Abstract

This research is entitled the influence of leadership style, work environment, corporate culture and compensation on employee loyalty of PT Angkasa Pura 1 Adi Soemarmo Airport Branch Office. This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT Angkasa Pura 1 Adi Soemarmo Airport Branch Office, the sample used was 104 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were used as samples. Based on data analysis conducted by researchers, it states that the variables of leadership style (X1), work environment (X2), corporate culture (X3) and compensation (X4) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. However, partially only corporate culture (X3) and compensation (X4) have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of profitability, asset structure, company area, and dividend policy variables on debt policy. This study used a sample of 14 insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2021. It was explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The results indicate that the variables of profitability, asset structure, company area, and dividend policy simultaneously affect debt policy. Profitability, asset structure, and dividend policy partially have a significant effect on debt policy. While the company area partially does not have a significant impact on debt policy. The most dominant variable influencing debt policy is the asset structure variable.

Abstract

Aspek kehalalan produk tidak hanya menjadi perhatian bagi konsumen muslim, tetapi    juga mendapatkan respon yang baik dari konsumen non muslim. Hal tersebut dikarenakan menurut persepsi konsumen, produk yang bersertifikat halal berarti produk tersebut telah memenuhi jaminan kualitas, kebersihan, higienitas, dan keamanan untuk dikonsumsi.Pada penelitian sebelumnya sertifikasi halal ini mampu memperbaiki kinerja operasional dan finansial perusahaan tetapi itu bagi perusahaan besar belum berfokus pada UKM. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan bukti ilmiah dampak penerapan sertifikasi halal terhadap profitabilitas Perusahaan dan kinerja perusahaan pada UMKM khususnya produk makanan di kota Karanyangar dalam meningkatkan pendapatan. Metode Penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat statistik deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemilikan sertifikasi halal memberikan dampak positif terhadap profitabilitas dan kinerja operasional Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Karanganyar. Hal ini menunjukkan UMKM yang memiliki sertifikasi halal menunjukkan peningkatan profitabilitas yang signifikan dibandingkan sebelum memiliki sertifikasi halal. Hal ini terbukti melalui peningkatan Net Profit Margin, ROA, ROE yang lebih tinggi pada UMKM setelah bersertifikasi halal dibandingkan sebelum memiliki sertifikasi.
