Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the number of underdeveloped villages in Keroncong District, even though the area is in the capital city of Pandeglang, not in an area far from the center of the capital city. As it is known that: Regulation of the Minister of Villages for Development of Disadvantaged Regions & Transmigration (Permendesia PDT Trans) Number 2 of 2016 concerning the Developing Village Index (IDM) classifies Village Status into 5 (five) Village statuses. Banten Province has 4 regencies which oversee the village administration. Of the four regencies, Pandeglang Regency has the most underdeveloped villages. Meanwhile, the closest sub-district to the Pandeglang Regency government and the most underdeveloped village is Keroncong District. The purpose of this study is to reveal the cause of the number of underdeveloped villages even though the area is in the center of the capital city. The locus of this research is all villages in Keroncong District. The data used is secondary data, namely from the Department of Community Empowerment of Pandeglang Regency and Banten Province and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pandeglang Regency, BPS of Banten Province. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis and content analysis. The results showed that the development of village status in Keroncong District was dominantly included in the category of underdeveloped villages. There are two villages that fall into the category of not being left behind, with the category of developing. The two villages are Bangkonol village and Pasir Karag village. Bangkonol Village has a developing status because of the easy access to the national road that crosses the Pandeglang and Lebak Regencies and has close access to the Pandeglang Regency government center. Meanwhile, Pasir Karag Village has the status of a Developing Village because of its location close to the government center of the Keroncong sub-district, the number of government public facilitiesand a high community work ethic in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak besar pada masyarakat. Pemerintah Kabupaten Serang berupaya melakukan pemuliahan dengan melakukan program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi inovasi program dan kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan perangkat daerah Kabupaten Serang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Beberapa kegiatan berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kabupaten Serang yang relevan sesuai kebutuhan adalah : a. Pembinaan cabang olahraga yang terintegrasi dengan kompetisi olahraga di tingkat kabupaten/ kecamatan/ desa. b. Pembangunan pariwisata berkelanjutan (suistainable tourism development) dan pembangunan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat (community based tourism development). c. Program inovasi teknologi (Teknologi Tepat Guna), serta mengkolaborasi sektor pertanian desa dengan sektor industri. d. Pengembangan skema insentif bagi pihak individu/ komunitas yang malakukan perbaikan lingkungan e. Program Petani Millenial (Benchmark Provinsi Jawa Barat) f. Pengembangan Kota/ Desa Kreatif Secara umum inovasi program perlu memanfaatkan dan beradaptasi pada potensi lokasi dan pemanfaatan perkembangan teknologi digital 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the design of creative economic development based on the potential of rural areas. This research method is a qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. This research was conducted in Serang Regency, Banten Province, with a study focused on the pattern design of creative economic development in Serang Regency. This research used two data sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Based on a survey of 2 regional clusters in Serang Regency, culinary 41.07 percent, craft 17.86 percent, fashion 14.29 percent, and architecture 12.50 percent. Based on the number of workers 48.21 percent, Based on the length of business, Business actors who have been running a business around 4-10 years 55.36 percent, less than 3 years 30.95 percent, 11-20 years 9.52 percent and more than 20 year 4.17 percent. The government and the creative economy community in Serang Regency are expected to work together to improve creative economy training. Because there are still many creative economy entrepreneurs who have never attended coaching/training. The training needed by creative economy entrepreneurs is product marketing strategy, creative economic business financial management, innovative product design and business licensing mechanisms

Abstract

This article examines the sub-district institution in Pandeglang Regency's ability to implement its capacity as an autonomous region feature as well as the administrative region feature of universal government administration, as well as the fulfillment of the necessary condition element. It also offers a recommendation model for the delegation of Regent authority to the sub-district head based on the empirical situation. Attempts at the research were made utilizing a qualitative methodology. The study's findings demonstrate that in the Pandeglang Regency, the legal authority granted by the Regent is still not directly correlated with the fulfillment of necessary condition elements of sub-district institutions like human resources and budget. Then, in terms of the camat's or district's legal authority, some aspects—such as the alteration of laws and regulations, regional characteristics, the spirit of institutional strengthening in public services, and the requirements of coordinating national development programs—remain to require some adjusting. In order to achieve the efficacy of the sub-district institution in the administration of regional government, the Pandeglang district government is expected to implement a number of arrangements and restructuring of the sub-district institution under the suggested model. Abstract

