Abstract

Kepunahan beberapa spesies seperti burung Dodo (Raphus cuculatus) di Pulau Mauritius, harimau Bali (Panthera tigris balica) sebagai bentuk berkurangnya  keragaman hayati,  polusi udara, air, suara, dan tanah, serta pembalakan hutan (deforestry) secara massif telah menyebabkan pemanasan global (global warming) yang memberi dampak buruk pada kehidupan di bumi merupakan potret dari berbagai ketidakarifan manusia dalam mengelola alam sebagai karunia Tuhan. Respon teologis atas krisis lingkungan serupa telah disuarakan dalam tradisi agama Abrahamik, baik dalam  agama Yahudi, Kristen, maupun Islam serta tradisi Hiduistik dan Budhisme. Perlunya masyarakat  untuk merumuskan kembali pandangan teologi mereka tentang penciptaan sebagai tanggapan terhadap perkembangan sains seperti kosmologi, biologi, genetika dan ekologi pada dunia baru yang kemudian dikenal dengan istilah ekoteologi. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran potensial yang mungkin dimainkan oleh penganut agama dalam pembuatan kebijakan perlindungan lingkungan. Dengan metode hermenetika teks dan menggunakan pendekatan teologi artikel ini menjelaskan dua masalah yang mensinergikan antara agama dengan sains dalam pemanfaatan sumber alam. Pertama, bahwa pluralitas agama baik formal maupun tribal memuat landasan moral bagi etika lingkungan yang ramah  dan kedua, pemanfaatan sumber daya alam yang minus spiritualitas telah mengakibatkan berbagai bentuk bencana lingkungan. Sinergitas agama dan sains menjadi harapan bagi keberlangsungang ekologi, bagi bumi yang ramah, dan kabar gembira bagi kehidupan mendatang

Abstract

Keberadaan kaum penyandang cacat tidak dapat dinafikan dan merupakan bagian dari kehidupanmenusia. Berdasarkan teori ilmu sosial secara umum penyandang cacat dapat dikelompokkan menjaditiga, yaitu fisik, non fisik, dan ganda. Semua kelompok penyandang cacat ini bermuara kepadaketidakmampuan dan tidak berfungsinya organ-organ fisik (panca indra) maupun non fisik. Padatataran realita para penyandang cacat masih sering mendapatkan perlakuan diskriminasi dan stigmanegatif dari beberapa pihak. Tulisan ini berusaha untuk melihat bagaimana al-Qur’an berbicaramengenai penyandang cacat serta eksistensinya dalam tatanan hukum dan sosial. Terminologi yangdigunakan al-Qur’an untuk menunjukkan keberadaan penyandang cacat adalah adalah a’ma, akmah,bukm, dan shum. Terdapat 38 ayat yang tersebar dalam 26 surat dalam al Qur’an. Dari jumlahyang cukup banyak tersebut hanya ada lima ayat yang berbicara mengenai cacat fisik dan selebihnyaberbicara mengetani cacat non fisik. Dari tulisan ini dapat diketahui bahwa penyandang cacat menurutal-Qur’an orang yang memiliki kecacatan fisik dan teologis. Dari segi keberadaannya, mereka adalahsama dengan individu normal lainnya, baik dalam aspek hukum maupun sosial. Meskipun dalambeberapa hal dan kondisi memiliki kekhususan sebagai bentuk perlindungan.

Abstract

Education should lead to creating human beings who believe in the Divine. Here, their personality in the characteristics of ‘Ibadurrahman is to become true believers, as mentioned in the Holy Qur’an. Such characteristics as the faithful servants of God are necessarily taught in Islamic education. The word ‘Ibadurrahman as stated in the Qur’an (Surah al-Furqan, verse 63-77) is indeed the core of character education. This article describes what and how the character of ‘Ibadurrahman works and how it constructs the objectives of Islamic education. Methodically, this article is a library research considering the data examined and analyzed are based on library references. The result shows the Holy Qur’an has set an example of human personality, a true believer who owns the character of ‘Ibadurrahman, the loving servant of God. To this end, the millennial character education must refer to constructing the personality of ‘Ibadurrahman to build civilization

Abstract

The measurement of beauty might be a problem when a person claimed about the value of beauty. This had brought the issue of Islamic aesthetics (which was expressed in the works of art), less appreciated and mired in the stagnation for centuries. While in the West, the aesthetic value had been trapped in the dichotomy of subjectivity and objectivity and had led to the relativistic subjectivity by marginalizing metaphysical approach. Polarization of Islamic aesthetics on geometric themes, arabas and calligraphy had put the creativity of Muslim artists in the stocks, even up to the understanding of the aesthetic itself. Iconoclastic of the mainstream of Islamic artistic should have been one option only. As a product of classical thought and compliance, the iconoclastic should have no longer been representing the needs and been existing in the present context. This study was trying to make arguments both longstanding and recent findings. Realism became researchers’ choice, because realism had the richest footing both in the Qur’an and scientific findings. This study expected to break the shell of orthodoxy about the size of aesthetics in the frame of Islam and gave hope to both the perpetrators and the art connoisseur to the ultimate point

Abstract

Women’s education in Riau has a relationship with daughter diniyah long measdow under the auspices of the Foundation of Islamic Woen Union (YKWI). YKWI over 58 years to education for all in Pekanbaru successfully arranged. YKWI dynamics in the field of education of women and children in Pekanbaru can be characterized from the opening of schools, madrassas and places of course.

