Abstract

Perancangan aplikasi android Case-based rasoning (CBR)  merupakan metode yang di gunakan untuk membangun sebuah sistem berbasis pengetahuan.Sumber pengetahuan sistem di peroleh dengan mengumpulkan penanganan kasus-kasus oleh seorang ahli atau pakar. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti membuat atau menganalisa penyakit Tanaman Teh melalui gejala-gejala yang dialami oleh Tanaman tersebut sehingga dapat membantu seseorang atau petani dalam mendiagnosa jenis penyakit dan hama tanaman teh berdasarkan gejala-gejalanya.Keuntungan dengan penerapan metode ini adalah petani tidak perlu menanyakan gejala dan penyakit pada seorang pakar.Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan petani untuk mengenali jenis hama dan penyakit pada tanaman teh dan juga aplikasi ini terdapat perhitungan dengan jelas mengenai hama dan penyakit tanaman teh.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the factors that can determine the good or bad running of a company. A company generally has employees who occupy a number of positions or positions, be it at the staff level or section head. Promotion as one of the functions of human resource management activities has a very important role in increasing employee productivity. Promoting employees requires careful consideration, especially for middle and upper positions. To get a promotion in a company, of course there is a process of selecting employees who have met the criteria and requirements. Company xyz still uses manual methods in the process of selecting qualified employees to get promotions. Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) is one of the most frequently used clustering methods. However, FCM has some drawbacks such as the number of clusters to be predefined and the partition matrix to be random starting which makes the clustering results inconsistent. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) can help solve problems into a hierarchical structure consisting of objective criteria and sub-criteria. This study aims to combine the two methods in the selection of promotions and implement these methods into a web-based decision support system. Keywords - promotion, Fuzzy C-Means method, AHP method

Abstract

A decision support system to determine the feasibility of subsequent production at a furniture shop that was studied using the SPK Benefit Cost Ratio method, this decision support system was made using web-based programming and the design of this system used the PHP and MySQL programming languages, drawing conclusions in this decision support system using the method BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio). This BCR method can determine the inadequacy of production that will be planned in the future. This decision support system program will provide a simulation of the results of the BCR to be processed, the results of this study indicate that the Benefit Cost Ratio method can be used to determine the next production because it is able to provide the results of determining production which so far have not used the method to continue production in stores based on the production that has been produced. previously sold.
