Abstract

Stand product is an important tool that is used to support the smooth operation of the business in thepublic space for entrepreneurs. Stand product used by employers to display merchandise products inorder to attract visitors to come and make transactions, so as to increase the income of smallentrepreneurs.This applied research aims to determine the condition of the product PKL Stand NightMarket Ngarsopuro, then perform analysis and sinteta, then do engineering design in accordancewith ergonomic aspects and kulural. Stand so that there can function optimally support the view theproducts offered, to increase sales turnover PKL. Give a touch of local culture so that tourists whocome to identify with both local content in Surakarta. Creation of art / design endeavors to utilizewood waste material discarded packaging / pallets which are found in Surakarta container terminalto be used again. Applied research objects of art / design is PKL Stand Night Market Ngarsopuro, themethods used in descriptive qualitative approach supported by quantitative data, or can also becalled dual research strategy. Kuantitafif here using numerical data which is the result of the measurement field, and then compared with the reference referred, sources and analyzed by researchersinterpretation. Activities beginning with product discovery phase to obtain a result of the creation ofinnovations in product design process.The results of applied research art / design show that the standthat there is now not yet meet the standards of ergonomics and yet showed a touch of culture. Furthermore, in this study, the design of booths in accordance with the standards of ergonomics and cultural.Keywords: stand products, ergokultural, wood waste.

Abstract

The souvenir product booth is an important tool that is used to support the smooth running of business activities in public space for traders. The souvenir product booth is used by sellers to display their merchandise to attract visitors to come and do buying and selling activities. This applied research aims to determine the condition of the souvenir merchant product booth at the Sangiran Museum, then analyze and synthesize, then do a new booth redesign that is in accordance to the demands of function, ergonomics, culture and image of Sangiran Museum tourism object. The design of the new booth was made so that it could function properly to support the display of the typical Sangiran products sold. In the end, it was hoped that there would be additional transactions so as to increase the sales turnover of souvenir merchants in Sangiran Museum area. The design is made based on the rules of function, safe and comfortable ergonomically, and has a distinctive character according to the tourist destinations in Sangiran Museum.The object of applied design research is the product stand for souvenir merchants in SangiranMuseu. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach supported by quantitative dataor can be called a multiple research strategy. Quantitative data here means using numerical data which is the result of measurement in the field, then compared to the references, resource persons and analyzed based on the researcher interpretation. The design activities begin with product discovery stage to obtain innovative creations in the product design process.The results of applied art / design research are in the form of designs and booths that are in accordance to the rules; functions, ergonomics, beauty and image of Sangiran Museum. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana Pengertian Supervisi Pendidikan, (2) Bagaimana Tujuan Supervisi Pendidikan, (3) Bagaimana Prinsip Supervisi Pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Supervisi Pendidikan adalah pengawasan terhadap kegiatan akademik yang berupa proses belajar mengajar, pengawasan terhadap guru dalam mengajar. pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan teknis edukatif di sekolah, bukan sekedar pengawasan fisik terhadap fisik material. Tujuan Supervisi Pendidikan yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan secara profesional dan teknik bagi guru, kepala sekolah serta personil sekolah lainnya agar proses pendidikan yang telah disusun mampu berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan. Supervisi Pendidikan memiliki 4 Pripsip, yaitu : Prisip ilmiah, Prinsip demokratis, Prinsip Kerjasama, Prinsip konstruktif dan kreatif.

Abstract

Fasilitas berupa bangunan untuk mewadahi berbagai aktifitas seni pertunjukan di Indonesia sangatlah kurang. Fasilitas bangunan seperti itu hanya bisa kita dijumpai dikota besar. Untuk di daerah sub-urban seperti Kabupaten Mojokerto sangatlah susah untuk menemukan fasilitas bangunan yang mampu mewadahi seni pertunjukan. Tujuan Perancangan Majapahit Performing Art Center adalah menjawab kebutuhan ruang - ruang untuk pementasan dan pengembangan kesenian pertunjukan asli Kabupaten Mojokerto. Majapahit Performing Art Center juga bertujuan sebagai bangunan ikonik baru di Kabupaten Mojokerto dengan ciri khas Majapahit. Proses desain pada perancangan ini menggunakan metode Kurtz. Perancangan Majapahit Performing Art Center menerapkan gaya klasik kotemporer, dengan tema local culture. Tema local culture sangat berkesinambungan dengan gaya klasik kotemporer sehingga tercipta visual interior bangunan bernuansa klasik era kerajaan majapahit namun dikemas dalam sebuah desain yang lebih sesuai pada era modern seperti saat ini. Diharapkan kesenian pertunjukan di Mojokerto akan berkembang dengan adanya perancangan ini.

