Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pendapatan orang tua dan lingkungan sosial secara bersama-sama terhadap minat siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian survey dimana kuesioner menjadi teknik dalam pengumpulan data. Populasi yang diambil adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII IPA SMA Swadharma Mopugad, dengan sampel penelitian yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin dan mendapatkan total sampel sebanyak 44 siswa. Data di analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, hasilnya adalah thitung X1= 1,862 > ttabel = 0,297 dan thitung X2= 5,073 > ttabel = 0,297 dengan demikian H0 ditolak pada taraf signifikan 0,05 dan menerima H1 sehingga kesimpulannya adalah pendapatan orang tua dan lingkungan sosial berpengaruh terhadap minat siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Promosi terhadap Loyalitas pembeli pada pelanggan di Multimart Tomohon, (2) Pengaruh Profesionalisme Pramuniaga terhadap Loyalitas Pembeli pada pelanggan di Multimart Tomohon, (3) Pengaruh Promosi, dan Profesionalisme Pramuniaga terhadap Loyalitas Pembeli pada pelanggan di Multimart Tomohon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di Multimart Tomohon. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Promosi terhadap loyalitas pembeli Multimart Tomohon 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Profesionalisme Pramuniaga terhadap Loyalitas pembeli, dan 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Promosi, dan Profesional Pramuniaga secara bersama-sama terhadap Loyalitas pembeli dengan Koefisien 54,0%. Kata kunci : Promosi, Profesional pramuniaga dan Loyalitas pembeli ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Promotion on Buyer Loyalty to Customers at Multimart Tomohon, (2) The Effect of Salesperson's Professionalism on Buyer Loyalty to Customers at Multimart Tomohon, (3) The Effect of Promotion, and Professionalism of Sales Assistants on Buyer Loyalty to Customers in Tomohon. Multimart Tomohon. This study uses a causal associative method using a quantitative approach. The population in this study are consumers who have made purchases at Multimart Tomohon. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a total sample of 70 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect of Promotion on the loyalty of Multimart Tomohon buyers 2) there was a positive and significant influence of Salesperson Professionalism on Buyer Loyalty, and 3) there was a positive and significant influence of Promotion, and Professional Salesperson together on Loyalty buyers with a coefficient of 54.0%. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh minat belajar dan model pembelajaran hybrid learning secara bersama sama terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran ips di smp negeri 2 eris. Pendekatan kuantitatif bersumber dari data dan informasi utamanya diperoleh dari responden sebagai sempel penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa di smp negeri 2 eris yang berjumlah 36 orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah random sampling dengan taraf 5% sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 33 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel model pembelajaran hybrid learning secara bersama sama memiliki pengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran ips di smp negeri 2 eris. Kata Kunci: Minat Belajar, Model Pembelajaran Hybrid Learning, Hasil Belajar Abstrack This study aims to determine how the influence of learning interest and the hybrid learning model together on student learning outcomes in social studies learning at SMP Negeri 2 Eris. The quantitative approach is based on data and information primarily obtained from respondents as research samples using questionnaires or surveys as data collection instruments. The population in this study were students at SMP Negeri 2 Eris totaling 36 students. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a level of 5% so that a sample of 33 students was obtained. The results of the study showed that the hybrid learning model variables together had a positive or significant influence on student learning outcomes in social studies learning at SMP Negeri 2 Eris. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Online Customer Review danKualitas Produk Shopee Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Maahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomidan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei denganpendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah 271mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Manado, dengan sampelyang diambil sebanyak 73 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui kuesioneryang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data digunakan regresi linierberganda, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji hipotesis (uji t dan f) dan koefisien determinasi.. Hasildari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Online Customer Review tidakberpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara Kualitas Produk secara parsialberpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, baik OnlineCustomer Review maupun Kualitas Produk memberikan pengaruh yang signifikanterhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 31% menunjukkankontribusi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 69%dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Online Customer Review, Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to determine the influence of online customer review andproduct quality on purchasing decisions of students at the Faculty of Economics andBusiness, Manado State University. This research uses a quantitative approach. Thepopulation that was the focus of this research was 271 students from Faculty of Economicsand Business, Manado State University, with a sample of 73 respondents. The datacollection technique is through a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have beentested. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, classical asumption tests,as well as hypothesis testing (t and f tests) and coefficient of determination. This results ofthis research show that partially online customer review have no influence on purchasingdecisions, while partial product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.Simultaneously, both online customer review and product quality have a significantinfluence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of the determination value of 31% showsthe contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable, while the remaining69% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.Keywords: Online Customer review, Product Quality, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine how to determine the influence of parents' socio-economic status and economic literacy together on students' consumer behavior at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. The research method used is a survey method, which is sourced from data and information mainly obtained from respondents as research samples using questionnaires or questionnaires as data collection instruments. The population in this study were 96 students of class XI OTKP at SMK N 1 Bitung. