Abstract

Teachers are at the forefront of educating the nation's children through formal education, have social values for society, to become human beings with noble character in the field of science that is owned in accordance with the demands of today's education world. In Law Number 14 of 2005 article 8 concerning Teachers and Lecturers it is stated that teachers are required to have academic qualifications, competencies, educator certificates, physically and mentally healthy, and have the ability to realize national education goals. Each rule has a legal basis that binds every teacher to carry out his profession with the concept of education containing the values of national and state life based on Pancasila. Education must be a means to encourage the development of shared values and knowledge. But in the fact these values have not been used in formal education. This is seen as an inadequate approach to carrying out performance as a reliable professional educator. Teachers always emphasize the system of emphasis on students, it can be seen from the standard KKM scores which are still brought on average. Teachers who have certification have not shown their professionalism and are licensed as educated teachers. In the fact often occurs in schools is that teachers have not shown themselves in the teaching and learning process, because the factors that influence the emphasis on teachers are economic problems, lack of teacher discipline, inadequate infrastructure in schools, placement of teachers in the field of study. more than one person so that the teacher lacks teaching hours that should teach 24 hours a week.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah pilar yang sangat menentukan bagi kemajuan suatu bangsa.Tanpa pendidikan yang memadai suatu bangsa sulit berkembang dan bahkan akan terus terpuruk dalam percaturan perkembangan global maupun internasional. Proses pendidikan adalah mempersiapkan manusia untuk dapat hidup layak di masa depan, suatu masa yang tidak mesti sama bahkan cenderung berbeda dengan masa kini. Berkaitan dengan pendidikan dimensi jangka panjang ini memberikan pemahaman bahwa pendidikan harus menjadi jembatan bagi peserta didik untuk dapat mengantarkan dari kehidupan masa kini ke kehidupan masa depan. Di Abad-21 ditantang untuk mampu menciptakan pendidikan yang dapat ikut menghasilkan sumber daya pemikir yang mampu ikut membangun tatanan sosial dan ekonomi sadar pengetahuan sebagaimana layaknya warga dunia di Abad-21. pembelajaran di era abada 21 menekankan pada kemampuan peserta didik dalam mencari tahu dari berbagai sumber, merumuskan permasalahan, berpikir analitis dan kerjasama serta berkolaborasi dalam menyelesaikan masalah dengan memanfaatkan sumber yang majemuk. Untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran pada abad 21 maka pembelajara Life Based Learning menjadi acung untuk diterapkan pada proses pembelajaran. Life-based learning menekankan pada pengembangan kapabilitas di era ilmu pengetahuan untuk berkontribusi bagi kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini di laksanakan pada SMA Negeri Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, pada preode semester genap, dengan judul penelitian Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Guru Pada SMA Negeri di kabupaten Halmahera Barat Provinsi Maluku Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif untuk mencari tahu fonemena yang terjadi di lapanagan sesuatu yang nyata dan peristiwa yang terjadi, untuk mendalami persoalan secara fenomonologis, interaksi sembolik, studi kasus dan mendiskripsikan sifat-sifat kualitatif. Peneliti memakai wawancara terstruktur merupakan wawancara yang menyusun suatu daftar pertanyaan yang ketat oleh peneliti. Peneliti menyiapkan bahan wawancara berupa pertanyaan yang berhubungan dengan topik. wawancara mendalam, studi dokementasi, observasi dan reduksi data, validitas data yang dilakukan oleh penelitian ini, terdiri dari guru 10 orang, kepala sekolah, 10 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa “Kepala sekolah mampu melaksanakan supervisi akademik untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMA Negeri Halmahera Bara

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of low good character among students, which has an impact on immoral actions. The purpose of this investigation is to identify the leadership style of tuan guru in shaping the character of students and to analyze the methods and approaches used by tuan guru in the character formation process. Research is important to provide new insights and solutions related to the character of students, cultural leadership, and a holistic approach. Several previous studies such as: Building Creative, Tolerant, and Responsible Student Characters. Independent Character Development Strategy for Students. The Role of Modern Islamic Boarding Schools in the Formation of Leadership Character. Contribution of Islamic Boarding School Education in Character Formation. Character Education Patterns in Islamic Boarding Schools. Shows that Islamic boarding schools have an important role in shaping the character of students through an integrated approach between academic education and moral values. With the right strategy, students can develop into creative, tolerant, responsible individuals, and have good leadership skills. Research on student character, cultural leadership, and a holistic approach has not specifically explored the integration of character development with cultural leadership and the synergy between local values and character education. This confirms the novelty of this manuscript. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a contribution of cultural leadership and a holistic approach to the character of students. The results of the study indicate that the paternalistic leadership style of Tuan Guru and exemplary behavior in daily behavior have a significant impact on the formation of students' character. In addition, learning methods that integrate local cultural values have proven effective in supporting the characterization process. The conclusion of this study confirms that cultural-based leadership in Islamic boarding schools contributes significantly to building students' character holistically.

Abstract

Education is the responsibility of all components of the nation: schools, parents, society, and government. The factors that determine the success of education are the education carried out by parents and the environment. The conclusions of this study are: obstacles in increasing community participation include environmental factors and parents. The pattern of the relationship between the community and parents in terms of finance, academics, and evaluation. Strategies to increase community participation can be carried out by: revitalizing the role of committees, utilizing institutions and social media, and increasing parental education.
