Abstract

Kebutuhan pelaku UMKM akan pengetahuan dan keahlian teknis dalam menggunakan pemasaran digital semakin meningkat karena pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini terjadi karena pembatasan sosial yang diberlakukan pemerintah mempengaruhi aktifitas bisnis. Oleh karena itu pemamfaatan pemasaran digital menjadi usaha untuk kelangsungan hidup dan perluasan UMKM di masa pandemi dan pasca pandemic Covid-19. Tetapi secara umum UMKM berhadapan dengan keterbatasan pengetahuan dan sumber daya daya dalam menggunakan pemasaran digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat pelaku UMKM di kota Bandung akan pelatihan pemasaran digital. Pelatihan selama 2 hari ini diikuti oleh 140 orang pelaku UMKM di Bandung secara daring dan luring. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan service learning, peserta antusias bertanya dan berdiskusi atas permasalahan spesifik yang mereka hadapi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memperlengkapi keahlian manajerial para pelaku UMKM dalam menggunakan pemasaran digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance at private universities in Bandung and the effect of motivation and satisfaction on performance. Using the purposive sampling method, a research sample of 81 people consisting of 42 lecturers and 39 non-lecturers has been successfully obtained. The results showed that the motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance at private universities in Bandung were high, but the group of lecturers had much higher motivation, job satisfaction, and performance than the group of non-lecturers. Motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at private universities in Bandung. Motivation and job satisfaction partially have a significant effect on employee performance at private universities in Bandung. However, based on a partial analysis, it is also revealed that the motivation of non-lecturer employees, with a significance level (α) of 5%, had no significant effect on the performance of the non-lecturer employees. The follow-up findings show that the group of non-lecturers is better at maintaining punctuality in clocking in to the office and in establishing organizational relationships with their superiors than the group of lecturers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at educational institutions in the city of Bandung. Job training and work discipline are the main factors that are thought to have a positive effect on work performance at companies in general. However, does the same thing happen to non-profit organizations such as educational institutions? Samples were taken from non-educator employees at educational institutions in Bandung, as many as 59 respondents through a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that training and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at educational institutions in Bandung. In addition, work discipline partially has a significant effect on work performance, but partially training does not have a significant effect on the work performance of non-educator employees at educational institutions in Bandung.

Abstract

Perekonomian negara bertumbuh dapat dilihat dengan adanya pembangunan di berbagai sekor. Salah satu ukuran pertumbuhan perekonomian negara dapat diukur salah satunya dari bertumbuhnya Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Beberapa sektor yang berperan dalam pembangunan negara khususnya di Indonesia adalah sektor Industri dan Sektor Jasa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hipotesis yang bertujuan untuk menguji antar variabelnya yaitu variabel independen (Sektor Industri dan Sektor Jasa) serta variabel dependen (PDB). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang terdiri dari data Sektor Industri dan Sektor Jasa di Indonesia pada periode Tahun 1999-2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sektor Industri dan Sektor Jasa secara simultan berpengaruh pada PDB, sedangkan secara parsial hanya Sektor Industri yang berpengaruh pada PDB.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of tourist attractions and service quality on tourists' intention to visit again, with tourist satisfaction and tourist involvement as mediating variables. The research was conducted at the Pulu Padar tourist destination using quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 300 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique, namely a purposive sampling technique, including domestic and foreign visitors. Data collection through interviews, observations and distributing questionnaires using Google forms distributed via social media and direct surveys. Data processing and hypothesis testing uses the Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The research results show that there is a positive influence of Destination Image on Tourist Satisfaction, Service Quality has a positive influence on Tourist Satisfaction, and there is no influence of Tourist Engagement. regarding Interest in Revisiting. Furthermore, destination image and service quality do not have a positive effect on intention to visit again, which is mediated by tourist satisfaction and tourist involvement. This research provides practical implications for managers of Padar Island tourist destinations, namely considering the diversification of products and experiences offered. This may include developing new attractions, cultural events or tour packages that appeal to different market segments.
