Abstract

The findings in the field show that currently the learning process that occurs, especially at Al Falah Vocational School in Sampang, is still mostly carried out by presenting verbal information, where teachers teaching in class still do not use learning methods that are not yet optimal. Based on the results of temporary observations, only around 30% use innovative learning methods, so the impact is that learning outcomes are still below the KKM, where of the 22 students, the PAI lesson scores are 15 students or 70% of the scores are still below the KKM. In line with the explanation above, it is necessary to carry out innovative learning. One way that can make students active in the learning process is by applying varied learning models (Riswati, Alpusari, Marhadi, 2018). One learning model that is related to the ability to restrain oneself and enthusiasm for working in learning PAI is the Market Place Learning Model Activity. The formulation of the problem is: Is there an influence of the Market Place Activity Learning Model on the ability to restrain oneself and enthusiasm for working in learning PAI for Class X students at Al Falah Vocational School, Sampang? Abstract

A study of intellectual capital was conducted to determine whether it can predict firm value by moderated ROA. This study is a quantitative study using secondary data from 240 observational datasets. Purposive sampling selection with company criteria in the LQ-45 index is used as a selection method consecutively from 2017 to 2020. The method of data analysis was panel data regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. The best estimation model used is the Fixed Effect model. We find that intellectual capital predicts the firm value. We also investigated that value-added capital employed and structural capital value added had a significant effect on firm value. In contrast, value-added human capital had no effect on firm value. We prove that profitability moderates the relationship between intellectual capital and firm value. The findings reveal that intellectual capital is an important determinant of a firm's value, thus the company of the LQ-45 index in developing economies like Indonesia needs to enhance their intellectual potential. Therefore, companies must stimulate the growth of capital employed and the efficiency of structural capital for enhanced firm value by strengthening ROA performance. This allows managers to allocate resources to critical knowledge assets for intellectual capital that can be turned into a sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed the way students interact, learn, and participate in social life through cyberspace. The increasing use of social media, online communication platforms, and internet-based applications has heightened the risk of legal violations such as cyberbullying, disinformation, privacy breaches, and hate speech. This condition indicates that technical digital literacy alone is insufficient without being accompanied by systematic and contextual legal education. This article aims to analyze the urgency of legal education for students as a foundation for building legal awareness in the era of digitalization. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review of various studies and regulations related to cyber law, civic education, and digital literacy. The findings reveal that legal education needs to be integrated into the school curriculum through an interdisciplinary approach that combines pedagogical aspects, digital ethics, and an understanding of cyber regulations. Legal education should not merely function as the transfer of normative knowledge, but also as a preventive effort to shape character, digital responsibility, and a culture of legal compliance from an early age. Therefore, strengthening legal education for students becomes a crucial strategy in creating a generation that is critical, ethical, and legally aware in utilizing cyberspace wisely and responsibly.
