Abstract

Marketing strategy is very important in business processes. This process is the final process of a production. Today digital-based marketing is one of the breakthroughs in the marketing world and we are required to adapt to it. Service activities for MSMEs are carried out at the Rantau Prapat MSME service in collaboration with the Rantau Prapat Pratama Tax Service Office. This activity focuses on MSME participants in Labuhanbatu, namely briefing on how to market product strategies in the current digital era with a total of 30 MSME participants. The implementation method used was lectures and questions and answers to MSME entrepreneurs who were present at the forum. The results achieved are that MSMEs can independently market products with their respective strategies in the current digital era in accordance with sales targets, MSMEs know market share and market developments in the current digital era, and can use media such as marketplaces as a place for their online sales.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of education, professionalism, quality of work life and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Rantauprapat Branch. The research method used in this research is quantitative. In this study, the population is employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Branch Rantauprapat as many as 110 people. The research sample used the slovin formula, and a significance level of 0.05, with a total of 86 people. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation studies and questionnaires. The method of analysis of this research is multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. The results of the study prove that education has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Rantauprapat Branch. Professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Rantauprapat Branch. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Rantauprapat Branch. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Rantauprapat Branch. Education, Professionalism, Quality of Work Life and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Rantauprapat Branch. The coefficient of determination is 0.732, meaning that employee performance can be explained by the variables Education (X1), Professionalism (X2), Quality of Work Life (X3) and Work Discipline (X4) of 73.2%, while the remaining 26.8% can be explained by the variable others that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Brand Product, Custemer Satisfaction Product Quality, Promotion, Service And Samsung Prices On Purchase Interest In Chandra Celluler Shops. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and distributing them to 100 research samples, namely Chandra cellular consumers. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 20. Data testing techniques were carried out in partial and simultaneous testing. The results of the analysis show that overall the independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable. This can be seen from the value of all t counts which have a value higher than 1.985 with a significant value below 0.05. Overall the final result of the study is that the independent variables provide influence of 0.906 or 90.06% and the rest is influenced by other supporting factors.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) have emerged as a novel alternative approach to enhancing the economy and welfare of rural communities by tapping into the potential of villages. However, the reality is that only a few BUMDes are able to positively contribute to economic development and the betterment of community welfare, including those in Pematang Johar village. To address this, a community service initiative was conducted in Pematang Johar village in the Medan Labuhan District of Deli Serdang Regency. The main objective of the program was to provide education and socialization on the "Marketing Mix" marketing strategy and the consignment sales system to the management of BUMDes Johar Mandiri, the manager of Sawah Tourism business, and micro and small businesses in Pematang Johar village. The aim was to enable BUMDes and the community to build more extensive business collaborations in local economic development and community welfare. The program in Pematang Johar village went according to plan, with partners displaying a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude throughout the activity. Furthermore, partners actively engaged in discussions and sought clarification, demonstrating increased motivation to follow up on the community service program. The activity had a direct impact on the partners, enhancing their comprehension of the "Marketing Mix" concept and the consignment sales system, and inspiring them to pursue business collaborations by implementing the program offered to develop Sawah Tourism in Pematang Johar. Ultimately, the partners hope for more intense collaboration as a follow-up to this community service program to further enhance community welfare in Pematang Johar village in the Medan Labuhan District of Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

In this era full of competition, companies are trying their best to compete and win the market. Winning the competition does not necessarily happen if the company's internal parties do not try their best to make it happen. One of the company's internal elements that has a big role in achieving company goals is employees. In the current modern industrial era, employees are considered to be the company's most important asset, because employees who work optimally are able to make a positive contribution to achieving company goals. In this study, researchers want to analyze the factors that are predictors of achieving optimal employee performance. Contextually, researchers assess co-worker support, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Aek Nabara High School. This research is an explanatory research that examines the relationship between variables, the approach used is a quantitative approach and the analytical tool uses a survey which is distributed to 100 employees of PT.SMA Aek Nabara. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. SMA Aek Nabara. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. SMA Aek Nabara. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. SMA Aek Nabara.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze The Influence of Safety, Health, Work Accidents, Work Morale and Work Capability on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Labuhanbatu Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative. In this study, the population was employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Labuhanbatu Regency as many as 60 people. The research sample uses saturated sampling technique by attracting the entire existing population to be used as a research sample witha total of 60 people. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation studies and questionnaires. The method of analysis of this research is multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. The research results prove that Safety positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Labuhanbatu Regency.Health positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Labuhanbatu Regency.Work accident positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Labuhanbatu Regency.Spirit at workpositive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Labuhanbatu Regency Work ability positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Labuhanbatu Regency. Safety, Health, Work Accidents, Work Morale And Work Ability simultaneously positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Labuhanbatu Regency. The coefficient of determination is 0.848, meaning that employee performance can be explained by variables Safety(X1),Health(X2), work accidents (X3), morale (X4) and work ability (X5) of 84.8%, while the remaining 15.2% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif di lokasi penelitian Kafe Kopi Ayos Rantauprapat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan angket dengan skala Likert. Dalam survey konsumen yang diambil menjadi populasi pada bulan Januari 2023 di Cafe Ayos Rantauprapat, diperoleh 497 responden dari informasi kasir, dengan jumlah pengunjung saat ini hanya merespon permintaan konsumen yaitu saat akhir pekan. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin yang ditentukan pada taraf signifikansi 0,1. Dengan demikian, besar sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 99,79 yang dibulatkan menjadi 100 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga, word of mouth dan servicescape secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Café Ayos Coffe Rantauprapat. Nilai R Square dari analisis koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,795 artinya keputusan pembelian (Y) mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel harga (X1), word of mouth (X2) dan servicescape (X3) sebesar 79,5%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 20,5% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Harga, Lokasi, Fasilitas dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Café Raja Bakso Rantauprapat. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, yang menjadi tempat penelitian ini adalah Café Raja Bakso Rantauprapat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Dalam survey konsumen yang diambil menjadi populasi pada bulan Februari 2023 di Café Raja Bakso Rantauprapat, diperoleh 379 responden, dengan jumlahpengunjung saat ini hanya merespon permintaan konsumen yaitu saat akhir pekan. Sampel diambil denganmenggunakan rumus Slovin yang ditentukan pada taraf signifikansi 0,1. Dengan demikian, besar sampel dalampenelitian ini adalah 79 orang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi: Uji normalitas data, ujiheteroskedastisitas dan uji multikolinearitas. Analisis regresi linier berganda diuji dengan menggunakan uji parsial (t),simultan (F) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Harga, lokasi, fasilitas serta kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Café Raja Bakso Rantauprapat. Analisis koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,603 artinya keputusan pembelian (Y) mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel harga (X1), lokasi (X2), fasilitas (X3) dan kualitas pelayanan (X4) sebesar 60,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 39,7% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
