Abstract

PT Cahaya Fajar Kaltim is a company engaged in the field of Steam Power (PLTU) resources in East Kalimantan Province. The problem is the Engineering Department has difficulty in evaluating the engine. Problems including recording maintenance of vibration checks have not been computerized so that reports related to recording are often found to be empty, recapitulation related to reports take a long time, and evaluations regarding machine performance cannot be traced in real time. Based on the above problems, the solution needed is an application that can assist the maintenance management process, including recording vibration checks, recording machine maintenance, and visualizing information in the form of dashboards related to engine performance. Based on the evaluation results, the application is able to help record maintenance of vibration checks in a computerized, the report recap can be done quickly, evaluations related to engine performance can be maximized with a dashboard that has machine status notification features, abnormal status engine notifications, and graphical dashboards that check display information in real-time.

Abstract

The Catholic Church is a Catholic worship association or community. The Church of Santo Paulus, Juanda has 10 categorical groups each of which has the characteristics of different members and various activities consisting mainly of daily mass activities, holiday celebrations, joint prayer events, pilgrimages, recollections etc. which will be published through the media of the church website the. However, the website that has been owned by Santo Paulus, Juanda Church is currently less informative because of the lack of time that members of the church's social group have to update the website's news content.Based on the above problems, the Santo Paulus, Juanda Catholic church needs a web-based portal application with a crowdsourcing method that is able to integrate information of church activities into a single entity with web-based media. Using the Crowdsourcing method, the job function of updating the website's news content is redirected to openly and freely for people connected to a computer network via the Internet, so that people can be actively involved in sharing information about church activities that will or have been done.From the results of experiments conducted on web-based portal application with crowdsourcing method can be concluded that the application is able to provide complete information activities, so as to facilitate the people in knowing all the information of church activities through this web application.

Abstract

The workshop is one of the places where vehicles such as motor cars and placed with a variety of needs, as well as damage repair. In addition the workshop also is one of the best places to put a motor vehicle such as car and motorcycle. The service processes that occur at the workshop in synch motor still experience barriers when conducting registration service. Customers who will do the service has always been considered a new customer, the current registration process are still recorded manually.The solution to the above problem by creating an architecture application acceptance service motorcycle repair workshop on the functioning of the motor aligned to process data reception service.This application helps the process of administration of operational activities include: managing the master data includes the data, users, categories, products, services, brands, customers, motor motorcycle customers. managing transaction data covering transactions service start process, service, service, service close to the finish. Expected by the existence of this application can help management and employees in carrying out operational activities and monitoring so as to improve pelanyanan at the workshop. Keywords: Applications, Workshop, Service Improvement.

Abstract

PT Dua Daya Sakti is a company engaged in the development of property, especially housing and home stores. One of the mission that must be achieved by the company is to provide the best service and prioritize customer satisfaction by always trying to finish the job on time. Every operational and development activity, the financial department must know each income and expense of each department for the recording of the company's cash flow. Every financial transaction will be recorded in the data processing application that is Microsoft Excel. The amount of data that needs to be processed and not integrated data on the operational departments and finance departments, resulting in the availability of data required for the preparation of financial statements has not been maximized. Based on these problems, there is a gap between one of the company's mission to be achieved with the current condition of the company. The solution offered is to utilize information technology that is making financial administration information system. The test results show that this information system can produce financial reports from transaction processing system.

Abstract

Bharata Sport & Fashion is a company act in the sales of sports equipment and sports clothing which was built in 1986 on Jl. Ngurah Rai no.36, Jembrana Bali This company currently has some problems namely: 1) bonus counting process, work performance and making report of Salesmen performance that are still done manually that leads to a delay in reporting process and there is a risk to lost the data because it was saved in Ms Excel. 2) reservation process is still using telephone as a communication media and the reservation record is written in the notebook. This proses needs a lot of budget. 3)  this company has difficulty in monitoring their Salesmen in some branches of the company because one and another are located in long distance. The solution offered for covering those problems are making an application of Salesmen performance that included to make the visiting schedule, to report the visiting result, to record the customer’s reservation and to calculate bonus and salesman performance. The result of this essay show that application can help do generate sales report, the monitoring of Salesmen performance, counting the bonus, and this application can show the graphic of sales, bonus, salesman performance in each branch office.

