Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence customers' decisions in choosing Hasanah Card as the credit card of choice. Credit cards, as an important financial instrument, increasingly dominate consumer choices in managing their finances. In this context, Hasanah Card stands out as an attractive option in the credit card market, especially in the sharia-based financial environment. This research uses an analytical approach to identify the main factors that shape customer preferences for the Hasanah Card. These factors involve aspects such as sharia compliance, benefits and incentives, comfort of use, and brand image. Through surveys and data analysis, this research aims to provide in-depth insight into what factors most influence customers' decisions in choosing a Hasanah Card credit card. The results of this research are expected to provide an important contribution to the understanding of the Islamic banking industry, especially in the context of credit cards. In addition, these findings are expected to provide guidance for financial service providers to improve the quality of their products, accommodate customer needs, and strengthen Hasanah Card's position in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitihan ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana upaya frontliner untuk meningkatkan pelayanan nasabah di Bank Syariah Indonesia kcp medan stia budi, serta hambatan yang di temukan dan cara penyelesaiannya. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data pada penelitihan ini, penulis menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Pada hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa frontliner merupakan elemen yang sangat penting dan menjadi barisan paling depan yang berhadapan langsung dengan nasabah maupun calon nasabah. Simpulan yang dapat pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana upaya frontliner untuk meningkatkan pelayanan nasabah,penulis memberikan saran kepada Bank Syariah Indonesia agar fokus kepada nasabah yang dihadapi dan cepat menangani berbagai macam keluhan nasabah walaupun latar belakang berbeda beda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh PT Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pembantu Syariah Marelan Raya untuk produk Deposito iB Ibadah, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan jumlah pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi pemasaran, tantangan, dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh Bank Sumut dalam mempromosikan produk Deposito iB Ibadah. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan Bank Sumut untuk meningkatkan jumlah nasabahnya. strategi pemasaran untuk produk Deposito iB Ibadah dengan mematuhi prinsip syariah dan menyesuaikan bauran pemasaran agar lebih menarik bagi nasabah. Meski menghadapi tantangan seperti persaingan ketat dan prioritas rendah terhadap deposito, bank berupaya mengatasinya dengan penyempurnaan strategi pemasaran dan pelatihan pegawai.

Abstract

Dalam bahasa Arab, nusyuz (النُّشُوز) adalah turunan dari kata dasar nashuz (نشز) yang berarti naik atau menonjol. Kata ini secara harfiah dapat diartikan sebagai perilaku yang menonjol atau menyimpang dari norma.Studi ini juga menganalisis kekhawatiran perempuan terhadap nusyuz, terutama pada usia tua, dan bagaimana QS. An-Nisa: 128 memberikan panduan dalam mengatasi dan mencegah nusyuz. Ayat ini mengajarkan bahwa apabila seorang istri menyadari tanda-tanda nusyuz pada suaminya, maka disarankan untuk mengambil tindakan preventif guna memperbaiki hubungan dan menghindari perceraian yang tidak disukai oleh Allah Swt. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah kajian kepustakaan (library research) dan metode penafsiran akan menggunakan metode penafsiran maudu’i dengan penafsiran M. Quraish Shihab dan Imam Jalalain. Penelitian ini mengusulkan berbagai upaya untuk menanggulangi nusyuz, termasuk pembangunan mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa yang efektif, promosi nilai-nilai toleransi dan kerukunan sosial, serta penguatan kepemimpinan dan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Selain itu, penekanan pada pendidikan dan sumber daya, pengawasan hukum yang tegas, serta pembangunan klinik pra-nikah sebagai bentuk layanan untuk mempersiapkan pasangan sebelum menikah menjadi penting. Klinik pra-nikah bertujuan memastikan kesiapan pasangan secara emosional dan praktis, serta mencegah potensi masalah dalam pernikahan, termasuk nusyuz. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai pentingnya tindakan preventif dan penyelesaian masalah secara dini dalam mempertahankan keharmonisan rumah tangga. Dalam Tafsir Al-Misbah ada 4 cara menyelesaikan masalah jika terjadi nusyuz terhadap istri, diantaranya: berbicara dan berusaha memperbaiki, cari solusi damai, diperbolehkan rujuk dan bersikap baik dan bertakwa.

