This research was conducted on Special Educator Teachers (GPK) Inclusive Primary Schools in Padang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between compensation and job satisfaction of Teachers of Special Educators (GPK) Inclusive Primary Schools in the City of Padang. The sample selection technique in this study uses Sampling Random Sampling,random sampling which is atechnique regardless of the strata that exist in that population (Sugiyono, 2014). The sample in this study amounted to 78 people. Test the validity and reliability using Cronbach Alpha.The trial results show the validity coefficient in the scale of compensation from 0.309 to 0.811 while the reliability coefficient is 0.941. The results of the coefficient trial of the validity of the job satisfaction scale show from 0.301 to 0.755 with a reliability coefficient of 0.917. Hypothesis test results show the magnitude of the correlation coefficient of 0.835 with a significant level p = 0,000. It means that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between compensation and job satisfaction. Positive values indicate that the higher the compensation, the better the teacher's job satisfaction, and vice versa the lower the compensation, the worse the job satisfaction of the Special Educator Teacher (GPK). The effective contribution of the compensation variable to job satisfaction is 70%.

This study aims to determine the relationship between role conflict and role ambiguity with the performance of female nurses in Sungai Dareh Dharmasraya Hospital. The independent variables in this study are role conflict and role ambiguity and the dependent variable is performance. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of role conflict, role ambiguity scale, and scale of performance. The sampling technique in this study used atechnique saturated sampling. The sample in this study were 70 female nurses in Sungai Dareh Dharmasraya Hospital. Validity and reliability test in this study using technique Alpha Cronbach. The results of the validity coefficient on the movable role conflict scale from rix = 0.405 to rix = 0.817 with the reliability coefficient α = 0.945 while on the moving role ambiguity scale from rix = 0.349 to rix = 0.945 with the reliability coefficient α = 0.971 and at the moving performance scale from rix = 0.381 to rix = 0.774 with the reliability coefficient α = 0.943. Based on data analysis, the value of the correlation between role conflict and performance was -0.439 with a significance level of 0.000 and the correlation value between role ambiguity and performance was -0.310 with a significance level of 0.009 and the correlation value between role conflict and role ambiguity simultaneously with performance of 0.461 with significance level 0,000 which means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between role conflict and role ambiguity with the performance of female nurses in Sungai Dareh Dharmasraya Hospital.

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-control and adolescent hedonism lifestyle in Padang City with a population of 98,884 adolescents and as many as 100 people while the data collection technique uses incidental sampling. Based on the hypothesis test conducted shows that there is a strong relationship between the relationship between self control and adolescent hedonism lifestyle in the city of Padang which is shown by the correlation coefficient rxy = -0,824 with a significant level of correlation p = 0,000. A positive value on the correlation coefficient shows the relationship between self control and the adolescent hedonism lifestyle in Padang City, meaning that the higher the self-control of adolescents the lower the hedonism lifestyle and conversely the more self-control the lower the hedonism lifestyle. The amount of effective contribution (Rsquare) of the hedonism lifestyle variable to self control is 68%, which means that hedonism lifestyle has a contribution of 68% to self control while 32% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to determine the relationship between job insecurity with burnout on FIFGROUP Padang outsourching employees. The independent variable in this study is job insecurity and the dependent variable is burnout. The measuringinstrument used in this study uses a saturated sample technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees of FIFGROUPoutsourching Padang branch. The validity and reliability test in this study uses the Cronbach Alpha technique. The results ofthe validity coefficient on the job insecurity scale move from rix = 0.305 to rix = 0.706 with a reliability coefficient of α =0.884. While on the burnout scale move from rix = 0.373 to rix = 0.737 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.915 Based ondata analysis, obtained correlation value of 0.406 with a significance level of 0.009 which means the hypothesis is accepted.This shows that there is a significant relationship between job insecurity with burnout on Padang branch FIFGROUPoutsourching employees.

