Abstract

Reputasi menjadi aspek penting bagi organisasi, demikian halnya bagi pergu-ruan tinggi swasta (PTS). Berbagai faktor yang mempengeruhi dan menjadi konse-kuensi reputaasi, terutamam perilaku suportif mahasiswa perlu menjadi fokus perha-tian bagi PTS. Artikel ini mengkaji pentingnya reputasi bagi PTS dan secara spesifik bertujuab untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh reputasi perguruan tinggi terhadap perilaku suportif mahasiswa; (2) mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan mahasiswa terhadap peri-laku suportif mahasiswa; (3) mengetahui pengaruh interaksi antara reputasi perguruan tinggi dengan kepercayaan mahasiswa terhadap perilaku suportif mahasiswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa reputasi PTS dan kepercayaan mahasiswa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku suportif mahasiswa. Selain itu, reputasi dalam interaksinya dengan kepercayaan mahasiswa berpengaruh dalam membentuk perilaku suportif mahasiswa terhadap PTS. Kata kunci : reputasi, kepercayaan, perilaku suportif, perguruan tinggi swasta, mahasiswa.

Abstract

Angka partisipasi lulusan SMTA yang melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang pendidikan tinggi masih rendah. Disatu sisi masih banyak warga negara yang mengalami kesulitan ekonomi sehingga terkendala menyekolahkan anaknya ke jenjang pendidikan tinggi disisi lain masih banyak PTS yang memiliki mutu dibawah standar minimal sehingga kesulitan mendapatkan calon mahasiswa baru untuk kelancaran operasi. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi pelajar untuk memilih Prodi dan PT Unggulan meliputi dimensi image dan status akreditasi, biaya dan beasiswa, faktor Sumber Daya Manusia, bukti fisik, motivasi dan faktor kelompok.Metode penelitian dilakukan menggunakan survey. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk menggali data (explore) dari responden dengan kuesioner yang tertutup maupun kuesioner terbuka. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling tipe accidental sampling, yaitu metode penetapan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, siapa saja anggota populasi yang ditemui peneliti dan bersedia menjadi responden untuk dijadikan sampel sebanyak 20 responden. Analisis multivariat yang digunakan melalui analisis faktor. Hasil uji memberikan hasil dimensi image dan status akreditasi, biaya dan beasiswa , faktor Sumber Daya Manusia, bukti fisik, motivasi dan kelompok memiliki peranan memotivasi siswa untuk memilih program studi dan PT unggulan. Uji dimensi analisis faktor, faktor image dan status akreditasi, beaya dan beasiswa merupakan faktor dominan sebagai peubah karena memiliki initial eigenvalues dan extraction sums of squarred loading lebih besar dibandingkan dengan dimensi yang lainKey words : preferensi citra PT, analisis faktor, keunggulan bersaing

