Abstract

In the context of education in Indonesia, fostering love and pride for local culture is crucial. Our country has a vast cultural diversity that, if not preserved and introduced from an early age, could be lost to the tides of modernization. Therefore, the role of teachers as strategic agents in the educational process must be encouraged to adopt more innovative approaches in teaching. This community service aims to equip teachers with the skills to create e-modules that integrate local cultural values as part of the learning process. The activities were conducted in May 2025, involving 14 teachers from SMA Negeri 11 Halmahera Selatan. The training procedure included planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in teachers' understanding of local culture and technical skills, reflected in the average pretest and posttest scores, which increased from 61.4% to 90% for cultural understanding and from 58.6% to 80.3% for digital application skills. The resulting e-modules were able to present material aligned with regional characteristics, facilitating more engaging and interactive learning. This training outcome is expected to support the improvement of learning quality through culturally relevant digital media while strengthening the preservation of local culture within education. Integrating local culture into e-modules is also expected to enhance students' learning interest and critical thinking regarding cultural values.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) How is the discipline of Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang Madrasah teachers, 2) How is the learning motivation of students in Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang, and 3) How is the influence of teacher discipline on the learning motivation of students in Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang. This type of research is classified as quantitative with the approach used is the ex post facto approach. The population/sample of this study is high class students. Furthermore, the data collection method used was a questionnaire. Then, the data processing and analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and statistical statistical analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that: 1) Discipline of teachers in Muhammadiyah Labakkang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at intervals of 61-65 which is at a frequency of 16 or 40%. 2) The students' learning motivation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang is at intervals of 61-65 which is at a frequency of 20 or 50%. 3) There is a significant influence of teacher discipline on student learning motivation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang, it can be known based on the coeeficiens table (α), the value of tcount = 6.952 is obtained. The value of ttabel can be found obtained 1,684 so comparing ttabelandtcount turns out tcount = 6.952>ttabel = 1.684, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted so that there is an influence between teacher discipline (x1) on learning motivation (y) in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online learning sites on the learning process of students at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Bairuny Jombang. The method used in this research is qualitative. This type of research is field research, while the data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. The results showed that online learning sites had an effect on the student learning process at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Bairuny Jombang. Of the thirty answers received, 74% of students used online learning sites, 16% sometimes used and 10% did not use online learning sites

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) How is the pedagogical competence of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang teachers, 2) How the learning motivation of students at Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang, and 3) How is the effect of teacher pedagogic competence on the learning motivation of students at Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang. This type of research is classified as quantitative with the approach used is the ex post facto approach. The population / sample of this study were low class students. Furthermore, the data collection method used was a questionnaire. Then, the data processing and analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and infrential statistical analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that: 1) The pegagogical competence of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang at intervals of 63 - 66 which is at a frequency of 9 or 22.5%. 2) The learning motivation of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang is at intervals of 61 - 65, which is at a frequency of 20 or 50%. 3) There is a significant effect of teacher pedagogical competence on the learning motivation of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang, it can be seen that based on the coeeficiens (α) table, thitung = 4.463 The t-table value can be searched for 1,684 so that comparing ttabel and thitung turns out that thitung = 4,463> ttabel = 1,684, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted so that there is an effect of pedagogic competence (x) on learning motivation (y) at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1). The impact that arises due to the emergence of the concept of Islamophobic thinking on the Islamic religion and Islamic society. Solutions that need to be done to counteract Islamophobic thoughts in Indonesian society and anticipate the emergence of sustainable divisions. The method used in this study is qualitative, while the data collection technique uses the library research method. The results of this study: 1). Islamophobia has economic, social, religious, political and educational impacts. 2). Islamophobia can be avoided if the souls of Muslims themselves have strong religious values, awareness of tolerance in interacting, and have adequate intellect.

Abstract

The rapidly development of technology and globalization can negatively affect characters. It is therefore necessary to perform various efforts optimally to strengthen the early childhood’s characters. This research aimed to figure out the character values of local culture (Tabae culture) and how they were implanted at ECED Telkom in Ternate Municipality. The research used a qualitative approach. Its subjects were Class-B students and teachers at ECED Telkom in Ternate Municipality who had provided information to answer the problems discussed in this research. The research data were collected using several research instruments before they were descriptively analyzed. The research results showed that the character values based on local culture (Tabea culture) were implanted through learning, habituation, and exemplification. The character values found in local culture (Tabea culture) were reflected in their attitudes, such as being respectful and polite, loving and caring, kind and humble, as well as tolerant and peace-loving.

