Abstract

Kegiatan distribusi logistik untuk korban bencana erupsi Gunung Merapi, terdapat beberapa permasalahan antara lain penumpukan barang bantuan di titik tertentu namun terjadi kekurangan pada titik lain atau sebaliknya bantuan yang diberikan terlalu banyak dan kurang bermanfaat. Permasalah tersebut disebabkan kurangnya informasi mengenai data korban bencana, data jenis bantuan yang diperlukan dan data bantuan yang tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan sistem distribusi logistik, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi distribusi dan merancang sistem distribusi yang adil dan merata secara efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah pendekatan sistem dinamik untuk menggambarkan model pendistribusian logistik pada pengungsian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan distribusi logistik yang disebabkan oleh permintaan logistik, jumlah pengungsi, dan ketersedian barang. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi distribusi logistik korban bencana erupsi Gunung Merapi di desa penyangga (sister village) adalah kurangnya komunikasi antar petugas posko pengungsian dengan posko induk penyedia bantuan atau BPBD, jumlah distribusi bantuan yang tidak sesuai dengan jumlah pengungsi yang ada, kurangnya pengawasan pendistribusian logistik ke pengungsian, ketidaksesuaian data pengungsi yang ada di posko pengungsi dengan jumlah pengungsi yang ada, ketepatan sasaran penerimaan bantuan logistik. Guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pendistribusian logistik yang tepat sasaran maka dirancang model dinamik sistem distribusi logistik yang dapat memberikan alternatif terbaik.

Abstract

UD Modern Y is one of the SMEs in Mungkid District, Magelang Regency which is engaged in convection. In its development, the marketing method used is still conventional by utilizing word of mouth (WOM). This has resulted in the slow development of UD Modern Y and being unable to compete in the marketing of its products. Therefore the community service is carried out through digital marketing education by creating a website that can support many things, such as marketing, bookkeeping, and ordering. Digital Marketing in the form of a website is an important step in entering the world of e-commerce, with a website there will be a lot of potential in its development because the website is very flexible in its development. This program is carried out by developing a website followed by training and mentoring. At the end of the program, the UD Modern Y website was produced which can be accessed at https://udmodern.store and the management has been able to utilize the website as a new marketing medium to reach a wider market potential.

Abstract

This community service initiative leverages modern technology to enhance the efficiency and quality of AsSalwa honey production, as well as to improve the management of honey product sales. The method involves disseminating the use of filling machines and financial management systems. This program offers multiple benefits, including increased productivity in honey filling, maintaining a more consistent product quality, and providing access to accurate and detailed sales data through a Point of Sale (POS) system. The results obtained from this program demonstrate that honey owners can automatically fill honey into various packaging sizes using a filling machine. This machine is capable of filling liquid honey ranging from 100g to 2,500g. Additionally, the process of recording buying and selling transactions becomes more structured and well-documented. Partners can also estimate the profits obtained through one of the system's features. Through the combination of automatic filling and a POS system, this program has successfully improved product quality and enhanced the management capabilities of the honey business.

Abstract

UMKM PRODIVO merupakan unit usaha yang mengolah bahan baku ketela untuk dijadikan makanan ringan seperti pokel. Salah satu tahapan dalam proses produksi ialah kegiatan penekanan parutan ketela yang masih terdapat permasalahan yaitu kapasitasnya hanya bisa menampung 5-8 kg. Hal ini menyebabkan pengulangan penekanan yang membuat pekerja merasa pegal. Dari jumlah 6 pekerja  yang bekerja, 66,67% pegal di bagian pinggang, 83,33% pegal di bagian bahu dan 83,33% pegal di bagian tangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memberikan peningkatan produktifitas pada produksi pokel. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ergonomi dengan melakukan penilaian sikap kerja dengan perhitungan RULA (Rappid Upper Limb Asessment) dengan cara membandingkan skor nilai level risiko tindakan antara sebelum dan sesudah dirancang. Dari hasil perancangan alat press parutan ketela, setelah dihitung dari aspek teknis, kapasitas alat sebanyak 15-18 kg, besar gaya press 592 N/15 kg parutan ketela, kadar air parutan ketela yang terbuang sebanyak 56,25%, waktu pengepressan 10 menit/15 kg. Sedangkan aspek ergonomis dengan metode RULA sebesar 2 yang berarti aman. Dan dari aspek ekonomis, harga produk sebesar Rp.755.000,00, BEP produk 38 kg pokel, NPV sebesar 18%, IRR sebesar 27,725%, PP sebesar 2,9 tahun. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kapasitas pada alat press setelah diredesain dari kapasitas 5-8 kg menjadi 15-18 kg. Kadar air hasil penekanan meningkat 19% yang artinya penekanan lebih maksimal. Rata rata waktu penekanan sebesar 10,5 menit (8 kg) dari sebelumnya 13,5 menit (15 kg) yang artinya produktifitas meningkat dengan waktu lebih pendek. Dari aspek ergonomis, skor hasil penilaian sikap kerja sebesar 2 yang berarti aman. Sedangkan dari aspek ekonomis, alat press setelah dirancang ulang ini layak untuk dibuat karena NPV > 0.

