Abstract

PT Dua Daya Sakti is a company engaged in the development of property, especially housing and home stores. One of the mission that must be achieved by the company is to provide the best service and prioritize customer satisfaction by always trying to finish the job on time. Every operational and development activity, the financial department must know each income and expense of each department for the recording of the company's cash flow. Every financial transaction will be recorded in the data processing application that is Microsoft Excel. The amount of data that needs to be processed and not integrated data on the operational departments and finance departments, resulting in the availability of data required for the preparation of financial statements has not been maximized. Based on these problems, there is a gap between one of the company's mission to be achieved with the current condition of the company. The solution offered is to utilize information technology that is making financial administration information system. The test results show that this information system can produce financial reports from transaction processing system.

Abstract

Gramedia Printing Group - Surabaya Plant, is a printing and publishing company. One of its main business process is procurement which refer to activity to acquire goods by buying it from supplier. There are some problems found in current process, which are: requester doesn’t know the state of their procurement request which can held down their productivity, logistic give more time and effort to check the procurement request’s approval from central office before purchase the goods, and there’s no managerial level report for decision making. To overcome these problem, a system is required to give requester information about their request, simplify and automate logistic activity, and ability to provide managerial report. Procurement Information System is expected to kept requester informed about their request, to ease logistic in procurement process, and to provide information to be used as source of decision making by managerial level.

Abstract

The workshop is one of the places where vehicles such as motor cars and placed with a variety of needs, as well as damage repair. In addition the workshop also is one of the best places to put a motor vehicle such as car and motorcycle. The service processes that occur at the workshop in synch motor still experience barriers when conducting registration service. Customers who will do the service has always been considered a new customer, the current registration process are still recorded manually.The solution to the above problem by creating an architecture application acceptance service motorcycle repair workshop on the functioning of the motor aligned to process data reception service.This application helps the process of administration of operational activities include: managing the master data includes the data, users, categories, products, services, brands, customers, motor motorcycle customers. managing transaction data covering transactions service start process, service, service, service close to the finish. Expected by the existence of this application can help management and employees in carrying out operational activities and monitoring so as to improve pelanyanan at the workshop. Keywords: Applications, Workshop, Service Improvement.

Abstract

Bharata Sport & Fashion is a company act in the sales of sports equipment and sports clothing which was built in 1986 on Jl. Ngurah Rai no.36, Jembrana Bali This company currently has some problems namely: 1) bonus counting process, work performance and making report of Salesmen performance that are still done manually that leads to a delay in reporting process and there is a risk to lost the data because it was saved in Ms Excel. 2) reservation process is still using telephone as a communication media and the reservation record is written in the notebook. This proses needs a lot of budget. 3)  this company has difficulty in monitoring their Salesmen in some branches of the company because one and another are located in long distance. The solution offered for covering those problems are making an application of Salesmen performance that included to make the visiting schedule, to report the visiting result, to record the customer’s reservation and to calculate bonus and salesman performance. The result of this essay show that application can help do generate sales report, the monitoring of Salesmen performance, counting the bonus, and this application can show the graphic of sales, bonus, salesman performance in each branch office.

Abstract

Petra Community Church is a church located on Jalan M.T. Haryono, Semarang. Since January of 2018, it has more than one thousands congregation. Based on their organizational structure, they have head of management and many departments, such as, Ibadah Raya Department, Komsel Department, Pujian Penyembahan Department, and Multimedia  Department. The board is facing a problem about getting data from departements. The data is still scattered in each department and the form is still a flat file (hard-copy). This problem affects the evaluation process of the existing management and also related to the making of annual year work program. Based on this problem, a management information system is needed to be used to process existing data into information, which is useful for decision making by the management of PCC. Management Information System built using the method of the System Development Life Cycle Waterfall model. The waterfall model used is the waterfall model according to Sommerville (2007). This system can handle management requirements related to the availability of master data, and activity data has been carried out up to financial data. Also through this system, the board can monitors activities undertaken by each department.

