Research informants were the Head of the Health Service, Head of Public Health, Head of Family Health and Nutrition, Head of Promotion and Community Empowerment, Head of Environmental Health, Occupational Health, and Sports. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data management, and concluding. The results showed that the Nagan Raya health department's strategy for reducing stunting rates was quite good. With eight integrated stunting reduction interventions, specific nutrition interventions, and sensitive nutrition interventions collaborated with cross-sectoral involvement. In conclusion, from 8 integrated stunting reduction interventions, the basis is stunting consultation. The obstacles are that it is difficult to use the budget for stunting, uniting stakeholders' perceptions, and the village government lacks knowledge. Supporting resources are sufficient, namely human resources (HR), facilities, and infrastructure, but it is still insufficient in terms of the budget. Suggestions that socialization is given to the village government. It is hoped that the Health Service and government organizations involved will remain consistent and unite their perceptions and maximize their budget.

Abstract

The quality of drinking water supply must be guaranteed. The WHO (World Health Organization) determines water quality by means of E. Coli bacteria. Based on the Minister of Health Regulation No. 492 / MENKES / PER / IV / 2010 The maximum permissible content of E. Coli in drinking water is 0 per 100 ml. The presence of E. coli in water is an indicator of human and animal fecal pollution that can cause diarrhea and even death. Selection of Refillable Drinking Water (AMIU) as an alternative to fulfill drinking water needs is a risk that can endanger health if the quality of AMIU is added if consumers do not pay attention to safety and hygiene. This study aims to see the content of E. coli in Refill Drinking Water (AMIU) in Samatiga District, West Aceh Regency. This research is experimental with cross sectional design using quantitative laboratory examination with the Most Probable Number (MPN) method. The population in this study were all refill drinking water depots that did not have a drinking certificate in Samatiga District, West Aceh Regency. The research sample used a total sampling method of 7 refill drinking water depots. The results of the analysis showed that from all samples as many as 6 samples (85.71%) tested positive for Escherichia coli bacteria and 1 sample (14.29%) tested negative for Escherichia coli bacteria. Based on the calculation of the number of colonies with the MPN / 100 ml table then comparing with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 492 / Menkes / Per / IV / 2010 concerning drinking water quality requirements that the 6 samples tested positive were not suitable for consumption.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to classify districts in Aceh Province based on indicators of poverty and stunting prevalence rates. The data used is cross-section data for 2022, including the poverty severity index, poverty depth index, the percentage of poor people, and the prevalence of stunting from the 2022 SSGI results. The method used is cluster analysis, utilizing poverty percentage data (P0) to determine clusters and analyze the difference between district clusters and the average stunting rate. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that poverty at the district level is grouped into three categories. Group 1 consists of districts such as Aceh Besar, Aceh Jaya, Aceh Tamiang, Central Aceh, Southeast Aceh, Biruen, Banda Aceh, Langsa, Sabang, and East Aceh. Group 2 includes the Regencies of West Aceh, Southwest Aceh, North Aceh, Nagan Raya, Lhokseumawe, and Subussalaam. Group 3 comprises Singkil, Bener Meriah, Gayo Lues, Pidie, Pidie Jaya, and Simeulu Regencies. The cluster analysis reveals that districts with lower poverty rates are in group 1, while group 2 exhibits moderate poverty, and group 3 experiences a high poverty index. Furthermore, the results of the correlation analysis show that there is a positive correlation between the percentage of stunting prevalence and the percentage of poverty with a real relationship and the correlation is significant.