Abstract

PT. Lautan Berlian Nusantara is Shipping Marketing in the field of Maintenance, Supplier and as a partner of the Main Command (KOTAMA). Main Command (KOTAMA) is an area divided according to the Indonesian Navy's National Army (TNI AL), the region is the western and eastern regions where the area is divided into the Navy Material Agency (Dismatal) and the Ship Maintenance Agency (Disharkap). PT. Lautan Berlian Nusantara is engaged in construction services and ship engine repair and provides spare parts. PT. Lautan Berlian Nusantara, to get a job first, will auction the parties concerned, after that it will make a contract with the parties concerned. each work contract has some work that must be completed by PT. Lautan Berlian Nusantara, currently from every monitoring and controlling work that is in the work contract is still in the form of recording using Microsoft Excel application. As a result, it causes delays in information, with the delay in information becoming a problem in every process of contract work undertaken. Based on these problems, the solution given will be made monitoring and controlling applications to monitor each process of contract work carried out. The test results show that the application built to support the work contract work process can monitor every process of contract work being carried out. keywords: application, shipping, employment contract.

Abstract

In developing countries where population grows rapidly, air pollution has been a serious issue for the public health. Among various pollutants, fine particulate matters (PM2.5) is associated with distinct serious health problems, e.g., asthma, cancer, cardiovascular and respiratory diseases. To raise the awareness of the community and decision makers in order to solve the air-pollution problem, the level of the PM2.5 index should be monitored. In this paper, we propose a dashboard system for monitoring air pollution based on PM2.5. A portable device (i.e., Edimax Airbox) was installed inside the building of Stikom Surabaya college to measure the PM2.5 level. The sensors in this device read the PM2.5 level, air temperature, and humidity level, and then it transmits the data to the cloud service. The cloud platform makes the collected data accessible through an open data API that allows our system to interact with the data in the JSON format. The data then was parsed in a web server and visualized in a dashboard system. The dashboard system provides two indicators, the live PM2.5 sensor measurement and the measurement history. The dashboard successfully visualized the indicator of air pollution index, based on PM2.5 standards by WHO and Dinas Kesehatan Indonesia (the Indonesian Department of Health).  Within seven days of the study, PM2.5 level reaches the maximum value of 65 µg/m3 with the average value of 39.36 µg/m3 on July 8, 2018. This is an alarming rate given that the indoor average level threshold of PM2.5 by WHO is 25 µg/m3.

Abstract

Gereja Katolik Santo Paulus Juanda saat ini memiliki jumlah umat sekitar 2700 jiwa dan tersebar di beberapa kecamatan di sekitar wilayah Juanda, kabupaten Sidoarjo. Untuk keperluan komunikasi dan publikasi kegiatan gereja maka gereja membuat sebuah website. Akan tetapi, minimnya komitmen dari pengurus untuk megelola konten website mengakibatkan minimnya informasi mengenai kegiatan kerohanian gereja. Mengacu pada permasalahan tersebut, salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan yaitu dengan membangun web portal komunitas gereja berbasis crowdsourcing, di mana para umat dapat terlibat aktif dalam berbagi informasi mengenai kegiatan gereja. Aplikasi yang dibuat mampu memberikan informasi kegiatan secara lengkap, sehingga dapat mempermudah para umat dalam mengetahui semua informasi kegiatan gereja Umat dapat mengakses dengan cepat melalui handphone atau komputer dan terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Untuk menginisiasi keterlibatan umat ini, maka diadakan pelatihan jurnalistik bagi kontributor website. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, umat dapat lebih aktif mengisi konten yang sesuai dengan karakteristik mereka masing – masing serta dapat mengatasi kurangnya informasi yang dipubilkasikan.

Abstract

CV Lintas Nusa Surabaya is an offset printing that produces brochures, labels, hang tags, etc. The company carries out production according by customer orders (make to order). So far, the company often experience shortages of raw materials when production, so it resulting in time delays when it meets the customer orders. This is due to lack of control on inventory in the warehouse and not careful to prepare the raw material requirement before the production process.Based on these problems, the company need an application to forecast the raw material inventory  using Single Exponential Smoothing method. In that system, there are several process, is selecting previous periods of customer demand, selecting the finished goods, calculating the raw material requirement by demands, and forecasting the raw material requirement for three periods ahead.That application produce the forecasting results report and raw material requirements report. Based on the applications made and some of trials that have been done, the company be able to know the information needed, especially about the meet raw material requirements such as what raw materials should be prepared before the production process. Keywords : Forecasting, Raw Material Inventory, Single Exponential Smoothing
