Abstract

ABSTRACTDhanty Store is a family start-up located in East Jakarta. It was initiated in 2018, engaged in retail with the main product in the form of women's clothing and accessories. One of the important processes in Dhanty Store operations is the product procurement process. Currently, Dhanty Store request products according to their wishes without looking at their sales data. This causes their product stock is not well controlled. When there is a lot of demand, sometimes Dhanty Shops run out of stock so their customers will move to other stores. In addition, the process of requesting and procuring products to suppliers also takes a long time so that it can further disrupt the operations of Dhanty Store. This study develops a forecasting application prototype with the Weighted Moving Average method to assist Dhanty Store in the process of requesting and procuring their products. Forecasting results in the period (t) of the 1st week of January were 275 products. In addition, this study predicts product stock with a 4-week moving average and the MAD tracking signal value is ranged from -1.51 to 3.86 and the MAPE value is 35.4%. As for the reliability and level of user acceptance of the prototype model in this study, tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method and it is known that the average value given by respondents was 82 with details 0% considered inappropriate, 40% considered neutral and 60% rated it according to need.                                                                                                                                                        Keywords: data mining, forecasting, weighted moving average, MAD, MAPE, SUS

Abstract

The Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration (Ministry of Villages PDTT) is a ministry within the Government of Indonesia in charge of developing villages and rural areas, empowering rural communities, accelerating the development of disadvantaged areas, and transmigration. The 2014 Village Potential Data (Podes 2014) is data released by the Central Statistics Agency in collaboration with the Ministry of Villages PDTT in unsupervised form and consists of 6474 villages in the province of Aceh. Podes 2014 data is based on the level of village development (village specific) in Indonesia by using the village as the unit of analysis. Data mining is a method that can be used to group objects in a data into classes that have the same criteria (clustering). One of the algorithms that can be used for the clustering process is the k-means algorithm. Grouping data using k-means is done by calculating the shortest distance from a data point to a centroid point. In this study, a comparison of the distance calculation method on k-means between Manhattan, Euclidean and Chebyshev will be carried out. Tests will be performed using the execution time and the davies boulder index. From the tests that have been carried out, it is found that the number of villages in each cluster is 2,639 developing villages, 1,188 independent villages, 1,182 very underdeveloped villages, 1,266 developed villages and 199 disadvantaged clusters. The Chebyshev distance calculation method has the most efficient accumulation of time compared to Manhattan and Euclidean, while the Euclidean method has the most optimal Davies Index.

Abstract

Palangka Raya City, as one of the provincial capitals in Indonesia, which has an area of around 2,400,000 km2, is a strategic city as a service and distribution hub for the industrial, trade, government and education sectors. Regional Policy of the city government with the existence of a development plan in the City of Palangka Raya as an implementation of the city space with all the disadvantages of its designation resulting in a distribution pattern of urban land types which in fact is not evenly distributed throughout the city. This research was conducted based on the results of observations made in several Marketing Agents in the Palangkaraya Region, which included 5 districts where the survey results obtained several marketing agents for KPR housing with the aim of facilitating the purchase of KPR housing. The purpose of this study is to design a decision support system that is used to support the decision to purchase housing loans in the Palangkaraya area. Based on the research that has been done, it is expected that the results of the purchase decision support system for the KPR recommendation with the best value can be a recommendation for the purchase. This system is designed with the AHP and SAW methods to help prospective residents to determine the house based on the desired criteria.

Abstract

Abstract− The application of the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm can be implemented where the results also show a new insight, namely predicting the level of need. With a ratio of 90%:10%, where there are 50 data objects tested to predict the level of needs in 2 groups, namely low needs or high needs. The results of the model scenario show that there are 2 objects in the Low needs group and 1 object in the High needs group. In evaluating this model, it was obtained from 10 fold Cross Validation that the Accuracy value was 82%, then the Precision value was 87.50%, and the Recall value was 80%. By measuring the performance of the model with Cross Validation, the resulting accuracy has a standard value or standard deviation, which aims to see the distance between the average accuracy and the accuracy of each experiment. While the Test Results using PSO In the evaluation of this model, it is obtained from 10 fold Cross Validation the Accuracy value is 100%, then the Precision value is 100%, and the Recall value is 100%, the test results have increased significantly

Abstract

Diagnosis penyakit merupakan salah satu proses yang sangat menentukan dalam penangan kesehatan seorang pasien. Hasil diagnosis akan menentukan riwayat penyakit seorang pasien. Bahkan, hasil diagnosis tersebut akan menentukan langkah perawatan yang harus diberikan kepada pasien sebagai penanganan. Namun, permasalahan yang ada saat ini adalah proses diagnosis masih dilakukan secara manual dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama serta masih tergantung kepada kemampuan seorang dokter. Masalah sekarang ini sebuah penyakit cepat bermutasi dan berkembang sehingga langkah penanganan harus selalu diperabaharui. Sementara itu, jumlah dokter dan tenaga kesehatan yang ada lebih sedikit jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah pasien yang ada. Akibatnya, dokter akan kewalahan dan bisa saja salah diagnosis hingga penanganan. Diperlukan suatu model diagnosis yang cepat dan tepat pada rumah sakit, puskesmas dan klinik untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pakar dengan menerapkan metode certainty factor yang dapat membantu dokter dalam melakukan diagnosis penyakit. Untuk pengembagan model diagnosis, digunakan model waterfall dan memanfaatkan tool UML dan Bahasa PHP. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model diagnosis metode certainty factor dengan tingkat keyakinan mencapai 56,7% atau dengan interpretasi Sangat Mungkin. Pengujian kehandalan dan kebergunaan aplikasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Software Usability Scale (SUS) dengan hasil 82 yang artinya sistem pakar memberikan rekomendasi secara cepat dan tepat. Model Diagnosis dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima dengan baik oleh user berdasarkan pengujian Technology Acceptance Method (TAM) dengan nilai rata-rata 83,04%.