Abstract

PT Cahaya Fajar Kaltim is a company engaged in the field of Steam Power (PLTU) resources in East Kalimantan Province. The problem is the Engineering Department has difficulty in evaluating the engine. Problems including recording maintenance of vibration checks have not been computerized so that reports related to recording are often found to be empty, recapitulation related to reports take a long time, and evaluations regarding machine performance cannot be traced in real time. Based on the above problems, the solution needed is an application that can assist the maintenance management process, including recording vibration checks, recording machine maintenance, and visualizing information in the form of dashboards related to engine performance. Based on the evaluation results, the application is able to help record maintenance of vibration checks in a computerized, the report recap can be done quickly, evaluations related to engine performance can be maximized with a dashboard that has machine status notification features, abnormal status engine notifications, and graphical dashboards that check display information in real-time.

Abstract

Abstract: Lazada, Bukalapak and Blibli.com are companies involved in online markets and malls. To respond to opinions, criticisms and complaints, Lazada, Bukalapak and Blibli.com have a website platform that reviews the services and services offered by the three companies. The website platform is named priceprice.com. The type of comment is a large amount of unstructured text. This condition can cause online shopping companies to miss useful information from a collection of text documents.The setimen analysis is specified in this case study to rank the popularity of online shopping sites in Indonesia. In this study only discussed three online shops, namely Lazada, Bukalapak and Blibli.com.This case study uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method with k-fold cross validation testing to ensure data accuracy. The Naive Bayes method is used because it is more suitable in the operation of sentiment analysis in this study compared to other methods. In this study Lazada is the most popular online shop compared to Bukalapak and Blibli.com. Based on calculation accuracy naïve bayes uses k-fold cross validation for Lazada to have an average 96,5%, Bukalapak 93,9% and Blibli 89,7%. Keywords: Lazada, Bukalapak, Blibli.com, Naive Bayes

Abstract

Borhouse startup based in Surabaya since 2017 who is working in the area of online service order for boarding house. for identification some problem in bording house, Borhouse had some interview with owner and users boarding house among others problem are : 1) the  owner still used promotion with old system attaching brochures. 2) owner promotion has used application with fiture premium but owner want to free user application.3) third part of marketing with application but owner not knowing. 4) for users boarding house they are don’t know room are still available at boarding house 5) users can’t  choice or compare with other boarding house quickly, because they must coming to boarding house. 6) user get wrong address boarding house.Borhouse having a solution with concept crowdsourcing and three process business in feature as follow for the future : 1) BorHouse have 2 account method for free user and premium user. 2) Borhouse requirement owner boarding house to verification their email, phone number and copy certificate location boarding house 3) for user can search according to criteria of boarding house such as location boarding house, price, available room and user can ask with us with application chat by whatsapp. Borhouse expacting this concept method can give a solution for owner or usesrs problem boarding house.

Abstract

CV Multi Usaha Mandiri is a distributor of food and beverage packaging that serve  in Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik. CV. Multi Usaha Mandiri is currently experience of want or out of stock. Based on the facts of the CV Multi Usaha Mandiri admin at this time the requests from the sales department fluctuate the amount of preparation  must be prepared by CV Multi Usaha Mandiri becomes unstable and often occur. Requests from the customers are unfullfilled. To be able to solve the problems that occur, made an application to perform activities that can predict the work of demands for the future. Forecasting used is the method of forecasting Double Exponential Smoothing. The result of the data pattern test showing that the data have a seasional tendency and exponential smoothing methods - Brown has average forecasting errors (236,070.45) compared to other methods. This method requires data as input, demand data is processed from sales data to generate a forecast that can help determine the amount of preparation in the two periods to come. This application can generate forecasting values by considering the value of α constants (0.1) and generating reports of goods to be ordered. So the company can find out the information needed, especially about the fulfillment of inventory

Abstract

Online shop is a trend in the current era because customers can easily and easily buy the desired product, including the Al-Veera store in Jember. Because of their short operating hours and the small area of their marketing. Besides that they need applications that can provide product recommendations. Product recommendation applications using the Apriori Algorithm can be a solution to this problem. The Priori algorithm is a logic calculation which combines a particular product with other products through transaction history data. Based on the results of testing the Apriori Algorithm on Product Recommendation Applications, which were carried out in 5 stages in a priori the results showed that the Priori Algorithm runs according to the scenario generated from manual calculations. Thus it can be said that the application made is able to help Al-Veera stores in promoting their products
