Abstract

ABSTRACTThis paper discusses the design and development of the coahcing log tenant system of INBIS STIKI Indonesia. Coaching log is an accompaniment record recorded in a hard copy file that contains data on tenants, coaches, mentoring records, assignments from coaches to tenants, and results of previous assignments given by coaches to tenants. This hard copy coaching log file cannot be used effectively especially in seeing the development of tenants from time to time or the progress reports of tenants. To solve this problem in this study a web-based log coaching system has been developed which has tenant data management features, data coaches, making mentoring schedules, providing timetables for mentors, coaching logs by coaches, coaching logs by tenants. The system design model used in this study uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, system development using the laravel framework, and testing using the blackbox testing method. Based on the results of testing all the features that are owned by this log coaching system can function properly. And the system developed can help INBIS STIKI Indonesia in managing the process of assisting tenants.Keywords: Information System, Coaching Log, Business Incubator. File hard copy coaching log ini belum bisa digunakan secara efektif khususnya dalam melihat perkembangan tenan dari waktu ke waktu atau laporan kemajuan tenan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut pada penelitian ini telah dikembangan sistem coaching log berbasis web yang memiliki fitur pengelolaan data tenan, data coach, pembuatan jadwal pendampingan, pemberian jadwal pendampingan kepada tenan, coaching log oleh coach, coaching log oleh tenan. Model perancangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Unified Modeling Language (UML), pengembangan sistem menggunakan framework laravel, dan pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian semua fitur yang dimiliki oleh sistem coaching log ini secara fungsional bisa berjalan dengan baik. Dan sistem yang dikembangkan bisa membantu INBIS STIKI Indonesia dalam mengelola proses pendampingan tenan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Coaching Log, Inkubator Bisnis, Tenan, Pendamping

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe government is trying to control the economy amid the Covid-19 pandemic by distributing several aids to the community in various cities and villages, one of which is in Yeh Embang Village, Mendoyo District, Jembrana Regency. Temporary Unconditional Cash Transfer Program (BLT) is assistance to society originating from village fund allocations in the Village Budget (APB Desa) which will be provided by the government to people who have lost their livelihoods due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The availability of BLT funds is limited and on the other hand many people need it. Therefore, this research has developed a decision support system for Covid-19 BLT recipients in Yeh Embang Village. The system developed uses 6 criteria, namely work, income, type of floor, toilet and type of roof. The system was tested using 156 datasets of the people of Yeh Embang Village and the results of the confusion matrix method test showed that the system could produce an accuracy of 90%.Keywords: Decision Support System, Temporary Unconditional Cash Transfer Program, Covid-19, MOORAABSTRAKPemerintah berupaya mengendalikan perekonomian di tengah pandemi Covid-19 dengan menyalurkan beberapa bantuan – bantuan ke masyarakat di berbagai kota dan desa salah satunya di Desa Yeh Embang, Kecamatan Mendoyo, Kabupaten Jembrana. Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) adalah bantuan yang berasal dari alokasi dana desa pada Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Desa (APB Desa) yang akan diberikan oleh pemerintah kepada masyarakat yang kehilangan mata pencaharian karena pandemi Covid-19. Ketersediaan dana BLT ini terbatas dan disisi lain banyak masyarakat yang memerlukan. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini telah dikembangkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan penerima BLT Covid-19 di Desa Yeh Embang. Sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan 6 kriteria yaitu pekerjaan, penghasilan, jenis lantai, MCK dan jenis atap rumah. Sistem diuji menggunakan 156 dataset masyarakat Desa Yeh Embang dan hasil pengujian metode confusion matrix menunjukan sistem bisa menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 90%..Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Bantuan Langsung Tunai, Covid-19, MOORA

Abstract

ABSTRAKPaper ini membahas tentang penggunaan Scrum model dalam pengembangan aplikasi berbasis cloud untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pemilik website tour & activities khususnya terkait dengan fasilitas pemesanan dan pembayaran pada website mereka. Proses pemesanan menggunakan email, whatsapp, facebook, live chat memungkinkan wisatawan bisa dengan leluasa membatalkan pesanan karena mereka tidak melakukan pembayaran sebelumnya. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut pada penelitian ini telah dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasi cloud untuk memfasilitasi client dalam manajemen produk, pemesanan, serta pembayaran dari wisatawan. Seluruh website client akan terintegrasi dengan sistem ini dan payment gateway, sehingga proses pemesanan & pembayaran oleh wisatawan akan terdisitribusi di masing-masing website client. implementasi Scrum model pada penelitian ini mulai dari menentukan product backlog, sprint, scrum meeting, hingga demo ke client. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Scrum model dapat menghasilkan sebuah software berbasis cloud dengan resiko kegagalan bisa terlihat lebih cepat pada setiap backlog yang dikembangkan sehngga bisa mengurangi terjadinya software crisis.ABSTRACTThis paper discusses the use of Scrum models in the development of cloud-based applications to solve problems faced by website tour & activities owners, especially related to booking and payment facilities on their website. Ordering process using email, whatsapp, facebook, live chat allows travelers to freely cancel orders because they don't make previous payments. To solve these problems in this study has developed a cloud-based application to facilitate clients in product management, ordering, and payment from tourists. All client websites will be integrated with this system and payment gateways, so the booking & payment process by tourists will be distributed at each client website. The implementation of the Scrum model in this study starts from determining the product backlog, sprint, scrum meeting, and demo to the client. Abstract