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a relationship between Organizational Climate and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Bank X Padang. The independent variable in this study is organizational climate and the dependent variable is organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The measuring instrument used in this study is the organizational climate scale and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) scale. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study were all 56 employees of Bank X Padang. Test the validity and reliability in this study using the Alpha Cronbach technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the organizational climate move from rix=0.320 to rix=0.773 with a reliability coefficient of =0.911, while the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) scale moves from rix=0.352 to rix=0.791 with a reliability coefficient of =0.944. Based on data analysis, obtained a correlation value of 0.455 with a significance level of 0.000 which means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at Bank X Padang. The effective contribution of the organizational climate variable to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is 21%. This can be interpreted that the organizational climate is able to make a positive contribution to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)

The bond between parents and children really needs to be built. Attachment of parents and children is important in increasing independence in adolescents. Adolescents high independence helps them to make their own decisions both academically and in other aspects of life. The independence of students can also make students do whatever they want. This study aims to examine the attachment of parents to adolescent independence in grade VII and IX students located at MTsS Nurul Yaqin Siti Manggopoh, Lubuk Basung district. The independent variable used in this research is the scale of parental attachment and the dependent variable is Student Independence. The measuring instrument used in this research is the scale of attachment and independence. The technique taking sampling used in research this is saturated sampling. The number of samples in the study amounted to 50 students. Validity test using Corrected Item-Total Correlation and reliability test using Alpha technique Cronbach. The test results show that the coefficient of validity on the scale of attachment ranges from 0.318 to 0.789, while the coefficient reliability is 0.891 The results. The coefficient of validity on the independence scale ranges from 0.336 to 0.819, while the reliability coefficient is 0.897. Based on the results analysis data show size. This means that there is a significant relationship with a positive direction between Parental Attachment and Adolescent Independence in grades VII and IX at MTsS Nurul Yaqin Siti Manggopoh, Lubuk Basung district. So it can be interpreted that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. The effective contribution of attachment and independence variables was 27%.

Online games at this time are not just free time fillers but have entered the category of necessity, along with technological developments and easy access to the internet making online games an entertainment that must be owned by students, teenagers, and even parents. The thinking of most people online games has a negative impact, online game addiction can make someone antipathy to the real environment, but behind the negative impact, there are several positive impacts generated by online games, namely players will get fast and creative ways of thinking that can be obtained. from strategy games, not only that players can also learn teamwork from gameplay. Online game players can take advantage of this hobby to open business opportunities such as YouTube, buying and selling assets in online game characters, to making their own online games. The sample collection technique in this study used a correlational method, the number of samples studied was 45 people consisting of 82% male and 18% female with the age of 40% under 20 years and 60% over 20 years. By analyzing the data using the Servqual method, the results of online games can increase creative thinking which has an impact on creativity in entrepreneurship.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai hubungan antara psychological capital dengan work engagement karyawan Bank X Pusat Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportional sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan masing-masing Divisi Bank X Pusat Sumatera berjumlah 248 orang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 orang. Hasil uji coba pada skala psychological capital diperoleh nilai koefisien validitas berkisar antara 0,303 sampai 0,717, sedangkan hasil tes pada skala work engagement diperoleh nilai koefisien validitas berkisar antara 0,365 sampai 0,839. Nilai koefisien reliabilitas pada skala psychological capital diperoleh sebesar 0,930 dan pada skala work engagement diperoleh sebesar 0,944. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan koefisien korelasi antara variabel psychological capital dengan variabel work engagement diperoleh dengan r = 0,767 dengan tingkat signifikansi p = 0,000 yang berarti bahwa hal itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara psychological capital dengan work engagement. Nilai positif menunjukkan jika psychological capital karyawan di Bank X Sumatera Barat tinggi, work engagement juga akan tinggi.

Pegawai pemerintahan merupakan sosok yang dianggap masyarakat berperan penting dalam jalannya pemerintahan di setiap kota. Pegawai pemerintahan diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik pada masyarakat dalam bidang apapun. Di dalam diri setiap pegawai diharapkan dapat memilki sikap kepemimpinan, termasuk dalam memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik pada setiap masyararat, guna terciptanya pemerintahan yang maju dan berlandaskan kepentingan masyarakat banyak. Diperlukan perilaku kerja yang inovatif, agar dapat tebentuk proses pelayanan yang terbaik bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pegawai pemerintahan kota. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai ASN Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Padang yang berjumlah 76 orang. Adapun subjek penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Sampling Jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Skala Perilaku Inovatif dan Skala Servant Leadership. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, yang menunjukkan bahwa persamaan garis regresi yang didapat Y = 46,546 + 0,173X, artinya koefisien regresi variabel servant leadership (X) memiliki nilai sebesar 0,173, yang berarti bahwa apabila servant leadership mengalami kenaikan sebesar satu satuan, maka perilaku kerja inovatif akan mengalami penaikan nilai sebesar 0,173. Koefisien positif berarti terdapat pengaruh yang positif dari servant leadership terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pegawai.