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengintegrasi model nilai-nilai kewirausahaan Islami, tanggung jawab sosial Islami dan kearifan budaya lokal terhadap intensi dan kinerja usaha pelaku wirausaha muslim Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif explanatory. Penelitian dilakukan uji hipotesis yang dirumuskan dalam model penelitian menggunakan SEM istrukrural equation model). Target sampel dalam populasi penelitian ini pclaku wirausaha muslim pedesaan clan pesisir di lima Kabupaten wilayah Jawa Tengah. Metode pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling scbanyak 165 respondcn. Hasil analisis mcnunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis penelitian terdukung. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and entrepreneurship education on student entrepreneurial intentions. The method used was a survey method using a questionnaire, which was tested by validity and reliability tests, to collect research data. Respondents who were the sample of the study were 125 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method using several predetermined criteria. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that, partially self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on student entrepreneurial intentions, as well as entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on student entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, self-efficacy and entrepreneurship education simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on student entrepreneurial intentions..Keywords: College Student; Education; Entrepreneurship; Intention; Self-efficacy.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner, yang diuji dengan uji validitas dan reliabiitas, untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian. Responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian yang sebanyak 125 mahasiswa. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa, demikian halnya pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa,. Selain itu, efikasi diri dan pendidikan kewirausahaan secara simulta berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa..Katakunci: Efikasi diri; Intensi; Kewirausahaan; Mahasiswa; Pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) of public services provided by PDAM Klaten Regency. The method used is a survey method using a questionnaire to collect research data. Respondents who were the sample of the study were 404 customers. The sampling technique used is cluster sampling, where the population is divided based on the service area and stratified sampling, where the population is divided based on the customer class. While the data analysis uses the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) analysis, both as a whole and per service element. The result of the analysis shows that the overall IKM value is 76.18, which is in the good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the index of the Customer Satisfaction Survey (SKP) of public services provided by the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Merapi Klaten Regency in 2022. The method used in this study was a survey using a questionnaire to collect research data. The sample of this research is 400 customers. The sampling technique uses cluster and stratified sampling. Data analysis in this study uses the analysis of the Customer Satisfaction Survey Index (SKP). The analysis of the SKP index is carried out as a whole and per service element. The results obtained indicate that the index value of the Customer Satisfaction Survey (SKP) is 77.05. These results show that the service quality of PDAM Tirta Merapi Klaten Regency in 2022 is in category B, which means it has good service performance. In addition, the results of the SKP index analysis per service element, consisting of 9 service elements, show good service performance.

Abstract

Educated youths play a crucial role and contribute significantly to the economy. Thus, it is urgent to develop entrepreneurial activities among educated youth, especially university students. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of attitudes toward entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and behavioral control on entrepreneurial intentions among college students. This research is a survey involving 150 students from Widya Dharma University, Klaten, and uses a purposive sampling method as a sampling technique. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that attitudes toward entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and behavioral control have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on students' entrepreneurial intentions.performance.

Abstract

Performance is an effort made by an employee to carry out a responsibility given by the company. Performance is a serious concern to achieve company success because without its presence the company will experience difficulty in achieving the desired targets. This research aims to examine the influence of teamwork, communication and work discipline on performance. The sample consisted of 81 employees from one company in Klaten Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests. Next, the collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression tests using SPSS 25. The research findings showed that teamwork had a positive but not significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, communication and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of lifestyle and trends on consumer buying interest and the role of product knowledge as a mediator in this relationship. Research uses a quantitative approach to carry out theory testing by using hypotheses and data collection to support or reject the hypothesis. The data was obtained through a survey of respondents who are consumers of coffee drinks. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Regression analysis and Sobel's test were used to examine the relationship and mediation between these variables. The estimated parameter value of the estimated regression weight coefficient is 0.209 and the CR value is 1.986 and the probability value is 0.047 (p0.05) this shows that the relationship between Life Style and Purchase Interest. The estimated parameter value of the estimated regression weight coefficient is 0.202 and the CR value is 2.17 and the probability value is 0.030 (p0.05) this shows that there is a trend relationship with buying interest. Based on the results of the Sobel test analysis, it was obtained that the tcount was 2.65901242 > 1.96 with a significance level of 0.047 <0.05 (5%), thus proving that Product Knowledge is a mediating variable on the effect of Life Style on Purchase Intention. Based on the results of the Sobel test analysis, it was obtained that the tcount was 2.64535735 > 1.96 with a significance level of 0.030 <0.05 (5%), thus proving that Product Knowledge is a mediating variable on the influence of Trends on Purchase Interest. Abstract

The training program on comprehensive research methods for entities under the Jamaah Haji Klaten Foundation aims to equip participants with theoretical and practical skills for conducting applied research to address institutional problems. The training materials comprise content ranging from basic to medium levels. The chosen topics mostly relate to organizational and financial matters, which are most suitable for their organizational context. Participants are obliged to conduct their own research under the supervision of instructors. Five research proposals have been submitted and are currently under supervision..