Abstract

In the process of submitting new products from customers, they often experience process inefficiencies, especially in proposing product samples. In a manual system, many use forms whose steps can result in the process of making new products inefficient. A web-based new product request information system is an application that is used to facilitate the process of submitting and managing requests for new products in the Engineering department of PT. Leoco Indonesia. This system is designed to facilitate communication between the Engineering team and other departments, as well as speed up and increase the efficiency of the new product request process. In this study the authors formulate how to design a system that can overcome problems in the process of submitting requests for new product samples Engineering Department PT. Leoco Indonesia is web-based which can support and be integrated especially in the Engineering Department which can reduce the risks of errors and can speed up the flow of data activity.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the availability of goods in warehouse inventory. This application was created to simplify the process of monitoring and managing inventory in warehouses, so as to increase efficiency and prevent shortages or excess stocks. The method used in this research is a case study method conducted at a retail company in Indramayu. Data were obtained through interviews and direct observation of inventory conditions at that time. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the goods availability application is very helpful in monitoring and controlling the stock of goods in the warehouse. By using this application, management can more easily track the incoming and outgoing goods, generate inventory reports automatically, and provide notifications when a product has reached the minimum stock limit. It is hoped that by implementing the application of the availability of goods in warehouse inventory, it can maintain inventory stability and improve work efficiency in this retail business.

Abstract

The development of creativity and teaching and learning activities for students and teachers in the world of education continues to develop along with the times. The digital era is supported by various application devices and the existence of the internet currently helps the teaching and learning process. Students need Canva training as a promotional media and information on school activities. The uses for students are making posters, class presentations and so on. Meanwhile, for teachers, it is a teaching presentation. This training is assisted and supported by the Lecturer Team as tutors because community service activities are part of the tri dharma of lecturers which must be carried out as a form of service and concern for the surrounding community. Activities in the form of counseling and design training using Canva were carried out at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Khoiriyah. The target group for this PKM activity is 20 students and 2 teachers. This activity is carried out face to face (On the spot training) which begins with observation and coordination and permission with the local school principal regarding planned activities to be carried out in that environment regarding availability. place, time and participants. Service activities are carried out using several stages: Preparation stage; Stage of implementing socialization regarding digital content for school students. The method used in implementing PKM activities is socialization using counseling techniques in the form of lectures or presenting material in the form of theory and videos related to the theme we are taking, questions and answers, creations and games. The results of the activity show an increase in creative ways of learning for students

Abstract

Determination of the value of the guarantee to the Bank in the process of applying for Home Ownership Credit (KPR) submitted by prospective customers still refers to the provisions of the Financial Services Authority, where the assessment must follow the existing rules and be carried out by public appraisals or commonly called the Office of Public Appraisal Services (KJPP). Currently the analyst credit officer cannot validate the results of the assessment report from KJPP, so if an error occurs either intentionally or not by KJPP or appraisal parties continue to process according to the given value. In the event of default of payment by the customer due to the lower collateral value of the loan provided, the bank violates Bank Indonesia Regulation number 18/16/PBI/2016 concerning loan to value ratio. This study aims to apply the K-Means algorithm in grouping home sales so that it can be used for the calculation of the estimated value of house prices, and develop a prototype of the house price estimation information system. Data retrieval using crawling or scrapping techniques on the website makes it easier to fulfill data on a dataset. The result of this study is the data of home sales for kebon Jeruk area spread across the internet can be grouped into 3 clusters with the value of David Bouldin Index in duri Kepa sub area, which is 0.096, in South Kedoya sub area of 0.087, in North Kedoya sub area of 0.071, and Kelapa Dua sub area of 0.117. By combining clusterization results using K-Means methodology with land price calculation formula obtained land price estimation in sub area. Keywords: K-Means, KPR, Data Scraping, KJPP, MAPPI

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to create and implement a simple class scheduling application that is useful to minimize the occurrence of clashes of time, classes, levels, teachers and students at the same time. The research method used is the Descriptive Method with the type of case study research. The descriptive method is a method of researching the status of a group of people, an object, a set of conditions, a system of thought or an event in the present. From this Thesis or Final Project, the author can draw the conclusion that the English Class Scheduling Information System in Indonesian-American Educational Institutions is more effective, fast, conceptual, and up to date in data processing
