Abstract

This paper discusses the design of academic service complaints system in STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. Currently, the evaluation of academic services at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia has been done periodically in the form of distributing questionnaires to the students before taking the final exam of Semester (UAS) in each semester. This evaluation is quite effective but this periodic evaluation can not yet accommodate the academic service complaints that occur in the everyday incident. In this paper has developed a system of web-based academic service complaints that can be accessed at any time by the academic community to provide feedback related to academic services at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. In general, the system is capable of managing user data such as students, lecturers, institutions, and administrators. The system is able to make a complaint file to be sent to service provider units within the academic community, and the files sent will be accessed through the "outbreak" menu whereas in the complaint recipient account it can be accessed in the "incoming complaint" menu. To maintain the security of the complaints process on the system also facilitates the user to encrypt and decrypt the complaint file. Based on the tests that have been done the system developed able to facilitate students and academic community in general to conduct complaints of academic services and teaching and learning facilities at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. Security of complaint data can be maintained well with the existence of encryption facilities and description and distribution of keys made directly to each user. From the test conducted by testing the functions expected in the system, obtained the results that the system is able to run in accordance with the expected.

Abstract

To get good employees, a good selection process is needed. From the results of the interview, PT. Global Retailindo Pratama uses four criteria for the selection of new employees, education, intelligence, experience, and interviews. All prospective employees must take an exam to measure the criteria of education and intelligence and also have to send a photocopy of proof of their experience. The first stage selection is done to determine the prospective applicants who will take part in the interview. The second stage is conducted to determine the prospective employees who are accepted. The process of assessment and selection is still done by humans, so it takes a lot of time and energy. This problem can be solved by providing an information system for submitting applications and conducting examinations online. All documents are sent in digital form, also automaticlly checking answers from prospective employees. To select prospective employees, a method is needed that can recommend potential prospective employees based on specified criteria. The TOPSIS method is a decision support method that can provide recommendations in accordance with the criteria. The disadvantage of the TOPSIS method is that it requires weighting in the ranking process. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can be used to determine the criteria weight. Combining AHP and TOPSIS methods can produce more objective ranking results. Combining the AHP and TOPSIS methods can produce better recommendations.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pemilihan karyawan ini terkadang menjadi sesuatu yang menyulitkan bagi departemen HRD jika jumlah pelamar banyak serta kriteria-kriteria penerimaan yang ditetapkan tiap perusahaan terkadang kompleks. Tentunya jika proses tersebut dilakukan secara manual, akan membutuhkan waktu yang tidak sedikit serta memerlukan perhitungan yang akurat. Sehingga diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membatu tiap-tiap perusahaan untuk memilih karyawan yang sesuai dengan kriteria perusahaan. TOPSIS merupakan salah satu metode pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu memberikan rekomendasi sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini juga menggabungkan metode ANP untuk membantu memcahkan masalah nilai bobot pada metode TOPSIS, sehingga menghasilkan hasil perangkingan yang lebih objecktif. Abstract

Laboratorium komputer merupakan salah satu fasilitas penting dalam menunjang kegiatan praktikum. Kendala yang dihadapi selama pengelolaan laboratorium yaitu proses instalasi aplikasi dan pembaharuan sistem operasi pada beberapa komputer laboratorium yang harus dilakukan satu per satu dan pada saat laboratoriom tidak digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini, dirancang jaringan cloud computing berbasis Windows Terminal Server Project (WTSP) yang memungkinkan komputer klien dapat menjalankan sistem operasi yang disediakan server WTSP melalui jaringan. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan 10 komputer dengan kondisi berbeda yaitu melakukan booting dan menjalankan simulasi jaringan dengan spesifikasi topologi jaringan tingkat rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. Parameter yang diamati meliputi load CPU dan trafik jaringan Pengamatan dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi cacti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketika 10 komputer klien booting, penggunaan resources server meningkat hingga 4.20% untuk load CPU, serta trafik jaringan sebesar 2.02 Mbps untuk in dan 11.74 Mbps untuk out.  DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/scan.v16i3.2662

Abstract

Pengelolaan surat khususnya pada instansi kedinasan merupakan hal yang penting untuk dilakukan. Karena segala bentuk pencataan kegiatan berada pada arsip surat masuk maupun surat keluar. Namun selama ini proses pencataan surat pada Desa Kukuh Kecamatan Kerambitan, Tabanan masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga proses dari awal surat masuk sampai surat di disposisi membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Berdasarkan permasalah tersebut, kebutuhan yang diperlukan untuk menunjang proses bisnis pengelolaan surat masuk, mekanisme disposisi, serta pembuatan laporan kegiatan adalah membangun sebuah sistem informasi E-Surat. Setelah dibangun sistem informasi E-Surat yang mampu mengelola surat masuk, mekanisme disposisi, serta pembuatan laporan, dilakukan pembinaan kepada SDM pada Pemerintahan Desa Kukuh untuk mengelola dan mengoptimalkan sistem E-Surat. Dengan adanya aplikasi E-Surat, permasalahan yang dialami oleh perangkat Desa Kukuh dapat diatasi. Dimana proses manajemen surat dapat dilakukan dengan lebih mudah, dan proses disposisi menjadi lebih cepat. Dari hasil jejak pendapat yang dilakukan bahwa 100% sudah bisa mengunakan aplikasi E-Surat, namun 75% (6 dari 8 staff Desa) yakin aplikasi E-Surat dapat membantu proses pengelolaan surat.

