Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran instruktur dalam proses pembelajaran kursus mengemudi di Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Borneo Samarinda, subjek penelitian didapat dari hasil pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek dari data wawancara berupa narasumber dari penelitian ini terdiri dari pengelolah/penanggung jawab, Instruktur kursus mengemudi dan Peserta Kursus mengemudi. Subjek dari observasi berupa peneliti langsung ke Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Borneo Samarinda untuk mengamati langsung peran instruktur dalam proses pembelajaran kursus mengemudi. Selanjutnya subjek dari dokumentasi pada penelitian ini berbentuk tulisan dan foto yang di dapat pada saat observasi berlangsun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriftif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan menarik kesimpulan. Peran instruktur sebagai Informator, Fasilitator, Motivator dan Evaluator. Pada proses pembelajaran yang mana langsung diikuti oleh peserta kursus dan didampingi oleh instruktur agar optimal dalam mengikuti pelatihan mengemudi. Kegiatan kursus mengemudi yang didukung oleh fasilitas yang memadai sebagai penunjang keberhasilan tujuan yang ditetapkan sebelumnya

Abstract

Training is a part of education which contains a short duration learning process and is organized in a systematic and structured manner. This training aims to identify training on the implementation of sewing women's clothing for students to improve life skills at BPVP Samarinda City. Research subjects obtained from the results of data collection in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects of the interview data in the form of resource persons from this study consisted of the heads of the women's clothing sewing department programs, training instructors and training participants in women's clothing sewing. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques in this study used interview, observation and documentation techniques. While the data analysis techniques in this study used data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study include: The stages of training needs analysis using observation and field surveys according to what is needed as well as planning and preparing instructors as the basis for forming a training, so that training planning is a procedure to achieve a predetermined goal, and using the implementation training method is a process of implementing training, with the implementation of training methods can run optimally, and the next stage is training evaluation one of the tools used in assisting program planning and improving the training program, self-evaluation can be used as a level of effectiveness of a program. - Factors that influence the success of the training process selling women's clothing, namely the existence of instructors, training participants and facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to assess and analyze whether the STP (Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning) marketing strategy on the sales volume that has been implemented by Cafe Teras Empang in Parepare City has reached approximately one year (2021-2022). This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of Cafe Teras Empang while the sample of this study were all 36 employees of Cafe Teras Empang as respondents using saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The data collection techniques were carried out by means of questionnaires conducting interviews and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is to use Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using two statistical test methods, namely Simultaneous Test (Test f). Based on the results of research with statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. In the classical assumption test, it is proven that all indicators are normally distributed and there is a significant linear relationship between each independent variable and the dependent variable, for influence Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning all have a positive direction and are not significant in their influence on the sales volume at Cafe Teras Empang in Parepare City.