ABSTRAKKintamani sebagai salah satu objek wisata paling menarik di Bali memiliki berbagai potensi wisata mulai dari pemandangan gunung dan danau Batur, hotspring, trekking, camping, villa & home stay. Melihat potensi tersebut banyak muncul usaha di bidang pariwisata dalam bentuk kelompok sadar wisata (pokdarwis). Dalam menjalankan operasionalnya pokdarwis ini mengalami berbagai hambatan mulai dari masalah pemasaran, pengelolaan keuangan, SDM, hingga masalah lingkungan. Solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut yaitu penyelenggaraan Focus Group Discussion yang menghadirkan pihak pemerintah, akademisi, dan praktisi pariwisata di Bangli untuk membahas permasalahan yang dihadapi, perancangan sebuah sistem untuk media pemasaran kedua mitra, serta penyelenggaraan pelatihan keuangan dan penggunaan sistem booking. Hasil penyelenggaraan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah tersampaikannya berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi para pelaku bisnis pariwisata di Caldera Batur kepada pihak terkait, terciptanya Online Booking And Payment System untuk kedua mitra, serta bertambahnya pengetahuan kedua mitra dalam pengelolaan keuangan.Kata kunci: Caldera, Pemasaran, Pengabdian, Keuangan, SistemABSTRACTKintamani as one of the most attractive tourism objects in Bali has a variety of tourism potentials ranging from mountain and lake views of Batur, hotspring, trekking, camping, villas & home stays. Seeing this potential, many businesses in the tourism sector appear in the form of tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis). In carrying out its operations the pokdarwis experienced various obstacles like issues of marketing, financial management, human resources, and environmental problems. The solutions to the problems are the implementation of Focus Group Discussion which presents related tourism practitioners in Bangli to discuss the problems, designing a system for marketing media, organizing financial and using a booking system training. The results are conveyed the various problems faced by tourism businesses in Caldera Batur to related parties, the Online Booking And Payment System for two partners marketing media, increased knowledge of the partners in financial management.Keywords: Caldera, Marketing, Community Service, Finance, System.

Abstract

The SpeedID application is a smart city application developed by a subsidiary of PT Bamboomedia Cipta Persada, namely PT Inovasi Solusi Nusantara since 5 years ago. The SpeedID application wants to present a solution to the city's problems to become a new digital identity for the smart city community. Because it was only developed 5 years ago, the SpeedID application is classified as a new application and has never been analyzed for usability before. Usability analysis is carried out to improve user experience, so that the SpeedID application can be accepted and used more easily by users. This research uses Usability Testing method with Performance Measurement and Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA) techniques and System Usability Scale (SUS). The results obtained are the SpeedID application has a quality that cannot be said to be effective, efficient and meet user satisfaction. In addition, the average score of the System Usability Scale (SUS) Questionnaire is 70.33. The score is rated "C" with an adjective rating of "Good" with the acceptance range included in the "Marginal" category, and finally the net promotion score (NPS) is included in the "Passive" category, which explains that the use of the SpeedID application gets an assessment that is still marginalized by its users. This shows that the SpeedID application still urgently needs correction to improve quality to its users and design improvements also need to be made so that the SpeedID application is even better at meeting user expectations in the future.

Abstract

The development of the business world that is growing rapidly today resulted in tighter competitiveness between fellow business actors. One of the businesses that has sprung up in the market today is the bakery business. Currently, bread is one of the food needs in Indonesia that is great demand by children to the elderly, which is often used as breakfast or snack. One of the companies that produces white bread is the Bandung White Bread Factory. The number of sales at this factory continues to increase every month based on total sales data recorded since 2021. With the increasing number of sales at this factory, the factory often experiences stock shortages and cannot meet customer demand. Therefore, in this study, a model has been developed to forecast the sales of white bread using the ARIMA, LSTM, and Prophet methods. The results of the study showed that the ARIMA method (1,0,2) had the best performance compared to the LSTM and Prophet methods, because the ARIMA method (1,0,2) produced the smallest error accuracy value, namely with a MAPE value of 4.548%, an MSE value of 2248.0822, and an RMSE value of 47.4139.

