Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan half squat jump dan split squat jump terhadap peningkatan kecepatan tendangan sabit siswa ektrakurikuler pencak silat SMAN 1 Tulang Bawang Tengah. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan desain “The Two Group Pretest-Postest Design”. Sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 32 orang yaitu 16 orang putra dan 16 orang putri dengan menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing. Hasil penelitian ini: 1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari Half Squat Jump terhadap peningkatan kecepatan tendangan sabit Putra dan Putri, analisis data Putra t hitung = 5,884 > ttabel = 2.145 dengan α = 0,05, N = 16 dan analisis data Putri t hitung = 7,959> t tabel = 2.145 dengan α = 0,05, N = 16. 2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari Split Squat Jump terhadap peningkatan kecepatan tendangan sabit Putra dan Putri, analisis data Putra t hitung = 11,248>t tabel = 2.145 dengan α = 0,05, N = 15 dan analisi data Putri t hitung = 8,192> t tabel = 2.145 dengan α = 0,05, N = 16. 3) Ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara Half Squat Jump dan Split Squat Jump terhadap peningkatan kecepatan tendangan sabit siswa Putra dan Putri dengan analisis data presentase peningkatan Half Squat JumpPutra dan Putri yaitu =17,24%, 13,88% sedangkan persentase peningkatan Split Squat JumpPutra dan Putri yaitu =17,48%, 13,97% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Split Squat Jump lebih berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kecepatan tendangan sabit pada siswa Putra dan Putri pencak silat SMAN 1 Tulang Bawang Tengah. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ball feeling training on the dribbling ability of futsal extracurricular students at SMA IT Ar-Raihan Bandar Lampung. Dribbling is one of the important basic techniques in futsal that requires good ball control. However, there are still many students who have not been able to dribbling optimally. Ball feeling training is believed to be able to improve ball control and player sensitivity to the ball while playing. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a preTest-postTest control group design. The research subjects were 22 students who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group (ball feeling training) and the control group. The research instrument used a zig-zag dribbling Test to measure dribbling ability before and after treatment. The results of the t-Test showed that there was a significant effect on the experimental group with a calculated t value = 4.884> t table = 2.228, which means that ball feeling training significantly improved students' dribbling ability. In contrast, the control group did not show a significant increase with a calculated t value = 0.634 <t table = 2.228. In addition, the comparison Test between the two groups in the final Test showed a significant difference with a calculated t value = 4.114 > t table = 2.086. This finding proves that ball feeling training is effective in improving dribbling skills in adolescent futsal players.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik kelas IV SDN 8 Metro Timur. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari pendekatan open ended terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik mata pelajaran matematika kelas IV SDN Metro Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode quasi esperiment desain  bentuk desain non equivalent control group desain. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik nontes dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan uji t. hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari pendekatan open ended terhadap kemampuan berpikir peserta didik kelas IV SDN 8 Metro Timur dan Ha diterima. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwasannya siswa kelas eksperimen mengalami kenaikan rerata yang lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. The effect of open-ended approach on creative thinking skills of elementary school students Abstract: The problem with this study is the low creative thinking ability of grade IV SDN 8 Metro Timur students. This study aimed to determine the positive and significant influence of the open-ended approach on the creative thinking abilities of students in mathematics at grade IV SDN Metro Timur. This type of research is an experimental study using a quasi-experimental design method for nonequivalent control group design. The data collection technique was carried out using non-test and test techniques. Data analysis using t-test. The results showed that the open-ended approach positively and significantly affected the thinking skills of fourth-grade students at SDN 8 Metro Timur and Ha. In addition, the study's results also showed that the experimental class students experienced a greater average increase compared to the control class.