Abstract

This research discusses about what and how the educational system during the reign of the Sultan Syarif Kasim II in Siak. The finding of this research shows that after Hindia-Belanda regime opened the lower school such as Hollandsch Inlandsch School, Inlandsch School and Sekolah Desa, then the Sultanate also established some Islamic-based school such as Madrasah Taufikiyah, male school. In fact, his wife also opened some islamic-based school for girls that focused on girl specific skills and Madrasah Anisa. The opening of these schools was a sign showed by the Kingdom that they were not going along with colonialism and also it was percieved as a way to increase the popularity and influence of Siak Kingdom that had gradually decreased. At the end this action was being taken for the sustainability of the Malay Kingdom as the dissemination of Islam and education.

Abstract

Sekalipun sumber sejarah Kerajaan Siak  diyakini cukup banyak dan sebagian besar telah diketahui. Akan tetapi, sejarah Kerajaan Siak masih memiliki cacat-cacat fakta dan lubang-lubang interpretasi. Salah satu penyebab cacat fakta adalah karena ketiadaan sumber primer. Jikapun ada sumber, maka informasinya menimbulkan keraguan dan  bahkan terdapat kerancuan. Upaya untuk menemukan sumber sejarah untuk Kerajaan Siak dan mendiseminasikannya melalui kegiatan penerjemahan, itulah tujuan kajian ini. Kajian ini menemukan bahwa salah satu sumber sejarah Kerajaan Siak yang terbaik pada zamannya adalah karya Hijmans van Anrooij berjudul Nota Omtrent Het Rijk van Siak (1885). Van  Anrooij menjadi saksi sezaman untuk sejumlah paparan  dan informasi yang disampaikannya. Dia memaparkan berbagai aspek tentang Kerajaan Siak dengan menggunakan sumber sebelumnya dari Residen E. Netscher.  Bahkan ia tak segan-segan menggunakan  sumber tradisional, seperti hikayat-hikayat dan legenda setempat.

Abstract

Utilization of historical relics in the Riau region has a foundation in Law No. 11 of 2010 in the spirit of preservation of cultural heritage. Preservation requires the use, utilization and necessity of community involvement. Every effort to use cultural heritage must pay attention to the preservation of nature and the surrounding environment. Educational aspects for each tourism policy must be included and included in the curriculum and learning in schools. In Riau, efforts have been made to make a complete cultural heritage with its eco-tourism as part of tourist destinations. These efforts are carried out by the community, both individually and in the form of communities. Various efforts that are growing in this area require guidance and assistance from the government. There are groups of people who are active in the utilization of historical heritage, but they have not received attention and have not been cooperated by the government in order to develop the people's economy through ecotourism. preservation of cultural heritage. There are focus and priority, such as Siak Regency, but there are some who still have not relied on the nature-based tourism sector as a regional asset. However, in various circles, both government and society, the desire to make historical heritage as an eco-tourism destination is growing.

Abstract

Many destruction and neglect of historical and cultural heritage are caused by a lack of conservation literacy. The younger generation must be appropriately informed about this issue to build apprehension and give ideas and creativity concerning preservation. Senapelan, as the ancient city area is known now, is rich in historical and cultural value. Unfortunately, the existence of these relics has not been effectively used for the benefit of science and society. On the other hand, a community of observers or historical activists seeking recognition for their efforts in promoting historical heritage and tourism has begun to emerge. Collaboration between universities and historical and tourism observers communities can take place, giving meaning to campus support for conservation efforts carried out by the community. The activity partners are young people who are intended to motivate the community to care for the environment. They get new knowledge, a new and different concept of conservation, and a lasting impact. They can comprehend that conservation is more than just safeguarding cultural heritage or keeping it clean; it is also about developing and exploiting it for the benefit of the community.

Abstract

Daulah Abasiyyah merupakan salah satu daulah yang sangat besar peranannya dalam perkembangan ummat islam baik dalam bidang keagamaan ataupun tatanan negara. Daulah Abasiyyah merupakan daulah yang sangat maju dari segi ekonomi, sehingga banyak pemikir sekarang yang masih menggunakan sistem ekonomi Daulah Abasiyyah dalam memajukan perekonomian negaranya. Penelitian ini membahas tentang perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, perekonomian daulah abbasiyah serta perekonomin daulah abasiyah pada masa disentralisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian kualtitaif dengan menggunakan pendekatan library research dengan mencari informasi terpercaya dari berbagai sumber tertulis seperti buku, jurnal dan sumber yang berkaitan dengan perekonomian pada masa daulah abbasiyah. Dalam hasil penelitian ini masa perekonomian daulah abbasiyah di terapkan uang jenis baru yang terbuat dari tembaga, praktik jihbiz yang konsepnya seperti praktik bank syairah yakni menerima titipan uang, meminjamkan uang dan jasa pengiriman uang, praktik intervensi harga demi mengendalikan harga dipasaran dengan membentuk tim yang melaporkan harga, pembentukan badan khusus bertugas mengawasi pasar dagang, mengatur ukuran timbangan, menentukan harga pasar agar terhindar dari penyelewengan. Pada masa disentralisasi sektor perekonomian menurun dikarenakan banyak para pejabat yang melakukan korupsi, serta lemahnya perekonomian dan pertanian akibat irigrasi pertanian dan rusaknya jalur perdagangan, dan kekuatan militer propinsial yang proaktif meneriakkan otonomi dan menolak keras sentralisasi kekuasaan Bani Abbasiyah.
