Neonatal sepsis is a form of infectious disease in newborns with symptoms of systemic infection followed by bacteremia during the first month of life. Incidence of neonatal sepsis 1.5 to 3.72% in some referral hospitals in Indonesia with 37-80% CFR.To determine the characteristic of neonatal sepsis patients who are hospitalized at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan in 2010-2011 with research descriptive case series design. Population and sample numbered 108 person (total sampling). Data obtained from medical records, analyze data using Chi-square, Mann Whitney dan ANOVA.The results obtained proportion of patients with neonatal sepsis based on the characteristics of infant is early neonatal 83.3%, sex ratio 1.8: 1, not twins 92.6% and low birth weight 56.5%. Proportion of patients with neonatal sepsis based on maternal characteristics such as age 20-35 years 74.1%, preterm gestational age 49.1%, 65.7% parity (2-4), 57.4% a history of normal birth, and Early-onset sepsis 82.4%, 36.1% instead of referral, 38,9% own expense, the average threatment time of 7 days, cured 63%. There was no difference in the proportion of neonatal sepsis classification based on the history of birth (p>0,05). There was no difference in the proportion of neonatal sepsis classification based on the origin of a referral (p>0,05), there was no differences in the average treatment time is based on the classification of neonatal sepsis (p>0,05), there are differences in the average treatment time is based on sources of cost (p<0,05) , there are differences in the average treatment time is based on the state of coming home (p< 0.05). To the Hospital Dr. Pirngadi Medan, in order to improve the quality of health care through curative efforts and particularly for the early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis reduces mortality and neonates, and to seek listing more complete patient data on the card status. This study aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere and product diversification to customer satisfaction. Where the store atmosphere and product diversification as independent variables and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. this research is customer of Giant Supermarket Pekanbaru with sample of 100 people using Slovin formula. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. Data collection of research in the form of primary data by using questioner as research instrument, analysis of data used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The result of this research is store atmosphere and diversification have positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction. Where the value of coefficient determination (R²) indicates that store atmosphere and product diversification contribute to customer satisfaction variable of 65.2%, while 34.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: store atmosphere, product diversification, and customer satisfaction

Penelitian tentang Pemanfaatan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) pada Budidaya Tanaman KolBunga Brassica oleraceae var. botrytis L. subvar. cauliflora DC. dilakukan di Tombolo Pao, Kecamatan Tombolo Pao, Kabupaten Gowa Sulawesi Selatan. Analisis kandungan tanah dilakukan di Laboratorium Kimia dan Kesuburan Tanah Jurusan Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Hasanuddin, Makassar. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan pupuk organik cair pada budidaya tanaman kol bunga dan dosis yang optimal untuk pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kol bunga Brassica oleraceae var. botrytis L. Penelitian ini disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 5 perlakuan dan 3 kelompok. Analisis data menggunakan Analysis of variance. Hasil yang berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik cair dengan dosis 30 ml/l air memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat bunga, berat total tanaman, dan diameter bunga, serta berpengaruh nyata terhadap lebar daun, diameter batang dan panjang akar. Kata Kunci: Kol Bunga Brassica oleraceae var. botrytis L. subvar. cauliflora DC., Pupuk organik cair, budidaya.

Abstract : The problem in this research was social studies students achievement in fourth graderes (IVC) SDN 59 Sebangar still low with average value 53,23 (with KKM 65 ). The purpose of this research was to improve the students achievement of the fourth graderes (IVC) SDN 59 Sebangar with the implementation of mind mapping method. This research was a classroom action research with two cycles in second semester 2014/2015. Before implementation mind mapping method average 53,23, after implementation of mind mapping method, UH 1 was 66,92 that improve 16,89% from before exam with average 53,23. UH 2 was 79,04 that improve 30,64%. Teacher’s activities with the implementation of mind mapping method at first meeting of first cycle was 57,14% ( enough category ), and second meeting was 78,57% ( good category ) that improve 21,43 point. At second cycle, teacher’s activities was 82,14% ( good category ) that improve 3,57 point from second meeting of first cycle. Second meeting of second cycle was 89,29% ( everygood category ) which improve 7,14 point. Implementation of mind mapping method can improved social studies students achievement of fourth graderes (IVC) SDN 59 Sebangar.Key Words : Mind Mapping Method, Social Studies Student’s Achievement

Problem of this research is how learning of Bedana Marawis Female dance in Junior High School State 22 Bandar Lampung. This research aim to describe how learning of Bedana Marawis Female dance in Junior High School State 22 Bandar Lampung. This research uses descriptive research method qualitative. Source of data in this research is 28 people participant of student following extracurricular activity of dance. Technique collecting data at this research in the form of observation, interview, documentation, and test. Result of research indicate that learning of Bedana Marawis Female dance can be told to succeed, result learn student included in good criterion with average value 75.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pembelajaran tari Bedana Marawis Putri di SMP Negeri 22 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran tari Bedana Marawis Putri di SMP Negeri 22 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah 28 orang peserta putri yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tari. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran tari Bedana Marawis Putri dapat dikatakan berhasil, hasil belajar siswa tergolong dalam kriteria baik dengan nilai rata-rata 75.Kata kunci: ekstrakurikuler, pembelajaran, tari Bedana Marawis