This research is to analyze the potential of local taxes and their achievement targets in Serang Regency. The research approach used is quantitative. Data collection techniques with documentation studies using secondary data from various documents from several agencies. The analysis technique used is projection analysis with reference to macroeconomic indicators, the weight prediction of obstacles and opportunities refers to the IFAS-EFAS matrix. The results of the study show that first, the determination of tax potential and targets must be carried out scientifically referring to the juridical basis and economic indicators which refer to both national and regional economic growth and the weight of the obstacles faced in tax management based on expert judgment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price on sales volume of subsidized urea fertilizer at PT. Pertani (Persero) Banten Branch. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the price of subsidized urea fertilizer affects PT. Pertani (Persero) Banten Branch, how the sales volume of subsidized urea fertilizer is at PT. Pertani (Persero) Banten Branch, and how much influence the price has on the sales volume of subsidized urea fertilizer at PT. Pertani (Persero) Banten Branch Branch, and how much influence the price has on the sales volume of subsidized urea fertilizer at PT. Pertani (Persero) Banten Branch. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an associative type. Then in this study using purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is secondary data. The results showed that the price variable had a significant effect on sales volume. Based on the results of the t test, the t count is -6.348 and the t table value is 1.71387. thuis the value of t count is greater than t table (-6.348>1.71387), the Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It is concluded that the price variable is negative.

Abstract

Product quality and promotion are important things that can influence purchasing decisions, the better the quality of the products you have and supported by attractive promotions, it will be able to provide encouragement to consumers in making purchasing decisions on marketed products. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, and whether there is an influence of promotion on purchasing decisions and whether there is an influence of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions of excise liquid products. The population in this study were all consumers of the Djaway Vapestorestore. Sampling in this study used the slovin formula with the results of 100 respondents being the sample. The data analysis technique used validation test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the promotion variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the simultaneous test of product quality and promotion variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to ascertain the cost of tickets for the Aqualand tourist attraction in Serang City, gauge consumer interest in purchasing tickets there, and ascertain the degree to which pricing affects consumer interest in purchasing tickets. Using probability sampling procedures to select a sample of 100 respondents, the study employs descriptive quantitative research methods. Based on the correlation coefficient interval (0.600 – 0.799), the Correlation Analysis results showed a r value of 0.747, indicating the presence of a substantial level of association. In the meantime, the price variable contributes 55.8%, according to the coefficient of determination value of 55.8%.Next, based on the correlation significance test findings utilizing the hypothesis t test, it is established that the estimated t value, or 11.119 > 1.661, is more than the t table. This demonstrates that Ha is approved and H0 is refused. Price essentially has a favorable and considerable impact on interest in purchasing tickets for Serang City's Aqualand tourist attraction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Label Halal terhadap Minat Beli di Restoran Kampoeng Hayam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif. Digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian, analisis data bersifat statistik, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Populasi yang dijadikan objek penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan konsumen yang pernah berbelanja di Restoran Kampoeng Hayam Kota Serang pada tahun 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7.292 orang dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik sampling insidental. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Korelasi Sederhana, Regresi Linier Sederhana, Uji Hipotesis dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R Square) 0,716 atau 71,6% yang artinya menunjukan bahwa variabel Labelisasi Halal berpengaruh sebesar 71,6% terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen yang sisanya sebesar 28,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Labelisasi Halal dengan Minat Beli Konsumen, Hasil Uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa thitung > ttabel yaitu (15,669) > (1,660551). Jadi t-hitung lebih besar daripada t-tabel dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.

Abstract

The use of digital technology to improve traditional markets in the Society 5.0 era. This era is a continuation of Industry 4.0 and includes the use of technology to solve social problems and improve the quality of life of people. The study emphasizes the importance of combining digital technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, and robotics to create markets that are more efficient and responsive to consumer needs. Nowadays, people's markets are expected to serve not only as a place to trade but also as a hub for innovation that has the ability to boost local economic growth and improve public well-being. Traditional markets can enhance competitiveness with digitization through better management, price transparency, and broader access to markets. It is hoped that this transformation can help MSMEs and create a more inclusive and sustainable business environment.  To create a modern and highly competitive people's market in the era of Society 5.0, this study calls on all parties to adapt and innovate. This is because the adoption of technology in the people's market requires cooperation between governments, entrepreneurs, and society.