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a level of 5% so that a sample of 77 students was obtained. The results of the study showed that the variable of parents' socio-economic status had a positive or significant influence on students' consumer behavior at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung, the variable of parents' socio-economic status, the variable of economic literacy together had a positive or significant influence on students' consumer behavior at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media utilization and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of office management and business service class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data through distributing questionnaires to 75 office management and business service class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. The results of the study obtained a multiple linear regression equation Ŷ = 5.011 + 0.546 X₁ + 0.405X₂. learning motivation has a significant effect on learning outcomes with a t-count value> t-table, namely (6.800> 1.993). Then the results of the F test prove that the use of social media and learning motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of office management and business service class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung with an F-count value greater than the F-table, namely (557.18> 3.12) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion is that the use of social media and learning motivation have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the learning outcomes of office management and business services students of class X at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) on high school students' 21st century economic competencies with learning engagement as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design, the study involved 358 public high school students in Bitung City selected through proportional stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) through SmartPLS 4. Results showed that AI (β = 0.364, p < 0.001) and AR (β = 0.498, p < 0.001) significantly influenced learning engagement, which in turn influenced 21st century economic competence (β = 0.654, p < 0.001). Learning engagement partially mediated the AI-competence (β = 0.238) and AR-competence (β = 0.326) relationships. The model explained 51.5% of learning engagement variance and 42.8% of 21st century economic competence variance. The findings resulted in a dual-technology competency development framework that integrates dual technology capabilities through direct and mediated pathways. Research implications emphasize the importance of differentiated learning technology implementation and teacher training that is responsive to the needs of AI-AR integration. The synergistic integration of AI and AR is proven to be a transformative catalyst in shaping students' competencies in the digital era.

Abstract

Academic achievement is widely recognized as one of the most crucial indicators of educational success, reflecting the extent to which students are able to attain learning objectives. It is strongly influenced by both internal and external factors that shape students’ attitudes, behaviors, and performance in the learning process. Among these factors, learning discipline and learning motivation play a particularly important role in determining students’ achievement outcomes. This study aims to examine the influence of learning discipline and learning motivation on the academic achievement of vocational high school students. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of the study consisted of tenth-grade students in the Office Management and Business Services program at SMKS Kristen 2 Tomohon. A total of 30 students were selected as research participants. Data were collected using structured questionnaires that measured students’ learning discipline and learning motivation, while their academic achievement was assessed through official school records. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 27 to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The findings reveal that both learning discipline and learning motivation have a significant and positive effect on academic achievement. The coefficient of determination (R Square) was found to be 0.949, indicating that 94.9% of the variation in academic achievement can be explained by learning discipline and learning motivation. The remaining 5.1% is attributed to other factors not included in this study, such as family background, peer influence, teaching quality, and learning environment. These results emphasize the importance of fostering consistent learning discipline and strengthening intrinsic as well as extrinsic motivation in order to improve students’ academic performance. In conclusion, the study highlights that educational institutions, teachers, and parents must work collaboratively to encourage disciplined learning habits and sustain students’ motivation, as both are proven to be strategic factors in enhancing academic achievement at the vocational school level.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of teachers’ professional competence and teaching experience on students’ learning ability at SMA Negeri 1 Motoling. The population of the study comprises all 95 students of SMA Negeri 1 Motoling, while the sample used consists of 77 students, selected through simple random sampling to ensure data representativeness. Data were collected using questionnaires and observations, then analyzed using simple and multiple regression techniques. The results indicate that teachers’ professional competence has a positive and significant effect on students’ learning ability, meaning that teachers with higher mastery of subject matter, pedagogical skills, and classroom management can enhance student learning outcomes. Similarly, teachers’ teaching experience positively and significantly affects students’ learning ability, where more experienced teachers are able to manage learning more effectively and adapt teaching strategies to students’ needs. Furthermore, the combination of professional competence and teaching experience simultaneously contributes significantly to students’ learning ability, explaining approximately 54.7% of the variance in learning outcomes. These findings emphasize the importance of developing teachers’ professional competence and teaching experience simultaneously to improve students’ learning ability. Schools are recommended to provide professional development programs, mentoring, and training for teachers to strengthen their competence and practical experience, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process and improving student academic achievement.