Abstract

Introduction: Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is a vision-threatening complication of diabetes that requires early and accurate diagnosis. Deep learning offers promising solutions for automating DR classification from retinal images. This study compares the performance of two convolutional neural network (CNN) architectures—ResNet-50 and DenseNet-121—for classifying DR severity levels. Methods: A dataset of 2,000 pre-processed and augmented retinal images was used, categorized into four classes: normal, mild, moderate, and severe. Both models were trained using two approaches: standard train-test split and Stratified K-Fold Cross Validation (k=5). Data augmentation techniques such as flipping, rotation, zooming, and translation were applied to enhance model generalization. The models were trained using the Adam optimizer with a learning rate of 0.001, dropout of 0.2, and learning rate adjustment via ReduceLROnPlateau. Performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Results: ResNet-50 outperformed DenseNet-121 across all evaluation metrics. Without K-Fold, ResNet-50 achieved 84% accuracy compared to DenseNet-121’s 80%; with K-Fold, ResNet-50 scored 83% and DenseNet-121 81%. ResNet-50 also demonstrated better balance in class-wise classification, with higher recall and F1-score, especially for moderate and severe DR classes. Confusion matrices confirmed fewer misclassifications with ResNet-50. Conclusions: ResNet-50 provides superior accuracy and robustness in classifying DR severity levels compared to DenseNet-121. While K-Fold Cross Validation enhances model stability, it slightly reduces overall accuracy. These findings support the use of ResNet-50 in developing reliable deep learning-based screening tools for early DR detection in clinical practice

Abstract

This study develops a web-based steganography model to insert the identity of artisans in the form of palmprint images into the image of gringsing ikat woven cloth as a medium for ownership authentication. The method used in the insertion process combines a Convolutional Neural Network and the Least Significant Bit. In contrast, extracting or re-introducing palmprint images from stego images is carried out using a CNN-based classification model. This system was tested with two scenarios; in the first scenario, one palmprint image was inserted into 26 different cloth motifs, while in the second scenario, one cloth motif was inserted into 99 different palmprint images. The test results showed that the system produced consistent confidence values for all cloth motifs in the first scenario. In contrast, in the second scenario, the system achieved an average confidence of 93.5% and a recognition accuracy of 87%. The developed application has proven to be efficient with a reduction in stego image size of up to 66% while maintaining the quality of the stego image, as well as a speedy average execution time of 0.15 seconds for insertion and 0.09 seconds for extraction. These findings prove that the developed steganography model can effectively insert and re-recognize identity images (palmprints) in woven cloth images and has the potential to be applied as an image-based craft product ownership verification system.

Abstract

Proses evaluasi website sangatlah dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui kelebihan serta kekurangan yang ada pada website. Hanya saja kenyataan dil apangan menunjukkan bahwa proses evaluasi hanya dilakukan pada awal penyusunan website dan tidak pernah dilakukan kembali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi desain website dari dua aspek yaitu aspek usability menggunakan system usability scale dan user interface design. Penelitian menggunakan metode User Experience Lifecycle dalam proses redesign website. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yakni 19 orang pimpinan atau kepala lembaga perguruan tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 4 tahap yakni tahap Analyze, Design, Implement, dan Evaluation. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrument angket, yang terdiri dari 10 pertanyaan. Data hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisis dengan mencari rata-rata skor yang kemudian dikonversikan ke dalam tabel konversi dan rentang nilai dengan acceptability ranges yang terdiri dari not acceptance, marginal, dan acceptable, grade scale. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek usability website memiliki nilai adjective rating yang excellent. Rata-rata responden setuju kalau berbagai fungsi di website sudah diintegrasikan dengan baik. Namun, hasil evaluasi SUS juga menunjukkan rata-rata responden menyatakan setuju kalau website tidak mudah digunakan. Aspek kinerja website memiliki performance grade A dengan nilai 99, namun hasil pengujian menggunakan pingdom juga menunjukan kecepatan akses website masih lama yang mencapai 9,68 detik.

Abstract

AbstrakStandart Operational Procedure (SOP) merupakan salah satu dokumen penting pada sebuah perusahaan karena berguna untuk meningkatkan mutu perusahaan. PT. Global Retailindo Pratama merupakan salah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang retail yang menggunakan standart management mutu ISO 9001:2008. Saat ini pengelolaan dokumen SOP pada PT. Global Retailindo Pratama masih menggunakan cara tradisional. Cara tradisional tersebut menimbulkan beberapa masalah diantaranya adalah proses pencarian dan proses distribusi dokumen membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun Document Management System untuk mengelola dokumen SOP. Model pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model prototyping. Aplikasi ini dibangun berbasis web dengan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrogrammannya. Pengujian aplikasi menggunakan Blak Box Testing dan Usability Testing menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Document Management System dapat berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan dapat digunakan dengan mudah sehingga proses pengelolaan dokumen SOP menjadi lebih cepat.Kata kunci: Document Management System, Standart Operational Procedure, Sistem Informasi, PHP.AbstractStandard Operational Procedure (SOP) is one important document in a company because it is useful to improve the quality of the company. This research aims to design and build Document Management System to manage SOP documents. The system development model used in this research is prototyping model. This application is built in web-based with PHP as programming language. Testing the application using Blak Box Testing and Usability Testing shows that the Document Management System can run in accordance with the needs and can be used easily so that the process of document management SOP becomes faster.Keywords: Document Management System, Standart Operational Procedure, Information System, PHP.
