Abstract

Migrant women are a hot issue for researchers and academics, because basically the ones who have the obligation to work, especially in positions that are very long distances and require a long time, are men or husbands. So that's the basic thing that causes being a migrant woman to cause a lot of debate within the family environment. The reason a wife or woman becomes a migrant worker or works abroad is because there has not been much change in the area of origin, especially to improve the family's economy. The problems studied are regarding the position of migrant women from an Islamic perspective and gender equality; study of female migrant workers in Pengenjek village. The researcher's target in this research is to find out the role of migrant women in Pengenjek village from an Islamic perspective. The data collection techniques that researchers used were observation and interviews. In data analysis, researchers use data reduction. In data reduction, researchers collect all data obtained in the field, both in the form of interview results, documentation and initial observation results. The results of this research are that Islamic migrant women are not wrong and violate household rules, because the basis for migrant women choosing to become migrant workers is very clear, such as helping the family economy and preparing for living costs and children's education. Apart from that, migrant women have received permission and blessing from their husband or family before they leave for the destination region and country. Meanwhile, according to gender equality, migrant women are already in the right choice. Because both husband and wife have the same right to work and develop their respective potential to become productive humans in the household. So that in developing this potential, husband and wife can do something that brings positive values to the family, but specifically for migrant women they still have to get permission from their husband.

Abstract

Interpersonal support plays an important role in meeting an individual's basic psychological needs, which include the need for autonomy, competence, and social relationships. This study aims to examine the relationship between interpersonal support for basic psychological needs and motivation, well-being, and performance through meta-analysis. Based on relevant research, this analysis identifies the influence of interpersonal support on each of these aspects, as well as how these relationships interact with each other. The results of the analysis show that adequate interpersonal support contributes significantly to increasing intrinsic motivation, improving psychological well-being, and encouraging increased individual performance in various contexts, both at work and in personal life. Social support that strengthens an individual's basic psychological needs, such as respect for autonomy, empowering competence, and maintaining positive relationships, has been proven to act as an important supporting factor for achieving optimal results in various fields. These findings provide new insights into how supportive social environments can strengthen a healthy psychological foundation, as well as provide recommendations for intervention practices aimed at improving individual well-being and performance, both in professional and personal contexts. Overall, this research highlights the important role of interpersonal support in supporting basic psychological needs and strengthening individual motivation, well-being and performance, as well as providing a basis for the development of policies and programs that are more effective in improving individuals' quality of life holistically.

Abstract

Tujuan: Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “penerapan pemberian terapi kompres bawang merah untuk menurunkan suhu tubuh pada balita. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil: Dari hasil implementasi yang sudah dilakukan peneliti pada An. ”P”, evaluasi akhir didapatkan bahwa demam yang dirasakan oleh klien dapat menurun setelah diberikan kompres bawang merah pada bagian aksila (kanan dan kiri) dan perut di diamkan selama 2 menit sebanyak 5 kali kompres atau sampai demam turun. Kesimpulan: Kompres bawang merah terbukti efektif menurunkan suhu tubuh pada balita yang mengalami demam.
