Abstract

Setiap orang membutuhkan kehidupan yang sejahtera, kebutuhan hidup sehari- hari terpenuhi sehingga dapat hidup dengan gembira. Namun yang terjadi saat ini adalah masih banyak keluarga yang belum memiliki pilihan untuk merasakan kehidupan yang sejahtera dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup akibat rendahnya pendapatan suami. Hal ini membuat ibu-ibu rumah tangga di desa Babul Makmur sadar dan memilih untuk berprofesi sebagai petani. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor apa yang memengaruhi perempuan bekerja di sawah. Penelitian dilakukan pada 4 Desember 2021 hingga selesai di Desa Babul Makmur, Kecamatan Simeulue Barat, Kabupaten Simeulue. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif  kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melakukan observasi dan mengumpulkan  informasi melalui wawancara yang berupa kuesioner, informasi yang terkumpul akan dibedah menggunakan persamaan  Skala Likert. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa 96 orang masyarakat bekerja sebagai petani untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keuangan keluarga mereka. Kemudian, 44% responden perempuan berpendidikan SMP, karena rendahnya pendidikan mempengaruhi seseorang untuk mencari pekerjaan.  Sedangkan 50% dari responden perempuan memiliki pekerjaan ganda yang artinya tidak hanya satu pekerjaan saja akan tetapi selain bekerja sebagai petani mereka juga bekerja sebagai pedagang dan buruh tani. Alasan perempuan bekerja sebagai petani adalah karena rendahnya tingkat pendidikan serta rendahnya penghasilan yang dihasilkan oleh suami, membuat wanita bekerja menjadi petani untuk membantu suaminya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan keuangan keluarga. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan, para perempuan menjalankan pekerjaan sebagai petani dan pedagang karena faktor yang menyebabkannya adalah unsur keuangan, dan faktor pendidikan. Kedua faktor ini adalah hal mendasar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang membuat perempuan bekerja di ladang.

Abstract

Apart from clothing and shelter, food is a basic human need for survival. Food security is often associated with meeting various food needs, such as safety and affordability. The aim of the study was to determine all variables that affect food security. This study involved all farmer households in Southwest Aceh District, with a sample of farmers who are members of food self-sufficient villages in the region. The sample size was 97 farmers from Blang Padang and Gunong Cut villages, both of which have large potential agricultural sectors. The study applied multiple linear regression analysis. Income level, rice price, and family dependents are some of the factors that affect food security. The results show that the food security condition of households in Aceh Barat Daya District is 90% food secure. This shows that farmers in Aceh Barat Daya District are able to fulfill their daily needs with their money. This is due to the fact that food is easily available and reasonably priced in the region, making it possible to achieve food security. The coefficient of determination of 0.733 indicates that 73.3% of the influence of the variables of opinion, number of household members, and household expenditure is the percentage of donation. Other variables that have not been included in the model used account for the remaining 26.7%. The F test results show that the factors tested jointly have a significant effect on the resilience of farmer households in Southwest Aceh District; partially, the number of family members, household expenditure, and rice expenditure have a significant effect at the 95 percent to 99 percent confidence level. The value of F count = 5.307 is greater than the value of F table = 2.49.   Keywords: Food Security, Food, Farmers, Food Expenditure Income

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The achievement food security of household indicated their success for food security nationally, regionally and locally. The proportion of food output and energy consumption is an important indicator in determining the household food security. The purpose of this study was to know how large a proportion of food expenditure, the level of of energy consumption and the condition of the household food security of farmers in DEMAPANProgram in Indrapuri Sub-district Aceh Besar Regency. This research was held in the Indrapuri sub-district by using purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed by methods of analysis of income and expenditure of farmer household, income and exenditure of farmer household, consumption, and cross indicator of household food security. The result show that: (1) The average farm income of rice paddy is Rp 1.885.517,00 per growing season and the average of expenditure of household farmer is Rp 1.411.500,00 per month (2) The level of energy consumption and protein is 62,19% and 81,23% (3) The condition of household food security of Farmer less and deficits.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan digitalisasi, adaptabilitas juga menjadi kunci untuk menjaga keberlanjutan usaha kedai kopi. Berdasarkan pra penelitian  yang telah dilakukan di lapangan, terdapat beberapa kedai kopi yang tutup yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh pola pikir tidak terbatas melalui keputusan jangka panjang dan adaptabilitas terhadap sustainable business. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di Kabupaten Aceh Barat mulai dari bulan Desember  2023 sampai dengan bulan Januari 2023. Pemilihan lokasi dipilih secara sengaja (purposive). Hal ini dikarenakan Kabupaten Aceh Barat merupakan daerah yang memiliki potensi yang tinggi usaha kedai kopi. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini hanya menggunakan data primer. Data primer adalah data yang diperoleh langsung oleh peneliti kepada objek penelitian yang dituju, dalam penelitian ini, data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Squer (PLS) karena dapat menganalisa pengaruh langsung atau tidak langsung. Partial Least Squares (PLS) adalah sebuah metode analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam analisis persamaan struktural (SEM). Infinite mindset, adaptabilitas, dan keputusan jangka panjang memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha kedai kopi. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya sikap mental yang terbuka terhadap inovasi, kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan lingkungan, dan pengambilan keputusan strategis yang berkelanjutan dalam mendukung kesuksesan bisnis di industri kopi.

Abstract

The performance of employees in an agency determines the effectiveness of the service process obtained by the community, as well as employees at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Kabupaten Aceh Singkil  as the basis for presenting data under the auspices of the state. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the performance of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Aceh Singkil Regency. The approach used in this research is quantitative research. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 21 respondents. The results showed that the three independent variables used in this study had an influence on employee performance, as it was found that the value of sig. > 0.05, i.e. 0.007 <0.05, so it can be concluded that simultaneously the quality of work, quantity of work and work performance have a significant effect on the work achievement of BPS employees in Aceh Singkil Regency. Furthermore, through the three independent variables above, the dependent variable in this study is answered, namely employee performance. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis showing maximum results with a number of 98.00 to 100.00, this figure can be translated that so far the performance of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS Kabupaten Aceh Singkil) is classified as good, both in terms of quality, quantity and work performance.Keywords: Analysis, Employee Performance, Central Bureau of Statistics Aceh Singkil Regency.

Abstract

Food security is a condition in which all household have physical and economic access to obtain food for all family members, where households are not at risk of losing both accesses. Due to the conversion of agricultural land into residential land due to the tsunami in 2004, the people of Alue Ambang Village had to fulfill their food needs, especially vegetables, by supplying food from outside tuhe village. Farmer groups can be formed as an effort to increase productivity through joint farming management. This study aims to empower farmer groups in an effort to improve food security in Alue Ambang Village, Teunom District, Aceh Jaya Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach which is carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation, using the technique of determining informants and purposive sampling locations. The total population in this study was 15 people and 5 people were used as samples. The results of the research show that the empowerment of farmer groups is by utilizing the land house yards help the community and farmer groups to meet their household food needs from farmimg. The running of the farmer group must have the support of various related parties such as the head of the farmer group, members of the farmer group and community leaders.