Abstract

Sekolah menjadi tempat anak untuk berinteraksi dengan teman dan guru. Pergaulan di lingkungan sekolah memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap perkembangan nilai-nilai moral, etika, dan karakter anak. Namun, tidak semua anak menerima pergaulan dengan menjalankan nilai, etika, dan berkarakter, sehingga sering terjadi permasalah bullying antar siswa. Bullying merupakan masalah utama pada penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai karakter siswa terhadap perilaku bullying dengan teman di kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa pembagian angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu nilai karakter siswa, khususnya pada nilai bersahabat/komunikatif menunjukan hasil tertinggi pada indikator berbicara dengan bahasa yang baik dan santun dengan membuat siswa lebih aktif dan antusias dalam proses pembelajaran dan meningkatkan efektivitas kehadiran siswa di sekolah tersebut. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memiliki rasa simpati, bersahabat, dan komunikatif yang baik terhadap bullying yang terjadi pada teman sejawat.Kata Kunci: Bullying, Karakter, Sekolah, Teman Kelas

Abstract

Character education is very fundamental in education, because morals and character are the main targets in education. Thus, the formation of student character must exist at the joint of general education and Islamic education, or integrate the two through an Al-Qur'an approach based on the Pancasila Education Profile. Science learning which contains natural events should not be separated from the Al-Qur'an, because in the Al-Qur'an all natural phenomena are explained, so that they are interrelated and mutually support each other in developing students' knowledge which leads to strengthening character. The existence of an Islamic-based elementary school should have added value in the character aspect by emphasizing the Al-Qur'an approach. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the formation of student character in science lessons through the Al-Qur'an approach at SD Islmaiyah 2, Ternate City and SD Islamiyah 5, Ternate City. This research method is descriptive qualitative using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model. The results of this research show that there is no integration of science lessons with the Al-Qur'an to encourage the development of student character education at Islamiya 2.5 Elementary School, Ternate City. This can be seen from the learning tools and learning process. Although the learning process has been touched upon a little, it is not yet structured due to the teacher's limited ability to integrate it. In the future, training is needed to develop learning tools using the Al-Qur'an approach to prepare the generation for a golden Indonesia in 2045.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of character education in building the personality of students especially at Salem SMA I Salem. The method used in the study is qualitative. This type of research is field research, while the data collection technique uses interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that: a. The existence of school activities that functioned for the formation of student character, the role of character education can be found in organizations and in extracurricular activities organized by SMA N 1 Salem b. The relevance of character education in building the personality of students, character education is very necessary to maintain the quality of the personality of students by providing understanding, direction, and assistance so that students display a good personality.

Abstract

Kasus bullying di kalangan siswa SD, termasuk di SD Negeri 1 Kota Ternate, menjadi perhatian serius di Indonesia karena dampak negatifnya pada kesehatan mental dan prestasi akademik siswa. Untuk meminimalisir bullying, program pengabdian masyarakat ini mengangkat topik pendidikan lintas budaya sejak dini untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang inklusif dan menghargai keberagaman. Metode pelaksanaannya terdiri dari tiga tahap: Menganalisis Kebutuhan Informasi Bullying melalui survei dan wawancara untuk memahami tingkat pemahaman tentang bullying. Memberikan Edukasi tentang Keberagaman dan Bahaya Bullying melalui pelatihan, poster, brosur, dan video edukasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang definisi, jenis, dan dampak bullying serta pentingnya menghargai perbedaan. Metode pembelajaran melibatkan diskusi kelompok, permainan, dan simulasi. Aplikasi dalam Masyarakat Sekolah dengan menerapkan kebijakan anti-bullying, pembentukan tim pendukung, dan kegiatan yang mempromosikan keberagaman seperti hari kebudayaan. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman tentang bullying di kalangan siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Kesadaran siswa untuk melaporkan bullying meningkat, sehingga jumlah kasus bullying menurun. Edukasi keberagaman juga berhasil meningkatkan rasa saling menghargai antar siswa, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih positif dan inklusif. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan lintas budaya sejak dini efektif dalam meminimalisir bullying di SD, menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan mendukung perkembangan sosial-emosional siswa. Implementasi berkelanjutan dan evaluasi rutin diperlukan untuk memastikan efektivitas program.