Abstract

Surabaya merupakan pusat ekonomi dan juga menyandang predikat kota terpadat di provinsi Jawa Timur. Hal ini jelas memberikan pengaruh terhadap kesehatan fisik maupun psikis masyarakatnya sehingga muncul kebutuhan perawatan dan relaksasi. Day Spa menjadi alternatif untuk wadahi kegiatan yang menawarkan solusi kesehatan dan perawatan kecantikan. Untuk memberikan pelayanan relaksasi yang optimal, maka gaya Japandi yang menghadirkan nuansa alamiah dipilih sebagai sumber ide perancangan interior Day Spa di Surabaya. Pendekatan fungsi, ergonomi dan estetis digunakan untuk memecahkan permasalah perancangan interior yang mengusung tema natural. Penonjolan karakteristik material yang diimplementasikan pada interior ruang didukung dengan pencahayaan dan penghawaan menjadi salah satu cara untuk memberikan kenyamanan kepada pengguna fasilitas Day Spa di Surabaya. Kebaharuan hasil perancangan terletak pada penerapan motif batik semanggi Surabaya yang merupakan unsur kearifan lokal untuk eksplorasi gaya dan mendukung tema natural.

Abstract

The Independent Campus Internship Program is an initiative from the Ministry of Education and Culture which aims to bridge the gap between theory learned on campus and practice in the world of work. The Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) FSRD internship/work practice scheme held by the Indonesian Institute of the Arts Surakarta, is implemented with the aim of providing opportunities for students to be able to apply the knowledge they have learned during the lecture process in the real world of work. The internship program is implemented for 4 (four) months, 15 (fifteen) weeks, starting from March 13 2024 to June 28 2024. The student internship activity schedule starts at 09.00 - 16.00 WIB, from Monday to Friday. Through the guidance of mentors from CV. Equipment Indonesia Perkasa, students gain new skills and industry insight relevant to their field of study. The results of this program are expected to show increased student competency and work readiness, as well as gaining a lot of new knowledge during the process of working on the project. Abstract

Trauma healing is a process used to help someone recover from fear arising from past traumatic experiences. Through this process, a person can live again without being constantly haunted by painful memories from the past. The trauma healing assistance provided by the author to a student with the initials M, who attended the Mentari PKK Ngrogung Ngebel Ponorogo Playgroup, aimed to reduce or overcome the trauma felt by M after undergoing therapy, as well as to help M remember the trauma in a more positive way. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR). Participatory Action Research (PAR) is a research approach that places community participation at the center of the entire research process. The trauma healing assistance provided to M through three stages, namely restoring security, remembering and grieving, and connecting with daily life through play therapy and socializing with friends, showed effective results in overcoming the trauma experienced by M, as it brought significant changes or developments in M, especially in eliminating or reducing the trauma, anxiety, and fear experienced by M.

Abstract

Environmental awareness is a crucial aspect in development students’ character from an early age. This study aims to describe the implementation of elementary school environmental care character education at SD Negeri 2 Ngrogung. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, document and information were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that environmental care character education is implemented through routine habituation programs such as Jumat Bersih (Friday Reset), school waste bank management, school garden maintenance, and the integration of environmental values into classroom learning. The implementation is supported by the commitment of the school principal, active teacher participation, and student involvement, while inhibiting factors include limited facilities and the inconsistent awareness of some students. Overall, environmental care character education has been proven to foster students’ ecological awareness and responsibility, although its effectiveness still requires reinforcement through adequate facilities and stronger collaboration among schools, families, and communities.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program "Empowerment of UMKM Empowerment of Educational Game Tools Affected by a Pandemic in Wonorejo" aims to increase the competitiveness of fostered partners in facing a wider market. The first partner for this community service activity is UKM APE Otak-atik, this UKM has a segmentation in the general public as well as book and stationery shops located in the Wonorejo area, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java. The potential for developing APE products (Educative Game Tools) is still very wide open. Limited human resource capabilities, business networks, and limitations in the number and type of equipment prevent partners from taking advantage of existing opportunities. After the assistance is given, it is hoped that the partners will be able to become more resilient craftsmen. Partners can develop the design, production, market, and selling value of products, to increase family income, then absorb more labor from the surrounding community. This community service activity was carried out for eight months. Activities carried out in the form of; equipment grants for the use of production equipment with appropriate technology, management training, and online sales training. After getting a touch of good design, good management, modernization of production equipment, promotional media, and online sales, it is expected to be able to increase the competitiveness of partners in facing the free market.