Abstract

Departemen Produksi D83 T adalah departemen yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi assy spare part dalam bentuk produksi yang berdasarkan pada permintaan konsumen. Salah satu produknya adalah spare part 53201-BZ210 yang merupakan komponen pada mobil. Target yang harus dicapai adalah memenuhi permintaan konsumen. Namun dalam kenyataannya, permintaan konsumen setiap bulan tidak dapat terpenuhi karena kendala stock yang ada. Kekurangan dan kelebihan stock menjadi masalah yang ada pada PT Mekar Armada Jaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan dan mengendalikan bahan baku menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP). Perencanaan kebutuhan material dengan menggunakan metode MRP dalam tulisan ini menggunakan metode lot sizing, dimana metode-metode lot sizing yang digunakan adalah Lot-for-lot, dan Economic Order Quantity, serta menggunakan rumus peramalan Trend Linear sebagai acuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kebutuhan bahan baku dimasa mendatang.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop UnityPet, an integrated application for pet owners and professionals in the pet industry, using the Design Thinking methodology. The application is designed to address specific user needs by providing various services, including online veterinary consultations, grooming services, pet sitting, an online store for pet supplies, and interactive features for communication between users and professionals. The research process includes five key stages of Design Thinking: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The Empathize stage identifies primary challenges faced by users, such as the difficulty in finding a comprehensive platform for pet-related services and communication barriers with professionals. The Define stage formulates the core user problems as a foundation for ideation, where various application features are developed according to these needs. In the Prototype stage, wireframes and interactive prototypes are created to visualize and test the application’s functionality. Finally, usability testing is conducted in the Test phase to assess the application’s effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy, and user-friendliness. The testing results indicate an effectiveness rate of 84%, with efficiency, accuracy, and user-friendliness scores reaching 92%, surpassing the acceptance threshold of 75%. These findings demonstrate that UnityPet is not only functional but also offers an intuitive and satisfying user experience. UnityPet successfully meets usability standards and is ready for implementation, promising a positive contribution to the pet care industry

Abstract

Business actors increasingly need to master technology to expand their market reach. However, many MSMEs in Sidomulyo Village have not adopted digital platforms for marketing and sales. This initiative introduced digital marketing and the use of social media to these business actors. Through socialization, counseling, and mentoring, participants gained knowledge about online sales platforms, mastered online marketing techniques, and successfully launched online product promotions. Additionally, the project facilitated the creation of new Cendana batik designs, improved product packaging, and enhanced product photography skills.

Abstract

PDAM Tirta Gemilang Unit Kalinegoro is one of the regional company units in Magelang Regency as a clean water provider that is responsible for developing and managing a clean water supply system. In an effort to serve customers, PDAM Tirta Gemilang Unit Kalinegoro received complaints from customers. This study aims to improve the quality of service according to customer needs. The study used the servqual approach and the Quality Function Deployment method. The results of this study found 4 attributes that were prioritized for improvement, namely notification when there was a disruption and repair (8.48), experienced officers (8.57), clean distributed water quality (8.59), speed of counter service (8.82). The priority of developing PDAM Tirta Gemilang Kalinegoro Unit to meet customer needs is by following the 2-stage QFD quality procedure sequence, namely providing training related to administrative skills (311.31), improving water treatment processes such as filtration and disinfection (223.44), maintaining and cleaning distribution networks (223.44), providing training related to operational procedures (197.37), providing training related to customer service (197.37), adding service counters (128.88), using social media such as Instagram and WhatsApp to provide notifications (124.74).

Abstract

PT Medika Maesindo Global is a manufacturer and exporter of personal protective equipment disposables for medical and industrial applications. Based on preliminary, it was found that unbalanced job distribution and resource efficiency. Thus it created idle time that reached 231,83 second in producing 1 coat velcro, and line efficiency value of 46% which created work in process by 4000 pce coat velcro per day. This research purpose to analyze line balancing on the convert production process using standard minute value method and ranked positional weight method. Result of the analysis using the two method shows that line efficiency reached 89% that increase by 43% from initial condition. Balance delay decreased to 43% from initial condition value of 54% to 11%. smoothness index decreased to 92 from initial condition value of 100 to 8. From the analysis it can be concluded that the proposed line more efficien than the existing line.