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the singing method on students' phonation abilities. The method used is an experimental method with a pre-experimental model design one group pretest-posstest. Data collection techniques using essay test techniques. The sample in this study was class A.2.1 with a total of 39 students. The data analysis used the t test formula using the IBM SPSS 24 program. The results showed that the singing method was effective in improving students' phonation skills in the Phonology course. The effectiveness of this singing method was proven by the results of the pretest with the student's average score of 83.7 with a very good category, while the posttest results of 85.4 were also in a very good category. Based on the results of statistical test analysis using SPSS 24, it can be explained that the average value obtained is 1.65 with a standard deviation of 14.391, and the average standard error value is 2.433. From the results of the data analysis, the t test value is 3,970 with a df of 34.

This article describes the character's values on the character of Mother named Mbok Rondo in folklore "Timun Mas". The method used is semiotics approach, data collection technique used is reading text reading to deepen the character possessed by character Mbok Rondo in folklore "Timun Mas". The source of the data comes from a collection of folklore books titled "Timun Mas dan Raksasa", composed by MB.Rahimsyah, AR published by Bintang Indonesia in the first print of 2010. Data processing research is done by looking for a sign that shows the value of characters contained in the sentence , paragraphs, and quotes of dialogue in the folklore. The results obtained from this study show that the character values of Mbo Rondo characters are honest, hard work, creative, disciplined, independent, curiosity, communicative, peaceful, responsible, and religious.

Latar belakang dan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui fenomena, serta kesimpulan mengenai pengaruh Kontrol Sosial dan Penerapan Teknologi Informasi terhadap Efektifitas Pelayanan Publik di lingkungan masyarakat Kelurahan Guntur Jakarta Selatan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kuantitatif, teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu : uji kualitas data validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik normalitas, multikolinieritas dan heterokendatisitas, analisis regresi yaitu regresi sederhana dan berganda, parsial t, simultan F dan koefesien determinasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh atau sensus. Responden dalam penelitian ini 198 Masyarakat yang berada dalam lingkungan administrasi Kelurahan Guntur Jakarta Selatan.Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: Hasil analisa uji parsial t pertama menjawab H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh Kontrol Sosial terhadap Pelayanan Publik. Hasil analisa uji parsial t kedua menjawab H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh Teknologi Informasi terhadap Pelayanan Publik. Hasil analisis uji simultan F menjawab Ho ditolak dan H3 diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama Kontrol Sosial dan Teknologi Informasi terhadap Pelayanan Publik kepada masyarakat yang berada dalam lingkungan administrasi Kelurahan Guntur Jakarta Selatan. Kata Kunci: Kontrol Sosial, Penerapan Teknologi Informasi, Efektifitas Pelayanan Publik.

Sosiologi sastra merupakan penelitian yang mengkaji hubungan karya sastra dengan manusia dalam masyarakat dan proses sosialnya. Folklore Putri Dayang Merindu cukup banyak mengandung unsur-unsur sosiologi sastra khususnya aspek etika, sosial, dan budaya. Rumusan masalah yang diambil yaitu bagaimana aspek etika, aspek sosial, dan aspek budaya yang terdapat dalam folklore Putri Dayang Merindu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan, mencari data dan informasi, serta menganalisis tentang aspek etika, aspek sosial, dan aspek budaya dalam folklore Putri Dayang Merindu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan jumlah data dalam folklore Putri Dayang Merindu ini terdapat beberapa aspek yaitu (1) Aspek etika yang terdapat dalam folklore Putri Dayang Merindu yaitu etika tanggung jawab sebanyak dua data, etika moral sebanyak tiga data, etika hati nurani sebanyak dua data, dan etika hak dan kewajiban sebanyak satu data. (2) Aspek sosial yang terdapat dalam folklore Putri Dayang Merindu yaitu interaksi sosial sebanyak tiga data. (3) Aspek budaya yang terdapat dalam folklore Putri Dayang Merindu yaitu sistem religi sebanyak satu data, bahasa sebanyak satu data, sistem peralatan hidup sebanyak tiga data, dan sistem mata pencaharian hidup sebanyak satu data. Hasil analisis sosiologis dalam folklore Putri Dayang Merindu paling banyak mengandung aspek etika. Kata Kunci: Sosiologi Sastra, Folklore

This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The study aims toknow the effectiveness of phonetic methods in improving the English skills of elementaryschool students. Language plays a very important role in our daily lives, to communicateideas to others. Language skils are the basic ingredients for everyone to expressthemselves starting from the feelings, desires, opinions, and needs of each individual.The more language a person knows, the easier it is for him to communicate.Understanding English must be solidified to students as an international language. Thestudy was based in the thought that students should be speaking English in dailyinteractions in the school language program. Because of this, the need to learningpronunciation, vocabulary and grammar in English learning is essential for improvingstudents language skills, students should study the pronunciation, vocabulary, andgrammar as much as possible to establish good communication with other students.
