The purpose of this study was to describe the attitude of religious tolerance of class X students at YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang Senior High School. How religious tolerance is carried out by class X students from various religions and how student tolerance is formed among them. The method used in this research is descriptive research method. This research was conducted at YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang Senior High School in class X. The sample collection technique used the purposive sampling method with the criteria of all students in class X YPI Tunas Bangsa Senior High School, namely 5 non-Muslim students and 5 Muslim students. Data were collected through interviews and direct observation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the attitudes of students at YPI Tunas Bangsa Senior High School are very flexible in the relationship between Muslim students and non-Muslim students; 2) the treatment of students with different religions is the same without any difference, both in terms of mental and learning needs; 3) students respect each other, respect differences, recognize and allow the rights that exist in each religion; 4) students show enthusiasm in building friendships; 5) religious differences do not become a dividing wall between them; 6) Student solidarity is built on tolerance in everyday life at school.

This study aims to determine children's interest in the implementation of the RWA (Read-Write Al-Qur'an) program during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Qur’anul Karim recitation center RT 09 Village 12 Ulu Palembang City. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach which is research that seeks to describe the events and events that take place at the time of the study in accordance with what they are. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded from the RWA program using the Iqra method can increase the interest of students in reading the Qur'an and writing the letters of the Qur'an correctly and neatly. In addition, students can memorize a number of short letters, certain verses, and daily prayers. so they can read their prayers well and get used to living in an Islamic environment. Supporting factors in the implementation of the Qur'an Reading and Writing Program are 1) the policy of village administrators and community leaders in the 12 Ulu sub-district to allow researchers to use Balai as a place for program implementation; 2) The Al-Qur'anul Karim Study Center is equipped with three fans that cool the room so that teachers and children feel comfortable; 3) The Qur'an is available quite a lot; 4) A room that has several windows so that the lighting from the sun is perfect; 5) Availability of places to wash hands; 6) Cleaning tools such as brooms, shovels, buckets and so on are available to facilitate cleaning after using the Hall; and 7) Children who take part in the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing Program often come on time. While the inhibiting factors are 1) fewer children are coming because children start the new school year by studying online at their respective homes. ; 2) some children are not fluent in reading the Qur'an or Iqra, and some have forgotten how to read the Qur'an or Iqra because they never repeat it at home; 3) When writing the letters that are exemplified, some of the children's writing is not neat, careless, irregular and sometimes wrong in writing.

The study was intended to discuss millennial religious moderations according to Habib Husein Ja 'Far Al-Hadar. The study is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. When it comes to data, it is a qualitative study with the method of library research, so the data used are books directly related to the study. The study sought to review Habib Husein Ja’far Al-Hadar's ideas about religious moderations of the millennials. It was concluded that Habib Husein Ja’far Al-Hadar's idea of religious moderation was essential in view of the many threats of radicalism against the millennials. The study recommends to religious institutions to apply religious moderations to millennials.

Abstract: Quizizz Application Online-Based Learning to Increase Student Understanding in Teacher Professional Development Courses at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. All educational institutions ought to create an effective learning for supporting student understanding. One of application to improve student understanding is Quizizz. This study aims to analyze the implementation of online-based learning by Quizizz to improve collegian understanding. A qualitative research with an analytical descriptive method. Data was collected by interviews and documentation. Steps analyze data using the Miles and Huberman model of the researcher as a human instrument, data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The research subject are collegian of FITK Islamic Stated University Raden Fatah Palembang. The result of this research are : Quizizz application make lectures active and fun because all of collegian involved the game. By Quizizz, collegian can understand the course more easily. The collegian Understanding can seen in answering question successly before 82,48 and after 83,18 which improved 0,84%. The problem are due to network connection and some collegian are not familiar with Quizizz application. Abstrak: Pembelajaran Berbasis Online Aplikasi Quizizz Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Mahasiswa Pada Mata Kuliah Pengembangan Profesi Guru Di UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Penciptaan pembelajaran efektif sebagai penunjang pemahaman perlu diwujudkan oleh seluruh lembaga pendidikan. Quizizz adalah salah satu upaya mengakodomir permasalah pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi pembelajaran berbasis online dengan aplikasi Quizizz dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengacu pada Miles dan Huberman yakni reduksi data, penyajian, dan kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian merupakan Mahasiswa prodi PAI di FITK Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Quizizz menjadikan seluruh mahasiswa terlibat dalam permainan, sehingga perkuliahan menjadi lebih aktif dan menyenangkan. Melalui aplikasi Quizizz ini juga, mahasiswa dapat memahami materi dengan lebih mudah. Peningkatan pemahaman ini tampak pada keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam menjawab soal-soal kuis, ditandai dengan rata-rata perolehan hasil belajar sebelum 82,48 dan sesudah diterapkannya Quizizz sebesar 83,18 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,84%. Adapun kendala yang terjadi disebabkan karena masalah jaringan dan beberapa mahasiswa belum familiar dengan aplikasi Quizizz.

The purpose of this study is to identify strategic planning's role in raising graduation quality as well as supportive and impeding elements. The principal of the school serves as the major informant source for this qualitative study, with the perspectives of students and instructors serving as supporting informants. The data was gathered via observation, interviews, and documentation. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion are three of the data analysis approaches employed together. According to the study's findings, SMAN 1 Semende Darat Laut has been doing a good job of strategically preparing to raise the quality of its graduates. This is apparent from the strategic planning completed, including a boost in teacher proficiency, new educational initiatives, enhanced facilities and infrastructure, and extracurricular growth. The desire to encourage ongoing education, excellent leadership between leaders and subordinates, and all instructors having college degrees are supportive elements. The lack of resources, infrastructure, and time for extracurricular activities, in contrast, are the issues that prevent students from graduating.

The research set out to determine the status of the filing system at SMPN 23 Palembang, as well as the variables that helped and hindered its introduction. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with the superintendent providing the study's key piece of information and principals and teachers providing additional context. Methods of gathering information such as conducting interviews and keeping detailed records. Methods for analyzing data include summarization, validation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research demonstrate that SMPN 23 Palembang's file system implementation is pretty excellent in numerous respects. This is especially true in terms of Direction, which is carried out to ensure that the filing system implementation proceeds in accordance with all relevant rules and regulations. The principal provides encouragement to the office staff and instructors to get them excited about using the new file system. There is a strong correlation between the effectiveness of the file system in disseminating information and the quality of communication between the principal, administrative personnel, and teachers. Coordination, in the sense of making sure that the principals, administrators, and teachers all work together to roll out the new file system. Use of a suitable archive storage system and efficient archival communication are two of the pillars upon which the archiving system rests. The lack of skilled workers and inadequate physical space for archives are major impediments.
