Abstract

The Quality Control Division plays an important role in Inbound and production activities by ensuring that incoming goods are received in the form of raw materials properly without any defects or called zero defects. Relevant previous research is one of the supports that can be used as a key for the research to be started. In this study, the previous research variables used as a reference are Quality Control, Lead-time, and Inbound Activities. In the midst of very tight competition between companies, it is influenced by competent Human Resources so that the company's productivity remains stable and even increases and can achieve the company's own goals. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The sample of this study were 40 respondents, employees of PT. Syngenta Indonesia production and operations division. The results showed that Quality Control had a positive and significant effect on inbound logistics activities and the Lead Time variable also had a positive and significant effect on inbound logistics activities. It can be concluded that the applied quality control process has proven to have a positive effect on the activities of receiving and delivering goods to PT. Syngenta Indonesia GP Site through the dimensions of material control, process control, finished product inspection.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to do empirical test to know how much the influence of transportation fleet planning is and controlling goods inventory of the improvement of goods distribution services. This research used a case study of distribution division or finished goods warehouse of a drinking water company. The data collection was carried out by perception survey of 48 warehouse employees as subject research on variable study. Multiple regression was used to analyse the data. The result of this research shows that regression equation Y=11,584 + 0,387X1 + 0,368X2. The fleet planning and inventory control have a significant influence and strong relationship to the improvement of distribution services

Abstract

There are four problems found when delivering the imported goods and being delayed. First, the manpower problem which is related to the number of employees with a percentage of 71.88%. The second problem is machines (technology and computer systems) with a percentage of 53.33 %. The third is methods which are forecasting with a percentage of 56.25 % and administration (78.13%). The last one is motivation which is known as welfare with 53.13 % of percentage.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effectiveness of the implementation of halal logistics and the implementation of halal policies in logistics service providers in Indonesia. The need for a halal market in Indonesia is increasing and the market is no longer just talking in the context of food, but also has become a lifestyle. With this phenomenon, the logistics sector and the product supply chain must also apply halal aspects to the industry. As a pioneer of Halal Assurance System (Sistem Jaminan Halal/ SJH) Logistics where companies must be able to maintain halal during the supply chain process and ensure that the products distributed do not contaminate between halal and non-halal products. This research was conducted using descriptive method. Data was collected through direct observation in the field, interviews with employees and literature studies.