Abstract

This news aimsto analyze the marketing strategy of express postal service at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sipirok. Research was conducted using qualitative research methods. The research subjects were the sipirok branch post office and sipirok community in the sub-district. While the object of the research is marketing strategy, it shows that there are problems faced by Pos Iindonesia (Persero) Sipirok regarding marketing strategy as evidenced by the results interviews with several business people and people who use express products and the many expedition companies that offer affordable and fact prices in the sipirok sub-district area. So the solution offered in determining the marketing strategy is to approach consumers by determining the target consumer based on the consumer’s desires. Meanwhile, the marketing mix used by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Indonesia , branch office is the 4P marketing mix , namely product price, place, and promotion .

Abstract

Gambling is the act of consciously risking something in a game with expected risks and rewards. Online gambling is done by utilizing a digital platform to place bets using real money. In Indonesia, the most popular online gambling is slots. This study aims to identify whether there is an influence of social environment and income on the motivation to play online gambling (slots) in Medan Helvetia District. Quantitative research methods were used in this study with data collection conducted through questionnaires. The data collected was analyzed and processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 30.0.0 application. The results showed that the social environment has a positive and significant effect on the motivation to play online gambling (slots), where someone who is in an environment that has been involved in online gambling tends to have greater motivation to play online gambling. Meanwhile, income also has a positive and significant effect, someone with a low income playing online gambling is more motivated by economic factors, while those with high income tend to play because of entertainment

Abstract

This study examines how mountains are related to the environmental crisis facing living creatures. Mountains serve as a balancing force in the natural environment; without them, nature would be thrown into turmoil. The Qur'an clearly explains the usefulness of mountains, including their contents and their role as a repository for sources of life, such as mining products. In addition, mountains are also described as giant water tanks capable of holding enormous amounts of water. Exploiting natural resources from mountains can provide many benefits for living creatures, but if done excessively, it can also have a significant negative impact on the environment and society. From this background, the main themes in the problem formulation are as follows: How do mountains influence the environmental crisis of living creatures? 1) How are mountains utilized? 2) How can nature be preserved? 3) Which verses discuss mountains? 4) What are the impacts of damaging the environment? 5) How does Al-Misbah interpret the relationship between mountains and the environment of living creatures? This study is a library research that uses Tafsir Al-Misbah as its primary source. The method used in this study is thematic interpretation. From the results of this study, the author finds that mountains play a very important role in the environment. As humans, we must always protect our environment so that it remains preserved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan nasabah non-Muslim dalam memilih pembiayaan di BPRS Amanah Bangsa. Variabel independen yang diteliti meliputi kualitas layanan, lokasi dan aksesibilitas, produk dan layanan, serta aspek ekonomi, dengan keputusan pembiayaan sebagai variabel dependen. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling dan melibatkan 120 responden non-Muslim pengguna pembiayaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembiayaan, dengan koefisien regresi masing-masing sebesar 0,245 untuk kualitas layanan, 0,198 untuk lokasi dan aksesibilitas, 0,152 untuk produk dan layanan, serta 0,301 untuk aspek ekonomi sebagai faktor dominan. Secara simultan, keempat variabel berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai F-hitung 25,432 (p < 0,05) dan nilai R² sebesar 0,616.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to determine the Strategy for Service Quality and Development in Using Hajj Savings Products Case Study of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Iskandar Muda. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) as one of the largest Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia has an important role in providing various banking products that are in accordance with sharia principles. This type of research is qualitative with a case study design at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Iskandar Muda. In this study, the types of data used consist of primary and secondary data sources, this study uses 3 informants. The results of the study show that improving service quality and adaptive product development strategies play a major role in rebuilding public trust in post-pandemic hajj savings. BSI KCP Medan Iskandar Muda has succeeded in responding to these challenges through the integration of digital services such as the BYOND application, the active implementation of Islamic financial education. Marketing strategies are not only oriented towards the quantity of customers, but also building loyalty based on sharia values. Some of the main factors found in this study are responsive service, clarity of information provided, and ease of administration process. Customers tend to feel more comfortable and confident in saving if they get good service, including friendly employees, speed in handling transactions, and transparency regarding costs and product provisions. This study shows that the strategies implemented by BSI KCP Medan Iskandar Muda in improving the quality of service and developing hajj savings products have provided positive results.
