Abstract

Kasus bullying di kalangan siswa SD, termasuk di SD Negeri 1 Kota Ternate, menjadi perhatian serius di Indonesia karena dampak negatifnya pada kesehatan mental dan prestasi akademik siswa. Untuk meminimalisir bullying, program pengabdian masyarakat ini mengangkat topik pendidikan lintas budaya sejak dini untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang inklusif dan menghargai keberagaman. Metode pelaksanaannya terdiri dari tiga tahap: Menganalisis Kebutuhan Informasi Bullying melalui survei dan wawancara untuk memahami tingkat pemahaman tentang bullying. Memberikan Edukasi tentang Keberagaman dan Bahaya Bullying melalui pelatihan, poster, brosur, dan video edukasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang definisi, jenis, dan dampak bullying serta pentingnya menghargai perbedaan. Metode pembelajaran melibatkan diskusi kelompok, permainan, dan simulasi. Aplikasi dalam Masyarakat Sekolah dengan menerapkan kebijakan anti-bullying, pembentukan tim pendukung, dan kegiatan yang mempromosikan keberagaman seperti hari kebudayaan. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman tentang bullying di kalangan siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Kesadaran siswa untuk melaporkan bullying meningkat, sehingga jumlah kasus bullying menurun. Edukasi keberagaman juga berhasil meningkatkan rasa saling menghargai antar siswa, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih positif dan inklusif. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan lintas budaya sejak dini efektif dalam meminimalisir bullying di SD, menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan mendukung perkembangan sosial-emosional siswa. Implementasi berkelanjutan dan evaluasi rutin diperlukan untuk memastikan efektivitas program.

Abstract

The rapidly development of technology and globalization can negatively affect characters. It is therefore necessary to perform various efforts optimally to strengthen the early childhood’s characters. This research aimed to figure out the character values of local culture (Tabae culture) and how they were implanted at ECED Telkom in Ternate Municipality. The research used a qualitative approach. Its subjects were Class-B students and teachers at ECED Telkom in Ternate Municipality who had provided information to answer the problems discussed in this research. The research data were collected using several research instruments before they were descriptively analyzed. The research results showed that the character values based on local culture (Tabea culture) were implanted through learning, habituation, and exemplification. The character values found in local culture (Tabea culture) were reflected in their attitudes, such as being respectful and polite, loving and caring, kind and humble, as well as tolerant and peace-loving.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and describe teachers' abilities in planning learning and the abilities of lower grade teachers in implementing thematic learning at SD Negeri 43 Ternate City. The research method used in this research is qualitative description, data was obtained using observation, interview and documentation techniques with data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, presentation of conclusion data. The results of the research show that in preparing learning tools teachers are still confused about formulating indicators for achieving basic competencies in achieving learning goals. Meanwhile, in implementing thematic learning, teachers encounter obstacles because students do not yet understand the transition from one subject to another, so that the learning objectives have not been achieved optimally. Evaluation of the thematic learning implementation plan is carried out on students and teachers, so that students can find out individual abilities in the class, in this case assessing students in writing and giving assignments to determine student achievement in learning objectives and for teachers to know whether a teacher is successful or not in the learning process the teacher makes observations during the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 25 Kota Ternate. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian survey. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V sebanyak 47 siswa, dan sampel sebanyak 22 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi.dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik inferensial, uji prasyarat analisis serta pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, variabel lingkungan keluarga (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar (Y) siswa kelas V SD Negeri 25 Kota Ternate. Pengaruh yang ditimbulkan variabel lingkungan keluarga (X) terhadap motivasi belajar (Y) memiliki arah yang positif. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui pada hasil analisis korelasi product moment didapatkan nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 0,05 atau rhitung (15,813) rtabel (1,725). Derajat hubungan antara kedua variabel dapat dapat dilihat berdasarkan nilai pearson correlation yang dimana nilainya sebesar 15,813 yang berada pada kategori derajat korelasi yang sempurna.

Abstract

In the context of education in Indonesia, fostering love and pride for local culture is crucial. Our country has a vast cultural diversity that, if not preserved and introduced from an early age, could be lost to the tides of modernization. Therefore, the role of teachers as strategic agents in the educational process must be encouraged to adopt more innovative approaches in teaching. This community service aims to equip teachers with the skills to create e-modules that integrate local cultural values as part of the learning process. The activities were conducted in May 2025, involving 14 teachers from SMA Negeri 11 Halmahera Selatan. The training procedure included planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in teachers' understanding of local culture and technical skills, reflected in the average pretest and posttest scores, which increased from 61.4% to 90% for cultural understanding and from 58.6% to 80.3% for digital application skills. The resulting e-modules were able to present material aligned with regional characteristics, facilitating more engaging and interactive learning. This training outcome is expected to support the improvement of learning quality through culturally relevant digital media while strengthening the preservation of local culture within education. Integrating local culture into e-modules is also expected to enhance students' learning interest and critical thinking regarding cultural values.
