the company. Control and direction of it will minimize the risks that will occur so that the use of it can provide added value to the company to achieve its goals. Therefore, Ananda Rantepao pharmacy must get an application in the MEA Domain (monitor, evalute, and asses). COBIT (Control Objective for Information Technologies) is a collection of information and IT governance frameworks that represent structured and controllable activities. MEA (monitor, evaluate, and assess) is the domain of COBIT 5 that is used to conduct audits and IT Governance at Ananda Rantepao pharmacies. The use of COBIT 5 framework can be implemented on all types of organizations and companies of any size. The implementation of IT governance with the COBIT 5 domain MEA framework at Ananda Rantepao Pharmacy is expected to maximize the company's performance with the use of it in accordance with the objectives. Apotek Ananda Rantepao has not conducted an audit on existing IT so that the level of IT capabilities is not yet known, therefore it is necessary to conduct IT governance so that information technology can be controlled and work efficiently. The methods of this study are quantitative methods that use surveys or questionnaires that will be given to the subject of research to obtain conclusions, and qualitative methods obtained from interviews and observations on the company for accurate analysis results.

Abstract

Abstract

PT Diginet Media is a company focused on providing information technology consulting services and software development, requiring rooms to conduct various activities that support its operations. The current issue is the continued use of manual methods, leading to scheduling conflicts and errors in recording loan data. To overcome these problems, a web-based room booking information system was developed to enhance efficiency and accuracy in-room management at PT Diginet Media. This research uses a prototype method that allows system development to be carried out in stages with continuous evaluation. The designed system features key functionalities such as room search based on specific criteria, booking and cancellation, and notifications for users and administrators. The results of system testing using the Black Box Testing method show that all features function according to the designed needs so that the system can increase the effectiveness of the room borrowing process Therefore, this system can be the right solution for structured and integrated room booking management.Keyword: Design; Information System; Room Booking; Prototype. AbstrakPT Diginet Media merupakan perusahaan yang berfokus pada penyediaan layanan konsultansi teknologi informasi dan pengembangan perangkat lunak, membutuhkan ruangan untuk melakukan berbagai aktivitas yang mendukung operasional. Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah masih digunakannya metode manual yang menyebabkan bentrokan jadwal, serta kesalahan pencatatan data peminjaman. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan sistem informasi peminjaman ruangan berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan peminjaman ruang di PT Diginet Media. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototype yang memungkinkan pengembangan sistem dilakukan secara bertahap dengan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Sistem yang dirancang memiliki fitur utama pencarian ruang berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, peminjaman dan pembatalan peminjaman, serta notifikasi bagi pengguna dan admin. Hasil pengujian sistem dengan metode Black Box Testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berfungsi sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang dirancang, sehingga sistem mampu meningkatkan efektifitas dari proses peminjaman ruangan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi yang tepat dalam pengelolaan peminjaman ruangan secara terstruktur dan terintegrasi.

Abstract

With its high popularity, Instagram has become one of the main platforms for Generation Z, but there are challenges in understanding the acceptance pattern of this application among them. This research analyzes the acceptance of using Instagram applications in Generation Z by conducting theoretical tests using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2). This research shows that factors such as Habit, Hedonic Motivation, and Price Value have a direct and indirect influence on Use Behavior through Behavioral Intentions. Other factors such as Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions do not have a significant impact on the behavior of Instagram application users. Of the 100 respondents, habit and hedonic motivation are significant in behavioral intention and use behavior, while price value is moderate. The model (SRMR 0.088) shows habit and entertainment motivation as the main factors of Instagram use, guiding developers and marketers to increase Gen Z engagement.Keywords: Instagram; Gen Z; Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 AbstrakDengan popularitasnya yang tinggi, Instagram menjadi salah satu platform utama bagi Generasi Z, namun terdapat tantangan dalam memahami pola penerimaan aplikasi ini pada kalangan tersebut. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai analisis penerimaan penggunaan aplikasi Instagram pada generasi Z dengan melakukan uji teori menggunakan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor seperti Habit, Hedonic Motivation, dan Price Value memiliki pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap Use Behavior melalui Behavioral Intentions. Faktor lain seperti Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, dan Facilitating Conditions tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pengguna aplikasi Instagram. Dari 100 responden, Habit dan Hedonic Motivation signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention dan Use Behavior, sementara Price Value moderat. Model (SRMR 0,088) menunjukkan kebiasaan dan motivasi hiburan sebagai faktor utama penggunaan Instagram, memberikan panduan bagi pengembang dan pemasar untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan Gen Z.Kata kunci: Instagram; Gen Z; Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang, penerapan teknologi informasi menjadi krusial bagi organisasi, termasuk di sektor perpustakaan dan kearsipan. Teknologi tidak hanya memfasilitasi efisiensi pelayanan publik, tetapi juga membawa tantangan berupa risiko-risiko yang perlu dikelola secara efektif untuk menjaga keberlanjutan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan menilai risiko pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Salatiga dalam penggunaan aplikasi INLISlite (Integrated Library System) dengan pendekatan Framework ISO 31000:2018. Metode yang digunakan meliputi studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, mengidentifikasi risiko dari faktor alam, manusia, dan sistem, yang dapat mengancam keberlangsungan operasional perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai risiko signifikan seperti kegagalan server, serangan hacking, dan kesalahan manusia, yang memerlukan strategi mitigasi. Rekomendasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup pembaruan sistem, peningkatan kapasitas server, serta pelatihan bagi staf untuk meminimalkan risiko. Dengan penerapan ISO 31000:2018, perpustakaan dapat mengelola risiko secara lebih sistematis, sehingga meningkatkan keamanan dan efektivitas sistem informasi yang digunakan

Abstract

This research explores the integration of waterfall and scrum methodologies in the development of the SIMARGA web application. Integration aims to maximize the strengths of each methodology, with Waterfall contributing to planning, analysis, and initial system structure, while Scrum supports the creation of product backlog and implementation of Scrum events. The combination results in a structured and methodical product management process, simplifying task lists, and improving efficiency. The achievement of good efficiency and effectiveness in task execution is facilitated by leveraging both methodologies, reducing waste. Progress in product development and team productivity is measured through daily meetings, evaluations, and sprint reviews. Emphasis is placed on fostering strong relationships among the Scrum team, customers, and stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration. However, challenges are identified in team commitment to daily meetings, which are potentially influenced by their involvement in additional business activities. Future efforts should focus on improving technological resources and maintaining software to achieve the product goals initially outlined. The effectiveness of this product development initiative can be measured using metrics such as views and user data, particularly in the Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang.
