Abstract

In this case, the role of a leader is needed to motivate salt farmers. The aim of this research is to find out the role of the village head in motivating salt farmers in Pinggir Papas village, Sumenep district the role of the village head in motivating salt farmers in Pinggir Papas village, Sumenep district. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely a type of research with the aim of presenting a complete picture according to the problem being studied. The research results found that the village head's role in motivating salt farmers was effective. Salt farmers say that when they get motivation from the village head, they can maximize their time and energy to produce salt.  The role of the village head in motivating salt farmers is to provide direction, guidance, assistance and discussions related to how to produce quality salt. The conclusion from the results of this research is that the role of the village head in motivating salt farmers in Pinggir Papas village has an impact on the welfare of the people in Pinggir Papas village, the majority of whom are salt farmers. The role of the village head in motivating salt farmers is said to be successful due to the principles possessed by salt farmers, namely, focus on work, efficiency and priorities in work

Abstract

The ederly is the last stage in human life. In this phase, the elderly experience a variety of life processes, one of them is empty nest. Children where leave the house cause them to feel empty. As a result, the elderly experience difficulties in their lives. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of gratitude on loneliness in the elderly. Based on the literature review, the researchers determined the research hypothesis that there was a negative relationship between gratitude and loneliness. This research used quantitative methods and used quota sampling as a sampling technique. The subjects in this study were 54 elderly IPPK (Ikatan Purnakaryawan Pendidik dan Kebudayaan) members where live in the sub-district of Jumapolo. Research variables were measured using gratitude scale and empty nest scale. The obtained data were analyzed using simple product moment analysis. The results showed the value of correlation coefficient of = -0,352 p= 0,019 (p<0,01). It proved that there was a significant negative correlation between gratitude and empty nest in the elderly, so hypotheses presented in this study was received. Additional analysis using multiple regression analysis was used to test the influence between aspects of gratitude and empty nest. Based on the calculation results, a significance value of p = 0.69 (not significant) (p> 0.05) was obtained. The results of the multiple regression analysis show that there is no influence between the gratitude aspect and the empty nest.

This research of writer conduct in April 2014, in PT Kaber Azeze Mediatel(Madura Channel TV) precisely JI. Adirasa No 5-7 Sumenep kolor. PT. KaberAzeze Mediatel (Madura Channel TV) is new company have peripateticoperational in Information area. that is Television Media. Abstract

Economic crisis result growth of economics which is slowly. Growth ofeconomics which is slowly non taking root at problem, because weakness at justmonetary and monetary sector, but weak of riil economic sector structure in faceof distortion from outside (external shock) or distortion from within (internalshock). Target of this research is to know influence entrepreneur orientation tocompany performance at UKM Furniture in Sumenep, to know influence ability ofmanagement to company performance at UKM Furniture Sumenep, to knowinfluence of business strategy to company performance at UKM FurnitureSumenep. Technique data analyse is used Doubled Linear Regression.

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility is very important to maintain the image andsustainability of the business in order to maintain cooperation with the community,besides that TJP carried out by Santos must be supported by community participation inthe development that will be carried out.The purpose of this study is to find out thecontribution of TJP Santos (Madura Offshore) Pty. Ltd. in the perspective of thecommunity group, Giligenting District, Sumenep District. The research method usedis qualitative descriptive.The results of this study indicate that the contribution of TJPSantos (Madura Offshore) Pty. Ltd. in the perspective of the community group,Giligenting District, Sumenep District. This can be indicated by four activities followedby community groups ranging from participating in decision making so that the financialassistance provided is in accordance with the needs of the community, participation inthe implementation of activities by participating in the development process undertaken,participation in monitoring and evaluation of development carried out by BISMA inoverseeing the development of assistance provided, besides that the community groupwas also active in providing information to the BISMA related to the development carriedout.

Abstract

Mr. shop Cups is a business engaged in the typical culinary field of Sumenep. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has made the food industry suffer big losses, because there are rules to reduce interaction with other people or have to keep their distance. The impact of this policy was also felt by the Mr. Shop. Cup. This study aims to find out how the reward system at Mr. Sumenep cup. This type of research is qualitative. The sample data source in this study is the owner of the shop, Mr. Cup as a key informant. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study indicate that the wage system at the Mr.Cangkir Sumenep shop is based on a time system wage, namely daily.

Abstract

High uric acid levels cause pain and swelling in the bones and joints, which are commonly experienced by most elderly individuals. Another factor that can increase uric acid levels is the excessive consumption of foods high in purines. Non-pharmacological treatment can be used to control uric acid levels, one of which is by performing ergonomic exercises. Ergonomic exercises involve muscle movements combined with breathing techniques. The purpose of this community service program is to enhance the elderly's knowledge of managing uric acid levels through ergonomic exercise training. The activities include delivering educational material, conducting ergonomic exercise training, as well as discussions and Q&A sessions. The results of this community service activity indicate that the elderly understood the material presented. Through presentations and ergonomic exercise demonstrations, there was a 22% increase in understanding, and they were able to perform ergonomic exercises independently.

Abstract

Wages are a fair and worthy reward for workers for their services in achieving organizational goals. Wages are direct financial rewards paid to employees based on hours worked, the number of goods produced or the number of services provided. The amount of wages can vary. Bintang Emas MSMEs are home industries that produce cassava chip products. The Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020 to mid-2022 has had an impact on Bintang Emas MSMEs, where sales have decreased and resulted in a wage system at Bintang Emas MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to find out how the wage system in Bintang Emas MSMEs is.This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Abstract

MSMEs actors have the potential to contribute to improving the regional and national economy. However, many MSME actors still do not receive maximum training. The aim of this research is to analyze how the training patterns and human resource empowerment patterns carried out by Bintang Mas MSMEs in Sumenep Regency support the development of the creative economy. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is empowerment carried out by Bintang Mas, namely by recruiting workers who are dominated by the community around the Bintang Mas MSME. In this case, it is the community in Kasengan Village. One of the main reasons is to help improve the family economy and increase income for local residents. Then, the pattern of human resource training for MSME Bintang Mas players is on the job training, namely the owners of MSME Bintang Mas directly provide training to their workforce at the workplace while carrying out work in each section.

Abstract

Digital transformation is now a strategic necessity for organizations across various sectors. This review explores how different leadership styles—transformational, agile, servant, inclusive, and ethical—affect organizational readiness to adopt digital technologies. Using systematic review methods and bibliometric analysis, studies from major databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar were analyzed to identify patterns and key findings. Inclusion criteria emphasized peer-reviewed research published between 2010 and 2025, encompassing diverse sectors and global contexts. Findings show that transformational leadership improves innovation and agility, agile leadership accelerates technology adoption, servant and inclusive leadership increase employee engagement and reduce resistance, while ethical leadership strengthens trust, fairness, and sustainability. Organizational readiness is also shaped by systemic factors such as regulations, culture, and resources. Developing countries often face challenges due to limited infrastructure, while developed countries benefit from stronger policy and technological support. These dynamics underscore the interdependence of leadership and systemic environments in shaping digital outcomes. In conclusion, leadership styles are decisive in shaping digital readiness, but their effects differ by sector and region. Policy support, leadership training, and organizational reforms are needed to overcome barriers and achieve inclusive digital transformation. Future research should focus on long-term impacts, contextual variations, and integrative leadership frameworks to ensure sustainable and inclusive digital transformation.