Abstract

PT Inti Dinamika Logitama Indonesia is a company engaged in loading and unloading cargo services as well as freight forwarding.  The main issue studied in this research is how big the effect of transporter performance to the achievement of on-time delivery at PT Inti Dinamika Logitama Indonesia is.  The objective of this study is to find out how big the effect of transporter performance to the achievement of on-time delivery is using two methods.  Data were collected by (1) Field research, in form of interviews and library research; and (2) Correlation analyses, coefficient determinant, and hypothesis testing.  The result of the analysis and discussion shows that there is a low yet definite effect between the transporter performance to the achievement of on-time delivery with multiple linear regression equation Y = 35, 90 + 0,145X. It means, if there is a change in transporter performance data, it will affect the achievement of on-time delivery performance.  The correlation coefficient equals to 0.3460.769, which means there is a low effect between X and Y.  The coefficient determinant shows that the contribution of employees’ performance towards the achievement of on-time delivery equals to 11.97% while 88.03% comes from other factors.  Hypothesis test also shows that F stat > F table (2,272 > 1,686), then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.  It shows that there is a significant effect between the employees performance to the achievement of on-time delivery.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Direktorat Perhubungan Jalan Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat memiliki rencana kerja yang merupakan salah satu proses yang menjelaskan bahwa atasan dan bawahan akan bersinergi untuk membuat rencana berbagai pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan pada tahun mendatang. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja PNS. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel penelitian yang diambil sebanyak 65 sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen berupa lembar pernyataan dengan model skala Likert yang telah diuji. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier, korelasi sederhana, parsial atau simultan dan analisis jalur. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja PNS dapat dilakukan dengan mengoptimalkan lingkungan kerja melalui peningkatan motivasi kerja. Motivasi kerja sebagai mediator kausal pengembangan karir dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja PNS. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan perkembangan kinerja PNS Direktorat Perhubungan Jalan Ditjen Hubdat. Kesimpulan: Hasil kesimulam yaitu pengembangan karir berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja PNS. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, peningkatan kinerja PNS dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan efisiensi pengembangan karir. Pengaruh langsung lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja PNS menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja dapat dilakukan dengan mengoptimalkan lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the development of the manufacturing industry is considered rapid due to the swift logistics process from producers to consumers. This is related to how and when a product is delivered, making it equally important as the product itself. The progress of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia is also influenced by the advancement of technology, which continuously improves and evolves the Supply Chain process. This research is conducted with the aim of analyzing Supply Chain strategies and human resource competencies as antecedents to the competitive advantage of manufacturing companies. The research was conducted using a quantitative method approach and involved 4 variable constructs consisting of Supply Chain Strategy, Human Resource Competencies, Competitive Advantage, and Company Performance. These five variable constructs are measured with 42 valid and reliable measurable indicators using a questionnaire and a Likert scale of 1-5. The questionnaire was distributed to manufacturing company managers in the DKI Jakarta Province from November to December 2023, using stratified sampling techniques with a total sample of 323 respondents. The data was processed using SEMPLS software. The results of 7 hypothesis tests depict that there is a positive and significant influence of Supply Chain Strategy on company performance; Supply Chain Strategy, Human Resource Competencies, and Competitive Advantage, as well as Human Resource Competencies on Competitive Advantage; Supply Chain Strategy, Supply Chain Strategy, and Human Resource Competencies significantly influence company performance through Competitive Advantage. It is concluded that both directly and indirectly there is a significant influence of Supply Chain strategy and human resource competencies as antecedents to the competitive advantage of manufacturing companies.

Abstract

Paradigma kerja telah diubah oleh pandemi Covid-19, termasuk di Indonesia. Metode kerja Work from Home (WFH) menawarkan cara yang fleksibel untuk tetap produktif meskipun ada batasan sosial. Dalam artikel ini, persiapan sumber daya manusia (SDM) sangat penting untuk menghadapi pola kerja tanpa jadwal (WFH), termasuk pemahaman tentang teknologi informasi, manajemen waktu, dan komunikasi virtual. Studi menunjukkan bahwa WFH membuat waktu kerja lebih fleksibel, tetapi mereka juga menghadirkan masalah seperti kurangnya koordinasi dan keterbatasan akses teknologi. Sumber daya manusia (SDM) dapat secara efektif beradaptasi dengan pola kerja WFH, meningkatkan kinerja individu dan organisasi, dengan menggunakan strategi pelatihan yang tepat dan penyediaan infrastruktur pendukung. Dalam artikel ini, pendekatan hybrid sangat penting sebagai solusi jangka panjang untuk mengoptimalkan keseimbangan antara kehidupan dan pekerjaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of web trace and tracking facilities, delivery timeliness, and tracking system facilities on customer satisfaction of JNE Kalimalang East Jakarta branch. This study uses the SPSS program. The data were evaluated using t-test, f-test, determination coefficient test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and multiple correlation. The participants in this study are customers who use JNE delivery services as many as 150 respondents. The results of the research on the influence of web trance and tracking on customer satisfaction can maximize the features in the JNE application and the website is easier to use with a simpler, more communicative, and user-friendly design. The results of the research on the timeliness of delivery to customer satisfaction can be checked directly on the JNE application. The punctuality of package delivery is according to the estimate provided by the company so that customers feel satisfied. As a result of the research of tracking system facilities on customer satisfaction, the company is able to provide online tracking services with high accuracy that can increase consumer satisfaction.
