Abstract

The state of the age and its development so rapidly influencing the world become a challenge for students and especially teachers in giving roles and tasks to education especially Christian education. But the role of the teacher in writing that uses library research with a qualitative descriptive approach is expected to improve human resources and bring students to grow in spirituality and character that can build a nation through a person who is strong in relying on God. The Role of Teachers Christian religious education as a role model in enhancing the spirituality and character of learners must be a priority in learning as a form of implying affective values. Teachers as role models in improving the spirituality and character of students, the teacher in this study was asked to have the first responsibility in carrying out the tasks, roles and responsibilities of teachers of Christian religious education. Then the teacher must realize that the Christian Religious Education teacher is an exemplary leader. And then the Master works closely with the church and family to bring about an increase in spirituality and character. And finally the Master must be led by the Holy Spirit.

Abstract

Society 5.0 perlu dihadapi dengan persiapan yang serius dan matang dari Sekolah Kristen sebagai penyelenggara PAK.  Sekolah Kristen melalui PAK dituntut mampu melahirkan generasi unggul yang berkarakter Kristus  untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sumber daya manusia berkualitas pada society 5.0. Dibutuhkan upaya keras untuk dapat mencapai hal ini.  Metode riset mempergunakan jenis kualitatif deskriptif dengan dilengkapi studi pustaka. Hasil dari riset ditemukan bahwa meskipun gagasan society 5.0 saat ini masih terasa sebatas konsep namun persiapan ke arah masa itu tetaplah menjadi suatu tuntutan yang harus dipenuhi. Dalam hal ini diperlukan evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap penyelenggaraan PAK mengingat PAK memegang peranan sangat penting dalam menyiapkan peserta didik yang unggul tidak hanya secara intelektual namun dalam karakter, mental dan spiritual. Upaya sekolah Kristen untuk menyiapkan society 5.0 adalah dengan cara: pertama,  merumuskan ulang visi dan misi sekolah.Kedua,  sekolah Kristen perlu mengembalikan orientasi atau fokus pelayanan kepada Tuhan semata. Ketiga, secara serius membangun budaya sekolah dan mengaktualisasikan secara nyata sehingga seluruh anggota keluarga sekolah dapat mengalami transformasi kehidupan serupa dengan Tuhan.   Keempat, peningkatan mutu PAK melalui pengembangan kualitas dan profesionalitas guru, pengembangan materi dan metode pembelajaran yang fleksibel dan kontekstual, peningkatan literasi bagi guru dan peserta didik serta peningkatan kesejahteraan guru.Kelima,  menyediakan sarana dan perlengkapan pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan.Keenam, sekolah perlu membangun sinergi dengan semua pihak, yaitu gereja, masyarakat, keluarga dan dunia usaha. Salah satu program bersama yang dapat dilakukan adalah melakukan penelitian demi perkembangan ilmu PAK, ilmu sosial maupun ilmu lain. Hasil penelitian dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan sosial dan membangun kehidupan masyarakat yang berkualitas

Abstract

Teologi kontemporer merupakan teologi yang selalu mengedepankan rasio dibandingkan iman. Teologi kontemporer merupakan hasil berpikir dari historis kritis para teolog. Teologi ini memandang bahwa Alkitab boleh dikritisi, sebab dalam teologi kontemporer hanya memandang bahwa Alkitab adalah nasakh kuno yang perlu dikaji ulang. Pemahaman para teologi dalam teologi kontemporer merupakan hasil acuan dari jaman ke jaman. Teologi ini mampu memberikan warna tersendiri diantara banyaknya teologi yang berkembang. Saat in, teologi kontemporer terus mengalami perkembangan dan teologi kontemporer sudah banyak dikonsumsi oleh banyak orang. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengetahui keuntungan dan kerugian teologi kontemporer penulis akan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penulis akan menjelaskan bagian-bagian penting di dalamnya dengan menggunakan bahan acuan seperti buku, internet maupun tulisan karya ilmiah lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi penelitian yang di lakukan adalah teologi kontemporer merupakan teologi yang berdasarkan pada skeptis, dimana adanya kecurigaan terhadap isi kebenaran Alkitab. Teologi kontemporer juga merupakan teologi yang mengutamakan filsafat didalamnya untuk memahami kebenaran isi Alkitab. Namun demikian di dalam teologi ini mampu memberi warna baru bagi ilmu berteologi. Pasalnya, setiap teologi yang ada bisa memunculkan kembali teologi yang baru. Inilah yang akhirnya teologi kontemporer memiliki keuntungan dan kerugiannya sendiri dalam berteologi. Teologi kontemporer akan terus berkembang, karena tidak ada batasan untuk memahami setiap teologi yang ada.Kata kunci: Teologi Kontemporer, Keuntungan, Kerugian.