Abstract

Manik Galih merupakan sebuah perusahaan dagang yang bergerak di bidang industri mebel serta alat-alat elektrikal. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tanggal 11 Februari 2014 oleh Komang Sri Ari Lestari. CV. Manik Galih berlokasi di Jl. Muding Indah Gg. Ratnasari No 10, Kelurahan Kerobokan Kaja, Kecamatan Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pada CV. Manik Galih yaitu saat melakukan pencatatan transaksi keuangan, transaksi tersebut dibuat dalam sheet yang tidak beraturan, ketidakberaturan yang dimaksud adalah tidak sesuainya penempatan antara transaksi pada jurnal harian dengan akun-akun yang dibuat dalam buku besar yang mempengaruhi keakuratan data transaksi, sehingga pembuatan laporan neraca menjadi tidak seimbang (balance). Metode yang digunakan untuk membuat sistem informasi akuntansi pada CV. Manik Galih adalah metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Manfaat dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membantu dalam mengelola data penjualan, pembelian serta menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang akurat dan tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah program sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis website yang diharapkan dapat menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapai oleh CV. Manik Galih. Hasil pengujian dengan blackbox testing sistem informasi akuntansi pada CV. Manik Galih dinyatakan telah sesuai dengan fungsinya.

Abstract

Large amounts of data processing necessitate the use of a dependable infrastructure. Using clustering technology in Big Data processing is a solution for faster processing times. This study evaluated the performance of the Hadoop server using virtualization technology. A varying number of query requests are sent to Hadoop server clusters at the same time. Then, the CPU and memory (RAM) utilization was calculated. According to the test results, the CPU usage on the namenode reached 100% at the start of the process, followed by an increase in CPU usage on the datanode the next time. Meanwhile, the namenode uses the most memory when it receives 25 requests at once. This demonstrates that the namenode can only serve a maximum of 25 requests at the same time.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis paper discusses the results of research on the implementation of the Ciphertext Police Attribute Based Encryption (CP-ABE) in the system of complaints of corruption. The study was conducted at Bali's High Prosecutors Office as one of the state institutions that has the task of preventing and eradicating corrupt acts. The Bali High Prosecutor's Office has facilitated the public to make corruption complaints through the legal service post and public complaints in the Bali High Prosecutors Office. In addition to legal service posts and public complaints, the Bali Attorney General's Office also facilitated the public to make corruption complaints through a website page. Noting these problems in this research, a corruption online complaint system has been developed which is equipped with data protection by implementing a CP-ABE encryption method. This CP-ABE implementation places an access policy on encrypted data, and a set of descriptive attributes resides in the user's private key. If the specified attribute meets the access policy, the user can describe the complaint data. With this scheme, the security of complaints data is maintained, where in each data an encrypted access policy has been placed, and a set of descriptive attributes is in the private key of the reporter. So that the complaint data (Ciphertext) can only be described by the recipient of the complaint if the set of recipient key attributes matches the ciphertext attribute. The developed system can encrypt with a number of attributes as an access policy, generate keys, send complaints, describe complaint data using keys. Evaluation results show the system can run well in accordance with the specified test scenario. Keywords: Corruption Complaints System, Cryptograph, Ciphertext Police Attribute Based Encryption, CP-ABE.ABSTRAK Paper ini membahas tentang hasil penelitian tentang implementasi Ciphertext Police Attribute Based Encryption (CP-ABE) pada sistem pengaduan tindak pidana korupsi (tipikor). Penelitian dilakukan di Kejaksaan Tinggi Bali sebagai salah satu lembaga negara yang memiliki tugas dalam pencegahan dan pemberantasan tindak pidana korupi. Kejaksaan Tinggi Bali telah memfasilitasi masyarakat untuk melakukan pengaduan tipikor melalui pos pelayanan hukum dan pengaduan masyarakat yang ada di Kantor Kejaksaan Tinggi Bali. Selain pos pelayanan hukum dan pengaduan masyarakat, Kejaksaan Tinggi Bali juga memfasilitasi masyarakat untuk melakukan pengaduan tipikor melalui halaman website.Dari observasi awal yang dilakukan bahwa fasilitas pengaduan di halaman website Kejati Bali belum lengkap karena hanya memfasilitasi masyarakat untuk memberikan data pelapor berupa nama, alamat, email dan data pengaduan berupa topik/judul aduan, keterangan aduan serta fasilitas keamanan berupa captcha. Pada form pengaduan ini tidak memiliki fitur tentang perlindungan privasi dan kerahasiaan data pengaduan. Memperhatikan permasalahan tersebut pada penelitian ini telah dikembangkan sistem pengaduan online tipikor yang dilengkapi dengan perlindungan data pengaduan dengan cara menerapkan salah satu metode enkripsi yaitu CP-ABE. Implementasi CP-ABE ini menempatkan kebijakan akses pada data yang dienkripsi, dan satu set atribut deskriptif berada di kunci pribadi pengguna. Jika atribut yang ditetapkan memenuhi kebijakan akses, pengguna dapat mendeskripsikan data pengaduan. Dengan skema ini keamanan data pengaduan menjadi terjaga, dimana pada setiap data telah ditempatkan kebijakan akses yang terenkripsi, dan satu set atribut deskriptif berada di kunci pribadi pelapor. Sehingga data pengaduan (Ciphertext) hanya bisadideskripsikan oleh penerima pengaduan jika himpunan atribut kunci penerima sesuai dengan atributciphertext. Sistem yang dikembangkan dapat melakukan enkripsi dengan sejumlah atribut sebagaikebijakan akses, menghasilkan kunci, mengirim pengaduan, mendeskripsikan data pengaduanmenggunakan kunci. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai denganskenario pengujian yang ditetapkan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pengaduan Tipikor, Kriptografi, Ciphertext Police Attribute Based Encryption,CP-ABE.