Abstract

Harmony is a dream for every human being, to realize this requires a willingness to become a follower of Christ who has a commitment to be a peacemaker. Agape love which is the basis for loving others and even enemies can be explored in exploring the meaning of words in the biblical text. And as part of a multicultural society and all the issues of harmony therein, there are indicators for believers to emulate Jesus and do God's word in response to the world for harmony in a plural society. Abstrak Kerukunan menjadi impian bagi setiap manusia, untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut dibutuhkan kerelaan untuk menjadi pengikut Kristus yang memiliki komitment menjadi pembawa damai. Kasih Agape yang menjadi dasar mengasihi sesama bahkan musuh dapat ditelaah dalam penggalian makna kata dalam teks Alkitab. Dan sebagai bagian dari masyarakat multikultural dan segala persoalan kerukunan didalamnya terdapat indikator bagi orang percaya untuk meneladani Yesus dan melakukan firman Tuhan sebagai jawaban bagi dunia untuk kerukunan dalam masyarakat majemuk.

Abstract

The paper aims to compare the effectiveness of two learning models, namely Discovery Learning (DL) and Problem Based Learning (PBL), in improving student learning outcomes in science subjects. This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study were all class IV students at SDN 002 SK (Samarinda City), totaling three classes. The calculation results show that the average pretest score in experimental class I is 45.12, which is higher compared to 35.60 in experimental class II. After treatment, the average posttest score in experimental class I increased to 85.80, while in experimental class II it reached 82.11. The average N-Gain for both classes was 0.74, indicating a significant increase in learning outcomes in both classes, although experimental class I showed slightly better results. More in-depth analysis based on high and low learning outcome categories shows consistent differences in the effectiveness of learning models. Hypothesis testing using the T Test, which is applied because the data distribution is normal and the variance is homogeneous, shows a calculated t-value of 8.60 which far exceeds the t_table of 2.070. This causes rejection of H_0 and acceptance of H_1, indicating that the Discovery Learning (DL) model in experimental class I provides better learning results than the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in experimental class II.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to deeply explore how emotional intelligence (EQ) affects various aspects of learning, including motivation, learning strategies, and social interactions, and to provide evidence-based recommendations on practical ways to integrate EQ development into educational settings. Additionally, this study aims to identify potential areas for further research to expand our understanding of the role of emotional intelligence in the evolving context of education. This research employs a literature review methodology, which involves collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information from various sources. The findings of this study conclude that emotional intelligence (EQ) plays a crucial role in education by influencing various aspects of the teaching and learning process. EQ, which encompasses the ability to recognize, understand, and manage one's own emotions as well as those of others, is closely related to academic performance, social interactions, and stress management. Developing EQ through training programs and curriculum integration not only enhances student motivation and academic achievement but also improves classroom dynamics and students' ability to handle stress. Recent trends indicate that the implementation of social-emotional programs and EQ training is becoming increasingly common, with results showing improvements in the learning environment and student well-being. By adopting an approach that emphasizes emotional development and social skills, education can create a more supportive atmosphere and better prepare students to face future challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how technology integration in curriculum management and administration can contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of school operations. This type of research is a literature study. Literature study is an important step in research that helps researchers to find out what has been previously studied on the same topic. The results of this study indicate that technology plays a crucial role in curriculum management and educational administration. Technology integration, such as learning management systems (LMS) and school management information systems (SMS), not only improves operational efficiency but also strengthens collaboration between teachers, students, and parents. With real-time data access and analysis, decision making becomes faster and more precise, allowing for more effective responses to student needs. Although challenges such as resistance to change and infrastructure problems remain, the long-term benefits of implementing technology are clear, including improving the quality of education and student readiness to face future challenges.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze various innovations in education management, evaluate their impact on the quality of education and student learning outcomes, and develop practical recommendations that can be implemented by education stakeholders in Indonesia. Thus, it is hoped that this research can contribute to creating a learning environment that is more inclusive, relevant and responsive to community needs, as well as overcoming the challenges faced in the education system. This research uses a type of library research or literature study, where researchers rely on various literature sources to collect relevant data and information. With a qualitative approach, this research focuses on analyzing data in the form of words or descriptions, allowing researchers to explore the context and meaning behind the information found. The results of this research show that innovation in educational management involves curriculum development, use of technology, improvement of human resources, stakeholder participation, and evaluation systems. Competency-based curriculum and project learning increase educational relevance and student engagement, while the integration of information and communications technology (ICT) increases the efficiency of data management and communications. Ongoing training for teachers is important for the quality of teaching, and parent and community involvement increases accountability. Practical recommendations include adaptive curriculum development, technology training, community engagement programs, and data-driven evaluation to create inclusive and effective educational environments.
